In criminal cases, physical evidence such as vehicle blackbox data (showing speed and braking patterns) can provide crucial insights into whether an incident was intentional or accidental, as demonstrated in the McKenzie Shirilla case where the vehicle maintained high speed without braking, contradicting claims of a medical blackout or accident.

The Mckenzie Shirilla case is INSANE!Added:
But speaking of dumbass people, I finally saw The Crash on Netflix. I saw it last night.
Let's talk about it, bro. Have y'all seen it already? Actually, hopefully hopefully uh all of y'all seen it. I don't want to ruin anything. Yeah, dude.
Um what y'all think about it? Spoil it for me, please. I've seen a lot of clips.
Okay.
Uh, recent call got leaked. She was happy it made it to daily news. She was happy about it. Wait, it did.
Hold on. Let me see. What's her name again? Uh, McKenzie. There you go.
McKenzie, McKenzie. Hold on.
Let's see.
She's guilty.
Yeah, dude. I think she did it. I think she did it.
Um, she was she just pissed me off, bro.
She pissed me off. She was one of those what you call toxic ass girlfriends, bro. She was she was toxic, abusive, [ __ ] manipulator. Oh, her friend also pissed me off. This girl right here, dude.
>> Yeah, she pissed me off, dude.
Rosie, she pissed me off talking about like, "Yeah, I don't see her doing this." Blah, blah, that little sick.
Hold on.
>> Seeing a lot of things come up on my for you page. I've got a lot of things sent to me. I am one of the girls that was interviewed in the Mean Girl Murders.
Um, I just want to say that I am over the age of 21 and I have a medical marijuana card and I want to answer this question. Yes, McKenzie was a drug dealer. Um, I used to get marijuana off of her and she used to sell other things other than marijuana.
>> Wait, do you guys believe cuz one of the friends, uh, Dom's friends said that she allegedly did a love spell on him so he could never leave her.
Do y'all believe that or no? Cuz I also has the same thing. Like, bro, like my guy's making good money. He's only 20 and has his apartment already. Uh, he has his own car. He's doing a lot of good [ __ ] in his life and don't want to leave her. You got to watch the Hulu one. They paint her worse. Okay.
So, yeah. I don't know if uh that thing was true.
Watch any Yeah, I just saw it here. I just saw one of her clips here on Tik Tok.
But hold on, let me let me finish this.
Um, I only used to meet up with specifically Kenzie to grab the things I needed off of her. So, yeah. And I also just want to add that I've been speaking out since the crash happened. The day of the crash happened, I have spoke out about Kenzie and her character and the type of person she is and my personal beliefs on what happened. And I believe 100% that she did this personally. I've had a lot of situations with her. She's told me a lot of things including breakups with her and Dom. And so I when I did this interview, I mean, girl murders. The only reason why I did it is so people can know the true character about her because I knew something like this was going to happen. And at that time of the crash, people thought she was innocent. and I knew she was not innocent because I know the type of person Kenzie is along with people that were in the high school with her. Um, so this is the reason why I am speaking out and have continued to speak out because I don't want her to ever get out and end up >> Okay, thank you for speaking out. Hold on. Sorry. I want to see what uh the phone call.
Okay, I got to tell you one more thing.
>> What?
>> It was published in England.
>> What?
>> Yes, >> it's world news.
>> I think the Daily Mail just publishes it in all the publications. But yeah, the UK.
>> It's on the Daily Mail >> in UK.
>> Maybe Kim Kardashian will reach out herself.
>> Okay, I got to tell you one more.
[ __ ] crazy. Oh, you know what also pissed me off, which I love that the judge clocked the mom. So when the mom McKenzie's mom was out out there on the on in the courthouse or in the court reading her her paper, she she literally said um Oh, like she said, "I feel sorry for Dom, but the other kid yep, she checked her." Yeah, I forgot what what was the other kid's name?
He's like, "I I just met him." And the judge is like, "Oh, so [ __ ] his life or what?"
I was like, "Got Davian or Davon?"
