Healthy blood pressure can be achieved through three key lifestyle modifications: managing stress by focusing only on controllable aspects of life to reduce cortisol levels, engaging in daily exercise including resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, or activities like walking, biking, or hiking, and maintaining a balanced diet with protein, vegetables, and fruit while allowing occasional indulgences; consistency over years rather than days is essential for results.

Great blood pressure in 3 steps NOT AI
Added:Okay, now watch this. I'm going to do this in real time.
There's no AI and I am a real doctor.
Doctor of Chiropractic, that is.
And I'm going to show you what my blood pressure is right now.
So, you'll just have to be patient. I'm going to be really quiet.
Okay.
Here it is.
See if you can see it. It's 121 over 71 with a 72 pulse.
Now, I'm going to show you and explain to you in this video exactly how I achieve these numbers.
It's surprisingly simple, but it takes some work. And I think that most people can achieve very good blood pressure for their age.
In theory, I should not have this blood pressure at my age. I should be on medication, but I'm not. And what I've done is three things to make sure that I achieve healthy blood pressure.
So, let me tell you what these things are. Let me get everything set up here.
So, we can get you proper blood pressure.
All right, number one.
Making sure that my mental ability is such that it allows normal blood pressure. And here's what I mean.
I say I don't stress. I probably do, but I don't stress nearly as much as I used to.
I have figured out how to essentially bury my head in the sand and stop listening to people and stop listening to the news and stop worrying about things that we have no control over. What's going on in politics? What's going on on the other side of the country? I have no idea and I don't care. And the reason why is because if I did care and I got all upset and angry about what our politicians are doing or what's happening in the um in the world, what's happening in the on the other side of the world and what the wars are.
I would simply be upset and have high blood pressure and no amount of worry on my part is going to fix any of these things.
So, what I've decided to do is to train my brain to simply not listen to the crap that's going on in the world and live my own life and make sure that uh I'm worried about the things that I have control over in my immediate life.
There's kind of an old saying of don't tell people how to clean their house if your house is dirty or something like that.
That's essentially what I do. So, number one is mental, making sure that the stress levels go down. This has many benefits, lower cortisol levels that affects uh the dilation of the blood vessels, yada yada.
I have the lobster bisque. Okay? Number two, I exercise on a regular basis, literally every day, whether I'm doing some type of resistance training or whether I'm doing uh zone two cardiovascular exercise or steady state exercise which according to all the experts is bad for you.
It's not. It's only because they're just trying to sell their own program.
Sometimes I do high intensity interval training, but I don't make a point of it at the expense of other things. So, you do it all. One day you go for a walk, the next day you ride your bike, the next day you lift some weights or do some calisthenics. You can go hiking, you could go paddle boarding, you can go canoeing. You could do anything, but if you're active every single day, boy, it sure helps. Helps a lot.
The third thing is I make sure that my diet is on check and I try my best to not obsess about diet, but I'm, you know, a little bit of a health nut. So, I will watch my diet.
I figure that if I eat three times a day, out of seven days, that's 21 meals.
If you can make 20 of them really healthy, then you can knock yourself out on one one meal. You can go get a hamburger.
You can go get a big juicy steak with baked potatoes and things like that. You don't have to eat perfect. There's so many influencers online that think that you have to follow a very strict diet. I know um Michaela Peterson is is one that supposedly only eats meat.
And that's it.
Nothing else. No vegetables, no fruit.
And it's because she's found that that works for her. Wonderful. Shawn Baker, everybody loves Shawn Baker. I know that through the algorithm that anybody who's watching my channel is also watching his. Supposedly he only eats steak.
That's what he says, and you know, that probably works for him.
It doesn't work for me. I want a social life. I don't want to be that weird guy at parties that won't eat any of the food. So, I try my best to eat the majority of the food that I eat as healthy. What does healthy mean? If you're going to put a name to it, you could put a name such as zone diet, Mediterranean diet, South Beach diet, Jack LaLanne diet, whatever it is. Part of If you look at a plate, part of it has got some protein like some chicken, fish, or meat. The rest of it has got some vegetables. You eat fruit for fun, and it's kind of an interesting way to live where you just simply don't worry.
There are some supplements that I take that I've mentioned on other videos that help with my blood pressure, things that improve nitric oxide production.
Uh I try to replace potassium and magnesium because I don't think we get enough of it in our diet because of the quality of the food sources.
But, this is the three-step process. It is literally kind of this easy.
The hard part is the consistency and the time that it takes. I've had so many people comment down below that something doesn't work for them. And then the question is, "Well, how long did you do it for? Did you do it for 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, or did you do it for 2 days and it didn't seem to lower your blood pressure?" The reality is if you want normal blood pressure, you have to work on it, and you have to be consistent. And these are the simple things, the simple three-step process that I have that I explain to my patients, and I'm explaining to you for free on YouTube. So, if you'd like to have normal blood pressure, just keep watching my videos, and uh get started.
Get started now.
And you'll be surprised over time what your blood pressure can do.
