Cardi B v Tasha K: The real reason for 2026 sanctionsAdded:
drowsy a little bit, but Hola.
>> What's up everybody? How y'all doing?
>> How's everybody today? What day of the week is this?
>> Wednesday.
>> Okay, so we're on we're on hump day today. Hopefully this video won't take long. This is a very short video about some uh long topics. Number one, we're going to talk about Bnee Canard. You guys remember the tick tocker uh Bnee?
Her name of her Tik Tok page is Life of Bnee. And she had an affair with her bestie husband Tim. They call him uh Big Hips Tim. And uh she sued her. Akira Montu sued her for alienation of affection. Okay. This girl was sprouting around town with her best friend's man, pretending like she was a Kira. Cuz some of these girls, they get really weird. They want to be you. Okay?
They just don't want your man. They want to be you until she took her to court for alienation of affection or uh won a $1.75 million judgment. Right. And uh now it's time to pay the Piper. We're going to talk about what happened in court today. She wasn't smiling. Like she was so cocky about it. You know, if you going to steal your friend's man, right?
>> Huh?
>> No. No.
>> So, she back she's back in court.
>> Yes. Today. So, that's what we're going to talk about. What happened today? She ain't smiling now. Okay. She not smiling now. Thought I think she thought it was cute. So, we're gonna talk about Bnee.
Then, we're gonna talk about uh Oh. Oh.
Oh. Oh. Tasha K and uh Cardi B. Now, the reason I decided to read the lawsuit because it's unbelievable.
It's really unbelievable.
Cardi B's not playing with Tasha Kay.
>> Damn.
>> This could ruin her. This could ruin her.
We're going to get into the details. I was asked about that, too. Someone's like, "You never say anything about Tasha Kay. You're always on her side."
Listen, lawsuits are lawsuits. So, we're going to cover hers like we did everybody else's. And then we're going to start with the person who needs a lawsuit. Let's start with Blueface.
Okay? Blueface needs a lawsuit so bad.
Go somewhere and sit down. So, we know he's been prancing all over town, which he this interview that he gave to Jason Lee, it's everywhere. Everywhere, right? Everybody wants to talk about it.
And Blueface, I'm not a Blueface fan at all.
It has nothing to do with his music, even though his music is bad, bad, bad.
I'm going to get you. That's a stupid song. And Tatiana, it's a bad bad song.
But Blueface and Carissa, his mother, had the biggest, easiest racket in town.
Just make money off of Croissant. Let's say something to make Croan blow up. And then we're going to come back and and dispute that. And then she's going to argue online. She's going to cry and we are going to rake in the money. We're going to rake it in. Okay. And that's all you had to do, right? That's all you had to do. But they never anticipated Croan waking up.
>> Yep.
>> They never anticipated her saying, "I'm done."
this roller coaster relationship that they had going was giving me a damn headache. Okay, I >> I couldn't take it. I like I could not take another Blueface and Croissant argument, another uh less than smart Carissa. She is a very She's not a smart woman at all. She's living vicariously through CroN. She wish she was famous also. It was just a toxic situation that needed to be done.
So, you got the toxicity from the major players, okay? It was just unbelievable.
I stopped watching it. I was just like, I can't get out my damn timeline. Just stop. But then the fans turned toxic.
They did. It's really remember when I stopped covering it because it was ridiculous. It was so ridiculous. And I stopped co covering it. Not because I'm scared of Carissa who wanted to be she just wanted to live in my comment section and be a bully.
Girl, I can outbully the the most of them all. But I didn't have to do anything to you because you were headed down a slippery slope to nowhere.
Without Croant, y'all are broke.
>> For real.
>> Broke. They are paying bloggers to go say stupid stuff. Cash son needs brain surgery. Uh, he got a cleft foot. Uh, uh, he's starving.
>> What was that?
>> Oh. Um, is that the >> Yeah. Oh. Oh, yeah. Uh, everybody was making money off of it. And they thought it was the coolest ticket in town, but they never caught never dreamed that Croanna would wake up and say, >> "I'm done.
>> I'm done."
>> Yeah.
>> I'm done. And I've said this a hundred times.
Who you are at 23 is not who you're going to be at 30. Who you are at 30 is not you're not going to be the same person in your 40s. You grow. If you're doing life right now, if you still hanging at the club trying to have blueface club and you're dating this one, that one, this one, and you getting this one pregnant and this one pregnant, you're not growing. You're stuck.