Hold on. Can I find that clip?
McKenzie mom in court. Let me see if I could play that clip.
>> Okay. And then your honor, this was a terrible, tragic nightmare accident to have happened that she has no memory of and she will never emotionally or physically recover of it, recover from it. Um, she almost died, too. And we're asking that >> she almost died, too.
>> You please not run the sentences consecutive. He was family and we all loved each other.
That morning of the accident, she called. I got a phone call that there was a car accident. Okay, so we went to the hospital and I didn't even know who was in the car. The names had not been confirmed yet. And I was I'm gonna cry because I messed up so much. We loved him so much.
So I called Dom like over and over again praying that he was going to answer the phone and he didn't answer the phone. So then I tried to call his mom and she didn't answer the phone either. And I still didn't know who was in the car. I didn't even know she was alive. Wait, is this a whole thing? Cuz Netflix on Netflix it wasn't this long.
It might be the whole thing. Hold up.
>> And I didn't know what was happening.
So then we were in the waiting room and then his mom ended up did she did call me. So I answered the phone and I was like, "Oh my god, like I don't even know who was in the car. Like what's happening? Was that Dime?" And she's like, "What do you mean? My son is dead." And I was like, "I'm so sorry."
And then she said something like, "And now I have to wait until your kids out of the hospital." And then I didn't hear the rest. I just I was like we loved him so much and I hung up the phone. I did not talk about social media. I didn't even know what was going on yet. Okay.
So then that was it.
In the hospital that vitality post I commented on that because somebody had called her a murderer. Okay. And she would she's not a murderer. So she didn't even have her phone at that point because the police had still had it.
Okay. So, um, I jump.
>> No, I strongly I strongly feel like she did murder them, bro. Bro, she was going at almost 100 miles per hour. They said she wasn't even like getting her foot on the brake. Not even like getting her foot off the pedal. Nothing. Nothing.
She was just straight, dude. Full gas, bro.
Full gas to that [ __ ] wall. And they did see some swerving. And I personally think it was uh it was Dom trying to like, hey, calm the [ __ ] down, you know. But yeah, no, I I Yeah, no skate mark, no nothing.
Yeah, she was recording her whole recovery and never mentioned anything about grieving. Yeah, dude. And she also went like to a Halloween party dressed as a skeleton or some [ __ ] like that.
Yeah, she had no remorse.
And I was like, you know, she's not a murderer. She's more sad than her than most of these people commenting.
Um, she's been trying to get in touch with you. I mean, at that point, it was just an accident. So, I commented on her behalf, not because of the modeling opportunity. I don't even Who cares about that? I don't want them to refer her.
>> You did. You literally replied to that comment, bro.
Even she did, bro. I think it was two days after the accident. if if that's what she's talking about. Someone commented on her Instagram say, "Oh my gosh, we would love to work with you, blah blah blah." And the mom replied saying, "Oh my gosh, yes, thank you. She loves you guys. She's been in an accident and blah blah blah." And then she um McKenzie from the hospital bed literally had time to [ __ ] comment back to like, "Oh my god, yeah, that would be so cool." Blah, blah, blah. Like, bro, two days after two days after her mom and dad literally reflect uh why she's this way. Yeah.
Yeah, dude. Dude, she they let her live with her boyfriend at 17 years old, dude. Say, "Yeah, you're fine. Um, you seem mature. You could go live with him." Bro, can you imagine your mom? Well, I don't know. I think we're just we're we're [ __ ] Mexicans.
No, you ain't going. You got to get married first. Bro, but at 17, your mom and dad are cool with you living with a boy.
Yeah, I know. A boy that's what, three years older than you?
That's crazy, man.
>> As a murderer. Okay. And I don't even know how that commented got on the phone because the police still had her device and she could not access her phone or social media. That's why I did it. And um I had called them asking if they could shut down social media because people were calling her a murderer and making death threats and organizing groups to, you know, take her out when she got out of the hospital and stuff.
