We can we can kind of get into the like woe is me if you know nobody knows the trouble I've seen, nobody knows my sorrows. You could sort of naval gaze and get caught on how bad this is. But I have found it to be revolutionary for my life to look outside myself. Not even to play like the compare and despair game, right?

[00:00:28]like, oh, somebody else had it worse than me and and you know, I'm not bearing with it as well as they did.

[00:00:35]>> But just to see like, Lord, is there a way you can use this for somebody else?

[00:00:40]>> Right? If the second Vatican council's uh line that that I love, jump on the second love so much, right? We only find ourselves in the sincere gift of ourselves. I think we only come to a peace with this reality of suffering in so far as we unite it to the suffering of Christ and recognize its universal salvific value. Right?