Blueface in the same position that you've always been in and that you will always be in.
>> So you said that that Junior was your child, but now you're on Jason Lee's channel talking about Well, no, that's really not my son. That's Ronnie Doe's son. And and Croan unal alive Ronnie Doe. I know who started that rumor. I'm not going to get into it. We were there when it all went down.
He You're a desperate man with nowhere to go. And that interview had nothing to do with Ronnie Doe. You're on there cuz you're cloud chasing. You got your uh what's it called? Your Twitch channel taken down. Okay. Your main source of income.
Let's just call it what it is. You know, your main source of income. You you head over to kick. When I went, he had four people in his chat.
Yeah, >> four people in this chat now. Who needs who? You don't care about Croan. This is just another publicity stunt so you can get more people to realize you're on kick now cuz you without it, you're not going to be able to pay your bills.
Croan was dumb enough to give you $10,000 a month for that restaurant.
And let's not forget, you owe the mob boss here in Vegas, you're broke.
>> Yeah. Yeah, it's good.
>> You're broke. This is the purpose of this interview. So, you want to say you're not Junior's father? Good.
That's a good thing. Now, we don't ever have to hear from him again. You go off into no man's land where you belong and finish sinking because you're going down.
No one cares about all that stupid stuff you be talking about. I'm dating this one and that one and Naa.
>> You want to call Junior slow? Something wrong with Nvea. It's not It's not a joke. Something wrong with all them girls that he be messing with.
>> They're dumb, desperate girls. Haven't you learned how to play the game? Just because a man has a name does not mean he has money.
Y'all don't even know how to get pimped out correctly. Y'all doing it for free.
Blueface is broke.
>> Blueace is broke. Headed. nowhere really quickly. And now you have all of the they want to call Cresant Rock fans rockars like slow, >> right?
>> We're slow. We are slow and y'all get a different ailment every week for Croant Son and we're slow.
I believe from the bottom of my heart, and I'm going to let you speak, Perry, next, that as you elevate in life, you have to leave the trash where you found it.
You got to let go. You have to let go of toxic people. You got to let go. Haven't you ever heard of like Merlin Santana got famous, was on the Steve Harvey show, still hanging out in the hood. You can't do that no more. As you elevate, the people around you have to elevate.
And if they not going to do it, you got to let them go. But there's a secret part of that. You just don't let them go. You don't look back.
When I let somebody go, I don't look back. I don't care what they doing, what they saying.
You're in my past and you gonna stay in my rearview mirror because I'm elevating to the top. Perry, what do you got to say about this mess?
>> Look, the only thing I can say about it is I was tired of it when they was together going through it >> now that she's been gone for months now >> and I guess they starting to get uh final bills and stuff coming to the office shut off notices, right?
>> So, I mean this interview typically when you interview somebody, >> bring them on and talk about something upcoming that they got going on or their accomplishments. Yeah, >> that interview didn't have a damn thing to talk about accomplishments because he lost that with Croan >> and on there like it didn't talk about nothing he's doing what he has been successful at.
>> But it's on there.
>> Oh well, yeah, it was my son on Wednesday because you know we had an agreement and everything was fine, but on Friday it ain't my son. Look, >> who gives a [ __ ] We know you're not paying child support.
paying child support and sometime men out there paying child support ain't enough. I'm a father or two >> and even when you're in the same house with them sometime you overlook you need to spend more time with them.
>> But with the whole thing is this look nobody's wanting you to be a father and if it was you got four or five other women that you can pick from. Stop looking at Croant because that's all you want and he'll be back on another interview next week. Oh yeah, it is my son. So you want Kashan to be yours cuz she was a money maker for you.
>> Nobody wasn't really coming to see you Otis.
>> Not Otis.
>> And you got the little sidekick announcer, his mama running around. Now she gonna switch it up cuz for she was always Kachan this that baby this Kashan this. Now she's talking hot topics. I know >> hear you then >> because all the accolades that you might want >> people look at you what you did to your kids.
>> Carissa.
>> Yeah.
>> You got a son running wild sticking his pole in anything that's moving or breathing and you ain't saying [ __ ] as if you ain't got enough grandb babies as it is.
