[music] The American response was to remove Russia from the Swift global payment system and to freeze over 200 billion dollars in Russian assets. [music] This very basis for having the US dollar as the global reserve currency is that it would remain politically neutral. The Americans guaranteed seamless, politically neutral [music] international exchange. So, if this trend continues, Russia would build alliance with China and Iraq. If you look at these three countries on a map, Russia, China and Iraq, this is the entire Asian continent. They can say, "Okay, United States is a bully. Let's not play with United States anymore.

[00:00:58]They can build a Eurasian railway system connecting Russia, Iran and China together. This would negate American sea power. The world would look at the trading block [music] and think to themselves, "Wow, these guys, they use gold as their medium of of exchange.