So I didn't even want her phone. I don't care about her phone. I don't care about social media. I just wanted them to stop calling her a murderer so that when she did come to and she did come out of surgery, multiple surgeries, that she wouldn't see all these people calling her a murder because she would never >> Yeah, dude. It's all about her. Like, I understand, but but show her some remorse or some [ __ ] No wonder on in Netflix on Netflix they on Netflix they cut this [ __ ] up.
Perfect, too. This is a long version, but on Netflix they said she just said a few words and then the the judge like, "Oh, so [ __ ] their life, huh?" But yeah, now I see why the [ __ ] judge said that [ __ ] cuz she's just yapping. She's literally just yapping, bro.
She's busting on Jose, man.
>> Ever murder the love of her life. Okay.
Halloween for three months after the accident, she would only wear his clothes. She would only eat the snacks he ate. She would only listen to the music he wrote. Okay? She was laying in bed for three months crying. There was a shrine of him next to her with photos and things that he liked and this flower that lights up that he got her because he wanted it to be fresh and alive forever. It's like a little Beauty and the Beast flower. Okay. She's got this shrine of him next to her. So, she was crying for 3 months. So, her friends asked if she wanted to go out trick-or-treating in her house. She was crying because she can be an influencer.
Yeah, dude. No, but listen, they only gave her 15 years. 15 years to life. I think she'll get out in 15, bro.
She'll be 32 at the time. Young as [ __ ] still. She's gonna I'm predicting it now. She's gonna come out how [ __ ] Gypsy Rose came out, bro. I'm telling you. I'm telling you, dog. I'm telling you, bro. I'm calling it right now.
Wait, I'm calling it right now. If she gets out in 15 years when she's 32, she's going to be the next Gypsy Rose.
All right. Someone clip this [ __ ] right now.
Okay.
>> Thank you.
>> And it was Oh, you >> hold on. She said something about Halloween before I [ __ ] paused it.
Hold on.
>> Okay.
Halloween for three months after the accident. She would only wear his clothes. She would only eat the snacks he ate. She would only listen to the music he wrote. Okay? She was laying in bed for three months trying. There was a shrine of him next to her with photos and things that he liked and this flower that lights up that he got her because he wanted it to be fresh and alive forever. It's like a little Beauty and the Beast flower. Okay. She's got this shrine of him next to her. So she was crying for three months. So her friends asked if she wanted to go out trick-or-treating. There's a Halloween and it was at OU and she didn't even want to go. She said, "I don't know.
Should I go?" She couldn't even walk yet, barely.
So I told her, I said, "Baby, please go.
It's Halloween. You've been laying for 3 months crying, only listening to his music. Please go have just a moment of fun. A moment of fun." So we told her to go. My husband drove her. I brought her back home. I She just needed a second of fun from losing her whole world. Her whole world. So that was us. We told her to go. And that concert she went to with Dom's cousin Abby. They picked her up.
They brought her there. That was Dom.
Mackenzie and Dom and Abby all decided to go to this concert together while they were in the hospital. That was for Dom. Everything she did after the accident was either in honor of him, to be close to him, or just to be by him any way that she can >> and to post on social media. Don't forget that cuz she was posting or her friends were posting. Oh, hey, don't forget.
Did you forget?
>> Do you forget what happened with you?
>> She's like devastated and traged. He was the air that she breathes. Okay. Okay.
And they went with his cousin with we spent all kinds of time with him after the accident. Um, what was the other thing?
>> I'm hearing an awful lot about your daughter. I'm not hearing very much about the two dead people.
>> Dominic, okay. I'm asking you for a leniency because this was a tragic accident that she does not remember. And do we don't He's a new friend. I'm so sorry. What does >> that mean? His life is worthless.
>> No, no, no, no.
No. God, no. Not at all. They all They all loved each other. They all spent every day together.
>> Say, uh, Don Davon, we just met him.
>> You know what I mean? I don't I don't know.
>> Is that part of the problem, Mrs. Cheryl?
>> Sorry.