>> Damn. I can't. No, I'm just saying like at some point >> stop worrying about Kashan and one baby that you said that you're not related to.
Why? Why all of a sudden you talking about that when you got a handful that you could be talking about your own?
>> Are they neglected?
>> So, it's a lot of things going on. But they out here and he's missing a good scene that he had in Kashan, >> right? She was his meal ticket, >> right? and the whole family's meal ticket.
>> His mother like who get that involved in their child's relationship? Most good parents would say, "Hey, I know it should be boundaries. Let me put boundaries on myself."
She's not.
>> And this whole thing is embarrassing.
>> She's a gold digger.
>> Carissa, she really is. And she was, "Why don't Why don't you help him?
Because that's not my job. You're the damn grandmother. You help them. That's your son.
you're pretty pretty much uh Carlos is a bigger loser than uh Blueface. Now, we know your uh son is broke and we know you're not making any income without Croant. Jaden ain't doing it. The real slow person, Nvea, ain't doing it. All y'all to combine together, stunner girl, and can't none of y'all figure out how to make some money without Croan.
Plus, let me tell you what is embarrassing, Carissa, besides you being a terrible mother, okay? Because we already covered that and I know you in my chat mad as hell. Who gives a damn? I think you're a disgrace. You're you're not a mother. You're not a grandmother.
You're not even a dog owner. You are just a disgrace and you need therapy.
But they never counted on CroN making it without them and getting the good support system around her. They never they never expected that. They thought the gravy train would last forever. But this last fight that this her first fight that she's ever had, Cashan breaking records uh a actually showing that she's uh athletic. She's she really fought that girl really hard. She had people coming out, celebrities. I'm going to I'm getting ready to show you Deion Sanders in a minute saying, "We're proud of you.
There's nothing wrong with finding God when you're going through a hard time.
What happened in the past is the past.
Do better. Be better. We're proud of you. You should just seen it. Proud.
Proud. Proud. Proud. Proud.
The people that hate Croan. How do you hate somebody that wants to find God?
And don't nobody know what's wrong with Junior? Cuz she ain't told you yet.
Like I said, my son did not speak until he was six years old. They they said that he had autism and we worked with him and now look at him. I hate haters and and people that wish bad on other people. Y'all are just haters. Y'all are embarrassing. I want to show you guys this clip from Deion Sanders. I thought it was really, really cool. Like she's getting all the support that she needs.
She needs to leave them in the gutter where she found them. I think this is it. No, I wanted to share this video with you. I don't know why I put it on the screen. Let's see what it says.
>> Baby mama, I mean somebody else to talk about besides Can. I mean, DON'T YOU MAKE MUSIC? WHY YOU AIN'T TALKING ABOUT THE MUSIC? Y'ALL LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING on with Blueface because this is definitely the demon that she has to rebuke every single night. This is definitely the demon that she has to pray away from her and Croan Jr. because you continue to play in that baby's face. you continue to undermine um Croan's evolution and you continue to always want to throw dirt on her name and if you only making money when it's got something to do with Cres then baby you got to focus on you.
Okay, I could have sworn he was a rapper. I could have sworn he was a a streamer. I could have sworn he was doing all these other things but yet still he has an interview and he continues to talk about Croan every single time. I mean, Blueface, I know you running out of money and they didn't kicked you off Twitch, but that don't mean continue to try to get some dang on response out of Croan. Y'all let me know in the comments down below what y'all think about this because regardless of whatever.
>> She said it all.
>> Yeah, you're right.
>> We We say it. She said it all. This is a heist that he's got going. And all of those people over there that are hate Croissant and Blueface fans, >> I'm not going to call y'all rockars and all that stupid stuff. We're just going to call y'all the bottom. You're you're like just go away. I if if you have anybody who talks about somebody else's children, >> yeah, >> you're lower than low. Then I wanted to share this this Deion Sanders called Crock. Did you guys see this already? I'm sure you did, but I thought it was so inspirational and cool. Deion Sanders, you ain't got to call no damn CN Rock, but that's how much the supporters are supporting you. And it might feel like the majority of the people don't like you. And it might feel like, you know, everyone's against you, but it's just not true.
Most of the people, the same people support you. Like there's nothing wrong for wanting to better yourself. Nothing.
Take I think this is it.
>> Honor. It's so many signs. I watch your motivation of what you would say to your the team to your sons or whatever. It make me cry.
