The Americans guaranteed seamless, politically neutral [music] international exchange. So, if this trend continues, Russia would build alliance with China and Iraq. If you look at these three countries on a map, Russia, China and Iraq, this is the entire Asian continent. They can say, "Okay, United States is a bully. Let's not play with United States anymore.