>> Isn't that part of the problem that they all trusted each other? Isn't that part of >> It's not a problem at all. It's It was wonderful.
>> Problem how they all ended up in the car together and some of them ended up dead.
>> I understand. I understand what it looks like. I'm I'm I'm saying that it was a tragic accident. She would never >> Well, we're going to have to disagree on that.
>> I understand.
>> Right. And I respect your position. She disagree with me.
>> I understand. But anyway, that's it. I just wanted to address those. We told her to go to those things. And then she did go with Don's family. So, look at that. Don't look at it with the look at look on that with different eyes if you can, please.
>> This is that those things are not relevant.
>> Not at all. Not at all. Not at all. But she's a good if you would if you would have a moment all you would need is five minutes of a conversation to have with her to learn who she is >> just that you would just need five minutes to learn who she is and what she's capable of not doing and doing and you would see for yourself.
>> That's all. I'm so sorry guys.
>> I'm sorry.
>> I love you.
>> Get your [ __ ] ass out of here, bro.
Is there anyone else?
>> Count the court having had tried to pursuing to waver.
>> Anyways, yeah, she was found guilty. Um, yeah, man. I feel bad for Dom's family, too, cuz Dom's family literally gave um McKenzie the benefit of the doubt, bro. there she they were still talking to her, they were visiting the graveside. They were being super nice to her. They trusted her. Um just all these things and they found out the real McKenzie while sitting next to her parents in court and they they were just [ __ ] shocked, man.
They were just shocked.
Uh his sister's blowing up on TikTok.
Dom sister or uh Davon's sister.
Let me see.
Oh, wait. Here's Anna.
>> This family sure has the audacity.
>> Show me one piece of evidence, one that says she did this on purpose. Show it to me. Here it is. That's it. Then she's right where she belongs and she's guilty of it. But there isn't any. There's no >> They literally showed you though >> evidence what was going on in that car other than the information they gleaned from the blackbox information.
>> And these poor families think she did it intentionally and she didn't. And there's >> they also try to say she had some type of medical condition that she might have blacked out in the car or whatever. But no, bro. No. I feel like if you had a medical condition and you blacked out, the thing you saw in the black box would have told you, yeah, the speed would have gone down in the car. But no, the speed was 100 miles per hour, I think, the whole time or 90 something miles per hour the whole time.
If you would have blacked out, your foot would probably like slip off the pedal and then re start reducing the speed.
But no, she didn't, bro.
She just she she just drove. She And also that road she was in had a lot of like swirl swirl swirls, little curves and [ __ ] And bro, if you blacked out, you're not going to be like, "Oh [ __ ] let me go here. Let me go left. Let me go right.
Let me go left. Let me No, you're just going to go straight. You're you're blacked out." They told the mom, "Why would he let her drive her if she had a condition?" Yeah, cuz it's BS, bro.
as BS >> like and they don't know. There's information they didn't see. There's information they didn't have. There's information we didn't see or have it.
>> Should she be in prison for murder?
>> No. Absolutely not.
>> Should she be in prison for aggravated vehicular homicide?
>> I don't even know.
>> I I don't I don't I don't know about the aggravated part cuz I don't think you can still say why was going on the car.
Should she be should she have been charged with reckless vehicular homicide? Two counts. Absolutely.
Absolutely.
>> If it was medical, what kind of hopes >> if it was medical? But in the [ __ ] documentary, you're saying it was medical. Hello.
>> What kind of expectations do you have for McKenzie's future?
>> That the truth will set her free. That's what I need to have happen. The truth that there was no intent. That that part, the truth will set her free.
>> So, when I first saw this interview, my jaw was on the floor. Honestly, I don't even really know why. I mean, McKenzie's mom had proved to us before that she just rambles and makes excuses for her.
The dad being let go then going to TMZ to lie was a cherry on top. Wait, he got let go of his job or what?
>> Daughter. So, I don't know why I expected her to change or for there to be a different tone to this conversation or what, but it did somehow still surprise me. And I think if I were McKenzie, I'm just, you know, putting myself in her shoes for a moment.