>> Well, I watch you so for so many years. I feel like I know you, but I know but the girl I saw walk up to the way and get on that scale. I mean, body looking good, face looking clear, and I was so proud of you when you won that fight. Not that I ever thought you was going to lose, but you ain't going to get nothing. You ain't going to be victorious. But I was so proud of you on many levels. The spiritual level, the physical level, the mental level. that all of you went through like the most all them proud of the battles that you unfought that nobody know about.
>> No, for real.
>> So, I've been so proud of you and just uh I told CC I said, "Do you know her?"
He said, "Yeah." I said, "Ma'am, please reach out to her cuz I want >> You're on the right track. You're on the right track. You wouldn't have support like this from major celebrities. Keep doing what you're doing. Always hope for the best. Do the best you can do and don't look back.
>> Right.
>> Blue face is trash. Leave him where you found him in the gutter. Anything else you want to say, Perry?
>> No. You know, when you call him trash, we ain't got to call him that. His action shows it.
>> What man claims a baby just to be claiming him, right? And then just throw the kid away. Even if you was a stepfather to a kid and y'all broke up, you don't do that [ __ ] to no kid. So it's no empathy nowhere for these people, him or the mother. And what Kashan needed was support, not takers.
>> Yeah.
>> And that's what she was giving all her, you know, pretty much through this whole thing around immature takers and now they're suffering because nobody wants to be around Blueface and that loudmouth mama.
girl in a little video.
Don't rappers rap >> and they and they want to talk about uh uh Junior all day long night and day.
Who y'all should be talking about is Pink Face.
You did you see this video where she threw a fit in the store, start throwing things off the racks, uh hitting people, screaming cuz she couldn't get what she wants, cussing her mother out like a sailor. That's who needs they need to call CPS on is that what's her name? J Jordan.
That little girl, Jaden's little girl is bad as hell. Bad as hell. If y'all want to worry about somebody's kids, call CPS on Jaden's ass.
>> They don't notice that though because that's the environment of that family.
>> How I take it. All the kids running around doing these things. So they don't even look at it and say, "Hey, you don't even want the best for your own grandb babies or your own child."
>> But then you sitting here coming on an interview just to get paid, make a nickel to say this ain't your baby.
Nobody gives a [ __ ] Blue Face, because you're not acting like a father.
So I mean, it's just crazy, man. Like the these people like give men a bad name. A lot of them and there's a whole bunch of bad ones. They have a baby and think they ain't got to do nothing but pay child support. Then most of them want to avoid that. But even paying child support is not enough.
>> What's in your character? Did you need a father when you was growing up? Blue face >> probably. So >> and I didn't have the best but I know better than that.
>> Yeah. So Blue Face is not the father.
Congratulations. Let's keep it that way.
All right. Now, let's move on to Bnee.
Now, Perry, you don't know about this story. I don't think that >> I knew about the girl sleeping with her husband's No, her boy. There was somebody across the street, right?
That the girl who used to like pig out like eat a lot on the No, they call it uh smutbang or something like that. Something.
>> Yeah. Okay. I I I see where you're going. Yeah. Also, uh Bnee Canard is a Tik Tocker and I think she has a uh she has YouTube. Tik Tok. YouTube. And what's that other one where you do the videos? Um I can't think of it.
>> Hold on. Only fan.
>> No. No.
>> Oh, >> she uh it's called Snapchat. Snapchat.
And so at one point during the trial, uh, it came out that she was making $11,000 a month, right? But anyway, so she decides to go with her best friend's man, and she did it in a very sneaky, underhanded way.
She told Akira that she was having problems with her husband at the time, um, Devon, so she can go up in that girl's house. This is it's it's just unbelievable. And sleep with her man.
>> And I don't understand. And someone's gonna have to explain it to me. What is the attraction to Tim? First of all, he don't look worth a damn. He really does have hips like a woman. Butt jiggling.
He's gaining a lot of weight. But haven't you heard the saying, if they do it with you, they'll do it to you?
She was all around Akira's kids saying, "I'm your stepmom." Akira asked her, "Don't put my kids on camera." She was flaunting this man like she won the prize. That's why her ass lost the case.
She lost the case, right? And it really brought tears to my eyes when they said that um when they announced the judgment and everybody in the courtroom just stood up and and clapping because how painful is it to have your man leave you for a conniving itch that just had to have him.
