This video serves as a stark reminder that pseudo-legal delusions are no match for the binding reality of established judicial precedent. When "sovereign" fantasies collide with a lawful order, the sound of breaking glass is usually the final word on the matter.

Sovereign Citizen Gets His Window Ripped Out By a No-Nonsense Illinois Cop
Added:Get out of the car.
>> No, I'm not getting out the car.
>> My brother's a chief of police.
>> Step out of the car.
>> Okay.
>> Hey, >> you better break the window.
>> Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head back to Illinois where yet another sovereign citizen escalates a simple traffic violation that ends with an officer from the legendary Oaklan Police Department performing a window bust that Corporal Rigin would be proud of. So without further ado, let's get into the video.
>> Illinois temp 883 826 883.
>> Hey, what's going on?
So the reason for the stop is there's no license plate and then when I walk up I see the uh the temp tag. So that's the reason why the the back windows tinted.
So that's the reason I'm not able to visibly see the temp tag. Okay. That's the reason for the stop. Okay.
>> Do you have your driver's license with you, my man?
>> Passport.
>> Passport. Okay.
>> Offering a document the officer didn't request. That's the first red flag that you're dealing with an idiot who got his law degree from Tik Tok. Do you have you ever been issued an Illinois driver's license?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. Okay. I'll just take your name then. Do you have insurance for the vehicle?
>> Yes.
>> Okay. Where's the insurance currently?
It's >> on my phone.
>> On your phone. Can you pull it up for me? I mean, >> what is your first name, my man?
>> Michael.
>> Michael.
And then can you pull it up just cuz I can't see through the tent, my man.
>> Okay. The insurance is good, my man.
Apart from the window issues which continue throughout the video until it's a non-issue because it doesn't exist.
Things appear to be going smoothly. His insurance is even valid. Unfortunately, this is the point where it starts to go downhill.
>> And then what's Do you have a middle initial? And then how old are you?
>> Uh I'm 30 34.
>> You're 34.
>> It should it should be able to pop up in this one.
>> Okay. I know. I mean I'm asking you how old you are. Why did it take you so long?
>> Answer how old you are, my man.
>> I'm I'm wondering. It said an emergency.
>> What? Emergency for what?
>> Cuz you pulled me over cuz you said you couldn't see my tag.
>> Yeah. Well, why are you so nervous right now, my man?
>> I'm not nervous. Uh I just want to understand what's going on.
>> Do you have anything in the car that I should be worried about?
>> Can I get a white shirt, please?
>> A white shirt?
>> Yeah. No, no, no, my man. That doesn't that doesn't that's not going to happen.
Pull it over.
>> Okay. Well, my man, I'm trying to ask you how old you are. You're taking forever to >> Okay. You can't hear me or see right here cuz you're talking about the tent and I'm showing you things like you're assuming >> I'm I'm assuming what, my man?
>> You're trying to create a situation. I'm just trying to get to where I'm going. I just got I just You know what I'm saying? My back is hurting. So, I'm just >> Oh, your back is hurting.
>> Okay, I got you. Where are you coming from?
>> Chiropractor.
>> The chiropractor. Okay. Where at?
>> Of course, you've got a back injury. And of course, you're trying to use it as an excuse to get out of being held accountable. Typical soft set >> right there on 95th.
>> 95th. Okay. So, I ask you, you're 34 years old. What's your date of birth, my man? Do you understand why it's weird for on my end as to you know, I ask you how old you are and then you're kind of just being weird about it? Do you understand why?
>> I wasn't being weird. I just took a second to think about >> cuz usually when I ask people how old they are, they they tell me they're how old they are right away. You know what I'm saying?
>> Tracker stuff for my education and law.
when if it's if if I'm not in violation, you seen the tags to 32.
>> I'm sorry.
>> I said from my law understanding, >> you said you pulled me over cuz you couldn't see the tags. You seen the tags. They were valid. They usually let you know.
