[00:00:02]Ladies and gentlemen, the thing that we'd like to do is like to announce that we're getting ready to bring the mega pack offer to an end.

[00:00:19]I believe it will probably be June 2nd that we will archive the mega pack. And that includes the partnership program and the fourth amendment program.

[00:00:33]SAICOM is getting ready to change the structure and the products being offered. And so, we are going to grandfather those packages. Now, you will still continue to get the benefits and those of you who received the corporations um it is vital that you maintain your corporation, maintain the registered agent fee plus the registering of the corporation, which is $87 a year. When we provide the service of registering it for you, it's $97 a year.

[00:01:10]We know that some of you, sorry, but it is a fact, cannot afford that.

[00:01:15]Now, we cannot afford to take care of that cost for you. It is your corporation. However, we've already put out enough information on all of you for doing your taxes and for writing things off. Now, I have one young man, he did his taxes and he received over $20 million in credits from the Internal Revenue Service.

[00:01:37]But now they are charging him $1.2 million.

[00:01:45]Even though he has on his taxes the carryforward credits which he's documenting as an asset, which he's documenting he doesn't understand it's a gain and instead of them offsetting the cost, the Internal Revenue Service wanted to play games with him and charge him the taxes.

[00:02:07]So, he's getting a consult for that to explain to him what is necessary to take care of that problem.

[00:02:15]I mention this to all of you because there is something else we need to let you know in the coming near future.

Look, here I am over a half century in age and never once have I seen anybody offering a tax class where they are explaining taxes to people and pay attention, doing it to help educate people so they can help other people with the same exact information.

[00:02:56]Everybody is going and taking these courses, they're joining these groups and all of that and they're learning what the group wants them to learn.

[00:03:04]The way this is done, let's go to the 1040 and the 1040S. The way this is done is it says it also gives you the alternative way of doing the exact same thing. Pay attention. And the alternative view is preserved without omissions.

[00:03:20]Why? Because there is more than one way to skin a tax.

[00:03:26]There's not just one way to do something. The IRS knows that.

[00:03:30]That's why they have this thing known as reconciliation. Most people don't understand reconciliation and that's the problem.

[00:06:10]There is no getting in trouble because we did the wrong thing and we put down the wrong information and we went by the wrong information.