>> All trust is shattered. But anyway, her lying ass. Now, let's get into what happened in court today. Did I miss anything you guys? Cuz I've been following this case and it's just new to my channel.
>> Could you explain it? Cuz like what was the relationship? It was a connection with the man she slept with.
Was it her husband's >> cousins?
>> Well, they said that they're play cousins. That's what I heard. Did you guys hear they're play cousins? And so the two husbands were good friends in high school, right? And they claimed to be cousins. So, they were good friends and then Akira >> is the the friend and Bnee were good friends. Okay, I hope I'm not leaving anything out. And so, uh, and you guys have to follow this case because >> she would go on and she'd be like, I'm so happy now, you know, now that I've gotten rid of yesterday's news. She's these really big breasts. Like, I've never seen anybody's breasts this >> big. like they're about as big as my head or bigger. And she would be waving her breast around and rubbing up against him. It's just disgusting. Nobody likes looking at a at a home wrecker. So anyway, so she won. All right. So today in court, let me explain this to you. I got to take the glasses off cuz she wasn't laughing today. Funny, funny, funny. It was funny, funny, funny until playtime was over with and now she wasn't laughing. Okay. So, today uh the judge asked her to put up $40,000 almost like a security deposit because she is uh appealing the judgment of the 1.7 million. So, the judge asked her to put up 40 million and she had a not 40 million, 40,000, pardon me. And she had a certain amount of time to do it. She did not do it. It's really weird because she also in the beginning when she was in court represented herself.
It was very odd. It was very She represented herself. She got to question Akira. It was really Some women get a a kick out of being with married men. They find it to be a challenge that they won. Damn the family. Damn the kids. Damn consequences. She was one of those. So anyway, uh she missed the deadline and now they've kicked all the bloggers out the courtroom. We'll talk about that later. She missed the deadline. So now the judge issued which is called a writ of execution which means that now Akira is allowed to go after her money on Tik Tok, Snapchat, YouTube, and wherever else she was making money.
She's also allowed to uh the judge is also at liberty if she wants to to deny her appeal.
And so when she got the writ today they now because of interest she owes 1.8 mil not 75 anymore because they had to put uh >> interest >> interest on it. And let me tell you how this works. So, North Carolina is a a state where you can't it's it takes a lot to garnish someone's checks. So, they can't really directly go to YouTube, right?
Because of the law. What they have to do is send something out to the banks, right?
It's called third party. So, they could tell the bank if this account gets any money in it, uh that's our money, right?
Uh, I guess technically if if YouTube gave her a hard check, I guess she could go cash it at the check cashing place, but then they have to they can go after the check cashing place, too. So, they can't directly garnish her checks, but they can do the way that I'm explaining right here. And so, uh, now you owe her 1.8 mil.
1.8 mil. You didn't put up the 40k. I don't I don't know why this this girl's very arrogant. She's very Now she married him. She married him in the year before they right before they went to court or maybe right after. She married him in September and she's not smiling anymore. Also, they have another trial coming up for her criminally cyberstalking Akira. She did. She was awful to Akira. very very awful.
And now it's time to pay the piper. And I don't care what no woman says for this. I'm talking for Charelle. Nobody else. Just for ain't no man fine enough.
Ain't no man uh cute enough, rich enough for me to be with that man anymore.
Now you trying to mess with my money.
He's not so alluring anymore. He's up there gaining weight at all the restaurants they have been to. He He getting big. He getting big. He's jealous of Devon because Akira, who is now pregnant, had lost a lot of weight. Devon lost a lot of weight and they were just moving on after what happened to them. But I think that her punishment goes deeper than anybody knows.
You've got to have low low low self-esteem >> to do what you did. And you thought it was funny. And so right after I report this, I want you guys to go look. She not laughing no more. She's not laughing at all.
That's what I said. So what do you think about this case of alien alien alienation? I can't even say it.
Alienation of affection in your state.
And they're from where you from. Uh they're in uh the Raleigh Durham area.
What do you think?
>> That's crazy.
>> I never heard of that. Anyway, like until Nene Leaks, you know that thing.
But this whole thing was just a trip anyway. Like you said, this girl obviously had issues. And then you said, "Well, why do people want to get with somebody else's man and all that stuff?"