>> He was placed on leave. Why? Because he's a teacher at a Catholic school. Oh, damn.
>> I'd be telling my mom, "Zip it. Stop talking. go into hiding. I don't need you speaking on my behalf anymore.
Because at this point, if she keeps it up, she may ruin any chance of McKenzie ever getting out on >> facts. Facts. You're going to [ __ ] it up for her, dude. But hey, keep going, I guess. Keep going.
Um, yeah, this was McKenzie after.
>> Hey. Hey, Mom.
>> How are you?
>> Oh, no. This is this is a phone call.
>> No, like No.
>> Okay. I just don't know why.
>> But hold up, hold up. I just want to I I clicked on it because, bro, this is her, I believe, after the accident or what?
Whatever.
Look how [ __ ] content brain she was, dog.
Mom, smile. Please give me a little smile. Thank you. Anyways, okay, let's listen to this real quick.
>> Hey. Hey, Mom.
>> How are you?
>> I don't know. Like, yes. No.
>> Okay.
>> I just don't know why. Like it's just like it wasn't even like I understand like Davian's mom like I how they think because they don't know me.
>> I know.
>> But it's like what Miss Russo and Angelo said that was just like crazy.
>> Oh my gosh, Kenzie. Look, don't you think on it one second?
>> Was I on the news?
>> Um I don't know yet. I haven't been anywhere yet >> cuz there was like eight cameras on me.
>> Yeah, I know.
>> That was the most there's ever been.
>> I know. I'm sorry.
>> I have really bad anxiety about it.
>> I know.
>> And I don't know when I'm going to leave. What do you mean let it go? No, I need I don't want you to think on think on that. Not anymore. We are moving forward.
>> I'm worried about my stuff because that's how they feel about me. They definitely [ __ ] up my stuff.
>> I don't know.
>> As soon as I'm out of here, I'll ask her.
>> Why was the judge being so mean to you?
>> I don't I don't even I don't know. I don't care.
>> I was about to just be like, "Just stop talking to her because she clearly doesn't care." She's like, "Why are you talking about her so much and not the the victims?"
>> But I did. That's how I started. I even turned around and addressed them. So, it's okay. She can say whatever she wants. It doesn't bother me. We are moving on.
>> I don't know >> what >> I'm like I'm like sick to my stomach.
>> Don't think I had another second.
Moving forward.
>> I just like it just like bothered me what they said. Like I just can't believe they would say that. Like >> I was I couldn't even I mean the military. Are you for real?
>> Oh my mom. That's a lie. That's a lie.
>> Isn't that funny? They were trying to say that so they can make him sound like >> Hold on. Wait one second.
>> Hello.
>> Yes, I'm here.
>> Yes, they I think he said that so like the judge is like, "Oh, he sounds very respectable young man." And so they give me like >> I was like, "Oh my god, are you kidding?"
>> Yeah, literally like made my tears stop when they said that. Like my tears just got all sucked right back up.
>> I couldn't even believe it. Down beside his freaking self.
>> Like why is Angelo such a [ __ ] liar?
Like what the [ __ ] Like >> Kenzie, they're just evil people. Baby, I'm sorry. Don't think on it. Do not think on it anymore. Stop. I need you to stop.
>> They're evil people. But your daughter literally killed two people.
Interesting.
And also, these these phone calls are like, do people not realize the phone calls are recorded?
Like, bro, what what are you guys doing, man?
Oh my go pissed me off, dog.
Um, yeah, it was it was it was a good documentary, bro. That's all I got to say. It was a good one. I strongly feel like she did it. And uh her parents, you know, like uh Woohoo said, you that's that's their what did you say?
Uh, she cares. No, she is her do her parents' daughter. Yeah, that literally literally literally says in the beginning of the of every focus being recorded.
Yeah. Oh, they don't they don't give a [ __ ] They don't give a [ __ ] It is what it is.
Thank you.