>> That doesn't mean it's not a violation of the law as this officer is about to point out. But what you're talking about is officer discretion. And that usually works when you cooperate with the officer, but you're doing everything in your power to not do that.
>> No, no, no, no. So, that's still an improper display of the tag. That's the reason for the stop.
>> Okay. That's the reason for the traffic stop. When you have a license plate or a temp tag, for instance, it's supposed to be displayed on the back of the vehicle how a regular license plate would be.
>> Okay?
>> You understand? Do you understand where I'm coming from now? I'm not trying to hassle you or anything like that, but you're just it's you're being weird about it. It's a traffic stop.
>> Hesitated. I've been telling you why I hesitated.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Do you mind if I see your passport real quick? Just a quick reminder that the reason I call this the legendary Oaklan Police Department is because they featured on this channel back in October 2025 in a video titled Illinois cop has absolutely no time for this sovereign citizen couple's antics. So yeah, this is not their first rodeo dealing with this nonsense. And even better, it looks like this cop has been getting tips from corporal rigging.
Okay. Okay. Give me one second. Do you have any firearms inside the vehicle?
>> No, sir.
>> Okay. Any drugs or any marijuana inside the car?
>> No, sir.
>> Okay. Just give me one second. Okay.
Can you roll down just a little bit more, my man? This is I can't see inside the car. That's the reason why.
>> What's going on?
>> Can you roll down?
>> I can hear you from right here.
>> All right. Well, here's what's going to happen. I can't find you right now. So, I'm going to have you hop out for me real quick. Okay. Did I ask you to roll the window down? No, it's not. It's not going to happen, my man. I'll lock the door for you.
>> You think I'll wipe this?
>> No, no, no. It's not going to happen.
It's not.
>> Do you want to roll one more unit?
>> Unlock it.
>> You're not going against my right. I know my right.
>> No, you when what I'm ask I'm asking you to step out of the car.
>> I'll talk to you.
>> There is no right to refuse to provide your driver's license during a lawful traffic stop. And as we're about to find out, ignore Pennsylvania versus Mims.
Tik Tok lied to you. But the upside for us is it leads to arguably one of the most badass window busts of the year so far.
>> He's giving you a lawful order to step out of the car. Okay.
>> The reason why I'm stepping out the vehicle >> because I asked you to roll the window down. You didn't roll it down all the way.
>> Roll it down right here.
>> Roll the window down or Okay.
>> So, still I'm going to have you hop out of the vehicle.
>> I just deal with the step out of the car.
>> You're not You're not under arrest.
You're going to have >> You're not under arrest. We're just having Okay. If you don't step out.
>> No. No. No, if you want if you want to have to stop. Sure. But I need a white shirt.
>> No, you don't need a white shirt.
Where's my brother?
>> Okay. Step out of the car or you're going to be placed under arrest.
>> For what?
>> For obstructing. I'm asking you to step out of the car.
>> If you don't step out of the vehicle, you're going to be placed under arrest.
>> I'm not asking anymore. Step out of the car. I'm giving you a lawful order.
>> My my rights violated.
>> Your rights aren't being violated. You are obstructing.
>> Unlock the door. That's it.
>> Yes. I'm >> You have to step out of the Okay.
Pennsylvania verse Mims. It's established by the Supreme Court. You had to step out of the vehicle.
>> What am I being What am I being What am I stepping out of the vehicle for? I don't >> because I asked for white shirts.
>> Okay, hold on.
>> Oh, stop pretending like you respect the authority of so-called white shirts when we've all seen you guys play the victim card and this laws don't apply to me nonsense with them, too.
>> Let me explain because I you you're asking for an explain and I wrote it to right here. You said roll it down some more. What am I keep rolling it down for? It's halfway down.
>> Okay. Because I can't see inside the car. I can't see where your left hand is at.
>> My left hand is right here on the window.
>> I asked you to roll it down. You didn't want to roll it down. Now you're gonna step out of the vehicle.
>> Okay. So, just unlock the door. All you got to do is step out.
>> Okay. Step out of the car. Under arrest.