They find it rewarding >> because to take somebody man is saying to them they was better looking. They was this better. They was a better fit than the person they cheated on.
>> Oh, >> that's deep, >> right?
>> As far as this girl like, yes, she gonna cry now because the guy that's with her, >> the one she married or whatever now, >> he's just using her. He's only there for the money.
>> He treated her like dog [ __ ] if I remember.
>> He would say the things that Perry would say if I wasn't on YouTube, like, "Is that spoon going up again?"
>> You know what I'm saying? Over and over again. He would say it to her. But I know he using her cuz ain't no man lonely enough to want to be with a woman like that.
>> I mean, I'm I'm a wife. I always look at it through the wife's eyes.
And there are some people say you can't make a man leave anybody. It was something wrong in the relationship uh to begin with. You just don't hurt the spouse. There's children involved.
Akir's very close to her family. Like Bnee, you deserve everything you get. So now I'm going to sit back and watch you lose all your assets one at a time. And then you're going to lose the last one which you thought was an asset, Tim. Cuz when the money gone, he's gone. We need these women need to get some self-esteem. Like I wouldn't play second fiddle to no one. We'll see how it goes now. So that So we're going to follow that case. She's going to come on crying tonight. I'll report what happens tomorrow. She's gonna be crying. She's seen the look on her face >> because you know what? anytime like when they order her to pay her anything. Her money was her power.
>> Hold on.
>> What?
>> I can't. Oh, thank you for becoming a member. I'm so sorry to go. He dated her twin sister Karen. I can't I cannot.
>> Are you talking about hips dated Karen?
I think I did hear something like that after all went through that he creep with her sister.
>> You said how you get him, how you lose him, child. Y'all, somebody said she's pregnant.
Am I pregnant? I'm not pregnant. Child, that's just Perry's good cooking. I'm not pregnant at all. Um, this is a mess.
This is a mess. We'll see how it goes tomorrow because she will have a whole different attitude. Like you look at things, don't start messing with my money. And I don't care how much she makes. People make good money on social media. They they used to. This is why her checks are declining every month because YouTube isn't paying anymore.
Tik Tok, if they pay you at all. You've heard the stories. But her last little money, she gonna be gone.
>> Child, that's that's just a disgrace.
That is just a disgrace.
Anyway, let's move over to Tasha K. I wanted to Well, somebody as actually asked me to do this about Tasha K because I we reported yesterday that uh Cardi B is trying to issue some sanctions on her and it's worse than I thought.
I go back and forth with this uh Tasha K situation because I don't like anybody threatening bloggers. And what happens is a lot of times cuz we're not sitting in these chats talking to ourselves.
Y'all want to know the tea and it's very easy for famous people to put on fronts because that's what most of them do. if be a blogger for I I'll say six months and you won't trust a single celebrity.
You won't trust anything that they say, right? Because uh they have to be perfect and they hide their dirt. And so, uh I I don't like that. But I have to honestly say she gave Tasha Kay so many chances.
What are your thoughts on that, Perry?
Like she kept saying you're breaking this, >> right?
It's almost like the cease and desist.
Remember how early you was like, "Well, but why don't Cardi lessen the bill or whatnot?" When some when you go to somebody and say, "Hey, you know, you know, that's not true or whatever. Can you take that down?"
>> When you keep doing it, >> regardless of where you got the information from >> or whatnot, and you keep doing it over and over again, and I have to spend my money to take you to court, at that point, the gloves are off. I'm not going to lessen what you owe me. Right? Because obviously when we when I asked you for a simple thing like it or told you it's not true, can you take it down? You didn't agree to it.
But if somebody keep giving somebody a warning after warning, I know a lot of people in the chat yesterday were saying, "Well, she's not talking about her." I'm not even sure what the court papers say that she can't talk about. The person who should know would be Tasha. She should know whether she could speak about Cardi B. Can she mention her name? Those are things she would have to know. I don't know all that. But if a person keep giving you warnings >> and lately been trying to go back and questioning what you told the bankruptcy court or whatever or trying to find a way to get you, you don't give them more reason to want to come out to you by talking about somebody that they're dating.
I mean, all that comes back to her and she's going to be upset. And really, >> well, let's get into the details. Number one, uh, Cardi B's attorneys, superb.
