Hope everybody's doing well out there. All right, so y'all know um just a few days ago we spoke on the whole Stefon Diggs situation. It was found that he was not guilty in a court of law.

[00:01:57]You know what I'm saying? Uh, Miss Mila Adams, she had claimed that she was abused by Stefan Diggs.

[00:02:06]She claimed that he allegedly slapped her, choked her out, um, and was evading from paying her wages, right?

[00:02:23]She claimed that they had met two years prior to all of this happening. They had become friends. They got intimate, had a sexual relationship.

[00:02:35]Um, she claims that she had prior history as a chef working for other athletes and people in entertainment.

[00:02:43]and she basically joined his team while he was injured to help bring him back to health for his comeback season with the Patriots, which kind of proved successful because he led the team in uh receiving yards, receptions, helped them get to the Super Bowl, had a terrible game in the Super Bowl nonetheless.

[00:03:06]um and all of that good [ __ ] Right now, she claims that he had choked her to the point of almost losing her breath. She claimed that she urinated on herself um and all of those different things, right? However, there was no one that could corroborate her story in any way. She could not corroborate her story in any way and the information that was submitted to the police could not be corroborated in court in any way. They had the officer who actually wrote the police report. He said he saw no markings on her. She came and reported the the alleged crime damn near three weeks after it had happened.

[00:04:02]Um she was reluctant to talk to him at first. She asked for a female officer.

[00:04:06]There was no one there. So he ended up having to be the one.

[00:04:12]Okay. The very same night that this alleged incident had occurred, she got in contact with Shai. Shai is Stefan Diggs hair braider, also the hair stylist of Cardi B's kids.

[00:04:33]Very same night that this happened, she literally flew to New York to go to Shai's house. She was caught on camera on multiple occasions. She was seen in Shai's car on dash cam footage. She was also seen at Shai's house in footage submitted by um Shai's friend who spent the entire week with her. Videos were submitted of her dancing, having a great time. No markings, no signs of physical distress, no signs of physical violence were on her body. They said they had literally changed clothes in the same room. Saw her in a towel. No markings, no visible anything. No scratches, no markings, no bruisings, nothing. Right.

[00:05:26]And she flew to them the very same day that this alleged incident happened.

[00:05:32]So Stefan was found not guilty.

[00:05:35]I always say I don't know what happened.

[00:05:37]If things did get to some level of physicality that just could not be proven in court, I don't know. I know everybody is like she a damn liar. And I'm not here to convince you out of your thought cuz I don't know. It do sound like some craziness is a foot, right? She claims Stefon Diggs was negligent with paying her. The finance department came out and said, "No, we paid all of her invoices." As a matter of fact, not only did we pay her invoices, but we actually reimbursed her on packages that were sent out that had already been paid, which means we overpaid her by $2,500.

[00:06:18]He fired her. She said, "You going to have to pay me out for the rest of the NFL season, and you gonna have to give me the money that you promised me to open up my restaurant." He said, "What the [ __ ] I look like I ain't got to do [ __ ] These boots are made for walking, so lace them up and get to it.

[00:06:38]These texts were uncovered in court.

[00:06:42]Then we found out that she actually deleted text messages before submitting them to police where she called him a [ __ ] and she said, "I'm ruining that [ __ ] life."

[00:06:57]Right. During the trial, it was discovered that she had befriended Cardi B.

[00:07:04]She wanted to go to Art Basil in Florida with his team. She was not allowed to go to Art Basil. She says that she wasn't allowed to go because there was another staff member that is Stefan's assistant that he was also allegedly sleeping with who didn't like her, didn't want her with the rest of the team.

[00:07:27]So she says, "I'm ruining that [ __ ] life.

[00:07:30]That [ __ ] presumably Cardi B, the same woman she befriended and wanted to see what she was going to be wearing at Art Basil."

[00:07:40]Well, now that everything has hit the fan, the criminal case has been dropped.

[00:07:49]She's now litigating on social media, on her Instagram page, no less, and I'm going to talk about it. So, let's get to it. Not to mention, after allegedly being choked and slapped, she proceeded to give him a birthday gift.

[00:08:10]He was seen by a wellness doctor and a massage therapist who both saw her in the house who have no rec recollection of any signs of distress.

[00:08:21]The massage therapist said she came in the room while she was setting up her massage table while Stefan Diggs was dozing off. She came the first time he was asleep. She said she would come back. She came back while he was receiving his massage. She literally asked him, "Hey, are you going to keep the gifts I gave you?" He said, "Yes."

[00:08:41]She left. Chanel, by the way, just trying to keep the story accurate.

[00:08:47]So, here she says this 18 hours ago.

[00:08:52]Some people pray you stay silent.

[00:08:55]Some even try to put that silence in writing. I went to trial. I took the stand. I told my truth.

[00:09:03]I think as a people, we're going to have to let go of what my truth is. What is the truth, not your truth, because our individual truths have done us no good.

[00:09:19]She says, "I was exhausted emotionally, physically, spiritually. I didn't want to keep going, but I knew I had to. This process showed me how quickly a woman can be questioned, judged, doubted, and broken down for speaking up.

[00:09:36]It showed me how hard it is to stand against someone with power, fame, money, and protection around him.

[00:09:44]The only thing that I don't like is yes, women are consistently questioned, judged, doubted, and broken down for speaking up. It happens all the time, right?

