According to Immanuel Kant, for true justice to exist in the world, a perfect judge must possess three essential qualities: omniscience (knowing every fact of every case), righteousness (moral integrity to avoid corruption), and unlimited power (the ability to enforce rulings without opposition). These three attributes are necessary conditions for achieving perfect justice, as demonstrated through Kant's rational analysis of what constitutes a just judicial system.

Kant: The PERFECT Judge HAS to Be ALL-KNOWING & ALL-POWERFUL! #shorts追加:
the justice must be perfect.
But for the judgment to be perfect, Kant said that there must be a perfect judge.
In order for there to be a perfect judge, he has to know every fact of every case. That means that the judge must possess all knowledge. He must know every fact, and no fact could ever escape his awareness. That, however, still isn't enough to have true justice.
Because that judge, even though he would know all of the facts of every case ever, he would still have to be righteous. Cuz that judge could be corrupt.
Therefore, the judge must also be righteous. Yet, that still wasn't enough to have true justice. And mind you, this is the rational, reasonable thought of trying to get to a place of morality just through reason alone.
And so, the all-knowing righteous judge, Kant said, must also be in a position where there is no force that can oppose his action and ruling. He must have unlimited power.
So, this judge must be all-knowing, he must be all-powerful, he must be righteous and holy in order for there to have any justice in the world.
So, nothing must be able to resist this judge.