>> You're going to be under arrest. Arrest for what?
>> Obstructing. You're not the vehicle.
>> I've given you a lawful order to step out of the car.
>> We're not searching the car. We're having you step out of the car.
>> What am I getting searched for?
>> I'm having you step out of the vehicle.
Do you understand that?
>> We'll wait for the third car here. I asked for a white shirt. Why am I stepping out of the car?
>> Okay, get out of the car.
>> No, I'm not getting out of the car.
>> What am I? Okay.
>> What part of the officer can't find you in the system and obstruction do you not understand? Do you need it spelling out in crayons? Also, he said earlier in the video that his brother is a chief of police, which I'm going to go ahead and call [ __ ] on, but he's getting desperate, so tries to use it as a reason to not step out.
I'm giving you one last chance. When the third car gets here, I just got a I just left my chiropractor. I got a SP.
I'm not stepping. My brother's a chief of police. My brother's a police officer. I'm not stepping out of the vehicle for what?
>> I gave you my information. You said he going to make me start the vehicle cuz I didn't roll it all my window all the way down.
>> Yes. When I asked you to step out of the vehicle. No, no, no, no, no, no. I asked you to roll it down. Yeah. Yeah, he is.
I'm waiting for the third car to get here. Then I'm going to let him know and if not, >> I need a way, sir.
>> No. You need to drop the persecution complex and stop getting legal advice from Tik Tok. Anyway, onto the homage to Corporal Riance 21.
>> That's not That's not how this works.
Okay. No, no, no, no, no, no. That's not how this works.
>> You ask me for firearms and drugs. I don't have none of I gave no.
>> Sir, I'm going to give you one last chance. Step out of the car.
>> White shirt.
>> Okay. You are under arrest if you don't step out of the car.
>> How?
>> Okay. Now, you are under arrest. You are under arrest. Step out of the vehicle.
Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. You are under arrest. You are under arrest.
>> Step out of the vehicle.
>> How am I obstruct? I'm asking you for a white shirt.
>> Step out of the vehicle. You are under arrest.
>> I'm asking for a white shirt.
>> Okay. Well, you can talk to one at the station. You are under arrest.
>> You are under arrest. Unlock the vehicle.
>> Step out of the car. I'm breaking the window.
>> You're going to break the window?
>> Yes. You don't step out of the vehicle.
>> You are under arrest. You are obstructing. You are in custody. Step out of the vehicle.
>> Step out of the vehicle.
clearance.
>> Step out of the car.
>> Hey, >> you're going to break the window.
>> I'm getting out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out.
>> Out of the car. I'm getting out. I'M GETTING OUT. I'M GETTING OUT.
Under opportunity to get out.
>> Yeah, I thought you might want to get out immediately after that somehow.
Anyway, before we see the cuffs go on, let's watch that epic window removal again. This time in slow motion.
What is going on? Why am I under arrest?
>> For what?
>> Obstruction. We gave you waffle orders.
>> I gave you everything. I ROLLED MY WINDOWS DOWN. WHAT IS going on? I'm in Oakland, Dwayne.
>> I rolled my windows. I'm giving y'all everything y'all wanted.
>> Okay. Well, I gave you multiple.
>> I rolled everything down. I asked for a white shirt.
>> I asked for a white shirt. I rolled everything. My >> Now you can talk to one at the station.
>> Can y'all get my things? How you just break my window? What is going on?
>> It's a little something called being held accountable for your actions or in simpler terms, f around and find out.
>> What is going on?
>> Do you have any knives, needles, or anything?
>> I contract this. I'm a contract.
>> Okay. Do you have anything that's going to harm, stab, or in my left? I'm a contractor.
Spread your feet. You just broke my window.
>> Yeah. You going to step out of the car?
Central.
Yeah. All right.
>> You said what happened?
>> I'm going to buckle you for me.
>> I'm getting under arrest for what?
>> Obstruction. I told you three times.
>> All right. So according to street law, he was transported to jail and charged with obstruction, improper display of registration, and failure to signal.