[00:09:56]But as time progresses, there's a lot of people out here that actually want to see women be vindicated, want women to have the truth out in the open and to have justice.

[00:10:12]A lot of people want that. There's some people out there that wanted that for you. However, you went to court and had nothing to offer.

[00:10:28]I refused to be silenced. He tried to make me sign an NDA. He offered me a 100K to recant my statement and no amount of money would make me lie. The only thing about the NDA, she said it in her own testimony.

[00:10:44]She initially became his chef without signing any paperwork.

[00:10:53]So she became a part of his team off of a handshake and a promise.

[00:10:59]Come join my staff.

[00:11:02]Work with me. She was being paid roughly around 100k uh 90k. So 2,000 a week or whatever. She said she took less money because he was going to in turn invest into her business.

[00:11:18]But she never signed any paperwork.

[00:11:22]Right.

[00:11:23]So then when she came around asking for the money that she alleged wasn't there, he actually said, "Hey, you never sign any contract. So if you want this allegedly, then you have to sign on the contract like everybody else." And everybody else also had to sign an NDA, right?

[00:11:49]She said it in her testimony. The NDA was not indicative of this alleged violent altercation. It was the same NDA that all of his other employees had to sign. However, she puts it in with this narrative.

[00:12:08]And no amount of money will make me lie.

[00:12:11]After everything I experienced and witnessed, especially in that house, I refused. I will always refuse to sign away my voice. The verdict hurt, but what cut deeper was hearing events described in ways I know were not true and realizing how little the system did to protect me, prepare me, or treat me like I mattered. Now, I will say the prosecutor, I don't know, your lawyer, whoever you had, you know, it sounds like they did a terrible job of preparing you. I will tell you that much. But how much can you prepare someone who has nothing?

[00:12:50]They proceeded with this case and this was not Jamila Adams versus Stefan Diggs, right? It was the state of Massachusetts.

[00:13:01]So they did have a responsibility to make sure that this was legit before they proceeded.

[00:13:08]She says, "A verdict does not erase what happened to me. Not guilty does not mean I lied. Not guilty does not mean I am broken. Not guilty does not mean I will disappear. I know what I live through.

[00:13:20]He knows what happened. And the people who know him know the truth, too. Okay, there's more. So, now we get into some text.

[00:13:32]D1, I'm guessing D1 would be Stefan. I don't know that to be so, but I'm guessing.

[00:13:43]You need to calm down. At least when you talking to me. Why would I have you come be around someone you don't get along with?" Okay, this is December 2nd. So this is uh the same night of the incident, alleged incident. This is the same night that she was declined to be a part of that trip to uh Miami.

But the shut you saying, I'm guessing he meant [ __ ] But the [ __ ] you saying to me, you acting like I'm wrong. You mad at me saying I believe her. Believe who? My baby mom's or Millie.

[00:14:28]Lindsay didn't send that message. What message? I don't know. And I'm not here to play blues clues about it. I came to you because the specifics of that matter, nobody heard me say it but you.

[00:16:46]Didn't say nothing to you. And if she ain't send it. So maybe I'm ruining that [ __ ] life wasn't really about Cardi at all. Maybe it was all about Lindsay because they didn't like each other.

[00:16:57]They had some type of rivalry about who was getting the best version of him when he had a whole public relationship with Cardi B. This [ __ ] ain't [ __ ] Anyway, you told that girl you was [ __ ] me. You told me you did. That [ __ ] knew KJ didn't like me being here.

[00:18:42]He allegedly says, "Yeah, she knew I was [ __ ] you way before you ever came to the house."

[00:19:36]He says, "And ain't nobody sending nothing messages saying they [ __ ] me.

[00:19:40]Nobody. Stop trying to act like that makes sense. None of this gives credence to abuse cuz it don't." She says, "That message said that I said I could [ __ ] you any time." He says, "You dumbass bitch."

[00:19:58]He says, "It make a lot of sense. The name of the page was I playing this [ __ ] Message say I sent KJ home. That's what the [ __ ] the message said. She said, "Nigga, I don't have friends. You told me KJ was coming for three days.

[00:20:17]I told you I sent her home because she had an attitude that made everybody feel away in the house."

[00:20:26]So clearly Stefan Diggs is trying to keep all these ladies at peace while all having some sort of stake whether it be romantically or financially mixed in while having Cardi B in the midst of it.

[00:20:45]So this is like a damn near sister wives type of situation. He said I I sent her ass home. She was killing the vibe around here and you starting to do the same. So I'm about to get rid of your ass. That's what it sound like to me.

[00:20:56]Now, this ain't no lifestyle that I live or recommend to anybody to live, but this does not say it was violent. I got to be honest. Now, do I like the way he's talking to her? No, I do not.

No. I don't agree with that.

[00:27:06]He says, "Who you tell I was [ __ ] Lindsay to?" Okay, so this is the part that uh I guess was getting leaked out somewhere. Who told you I was [ __ ] Lindsay?

[00:27:18]So, he admits that he was, which is still not significant to the case. It's not significant to the trial.

[00:27:28]I didn't tell no one that. He says you did. Who tell you I sent KJ home? No the [ __ ] I didn't. I never told anyone you sent KJ home.

[00:27:38]I have defended that you not. He says like it wouldn't make sense for her to have somebody watching her kid. She think [ __ ] me.

[00:27:52]So, not only was you a chef getting cheff, but you was also watching his child.