It really looked like they never really took her their eye off of her and they built a substantial case. Let's head down to uh the first page. It It's It's a lot. Okay. So, what they're accusing her of is using code names for Cardi B and her family. They said, uh, she would refer to Cardi B as old girl. Uh, that woman over there. Uh, and they looked at this as harassment because they did sign an agreement that both would keep each other's names out of their mouth. So, uh, I could see this happening. A lot of bloggers do this.
Like you might, you know, you're talking about somebody, you don't say their name. Like, I call what's her name?
>> Yeah. So, so I could see how that could happen on accident. It says, um, wrong page. Hold on.
Here we go. Uh, debtor's patterns of violation shares a consistent and deliberate structure post content that unmistakably refers to this is Cardi B.
She's had a hell of a last name. I think it's a Elmanzar or her family using scarcely coded language, nicknames, cont uh cont, what's it say? Contextual clues her audience universally understood. So, they're saying she's using these code names, but everybody knows who she's talking about. It's not like you're using the code name and they don't know who you're talking about. And plus, in using the code names, the situations that you described is what Cardi is going through. So, and they're just not saying Cardi and her family, aka Offset, aka Stefan Diggs.
And they and this is they've been following her up till almost today.
Like it they never took their eye off of her. And every time a violation was broken, they would send her a message saying this was a violation of the terms of the agreement. So code names, not allowed to use code names. She kept using code names. Next, let's see what we got next.
Um, oh, here is part of the uh letters or the warnings that they would mail to her attorney and to her. It says, "Your client is not clever in attempting to obstruct the target of her commentary.
Her intent is transparent and is disregard for courtrooms admonishments is apparent. The fact that we cannot reach even one quarter of the plan term without repeated violations speaks volumes about your unwillingness to comply.
They just didn't send her warnings.
These warnings was obvious something that they were going to use in court.
You know what I mean? You know how that lawyer talk and they use that right language. Um, also let's see here. It says um she talked about uh Cardi B's husband offset including 16 separate post. Oh, they kept every post every uh you know how you go she goes on sometimes on her uh like maybe what's it called and you just talk freely? I can't think of the name of it.
>> You chatting or something.
>> Yeah. Uh but it's spaces. It's on um >> Okay.
>> And sometimes she they cut there. So they didn't take her their eye off of her.
>> So when she if she went on at 3:00 in the morning, they went on at 3:00 in the morning. And they had people taking different shifts. And you have to remember the more expensive the lawyer the the more what harder it is to discredit them. Let me put it that way. And I know when I have my attorneys, they kept their eye on whoever I was being sued every minute. And I it took me a long time to figure it out. I was like, "How come every time I go say something, I get a text from Michael?" Because he's watching. they're watching. So, it's a team of really good lawyers. And I I know last time that uh Tasha Kay had a very terrible lawyer named Olga. I think she knew her personally or something like that. She might have a team of lawyers now, but it might be too late. Okay. So, uh they got every time she mentioned Offset, uh describes court obligations. Oh, she went on like um uh I don't want to call it a rant, but she was uh just talking freely to her chat like I might do on members only and she was saying that she feels like she's in chains and stuff like that and uh she wanted everybody to help her pay her debt so she wouldn't feel like she was in chains anymore.
They took that as a threat and said uh she knew she had obligations using the word chains and admits to intends to resume her conduct once the debt is paid.
Every time she goes live, they go live.
>> Even for the GoFundMe. Okay. Even for the GoFundMe.
Um what's here?
Uh transcripts where she descri Okay, the chains uh this section describes a campaign launched out of spite to pay the judge. Oh, okay. They're saying her asking for money.
>> Uhhuh.
>> That it wasn't true intent. Like she really didn't need money. She claimed in her what was it called? the the GoFundMe. Uh she did it more out of spite and public sympathy. This is how they're looking at the situation.
Not gonna look good in court because you're not supposed to even be talking about it when you put to a whole GoFundMe. But at the same time, I I'm saying both sides of the coin. What are you to do when you have this big bill over your head that you can't pay?
>> Right? So they really shouldn't punish her for the GoFundMe, but they are.
>> And then it sound like to me though, I don't mean to cut you off, but it's the GoFundMe. They saying that you still actually trying to gain public sentiment over, oh, this person got you down. I need this money. Right. But I understand other side, hell, if you owe the money, you need the money to pay it. And then they said earlier about she would make state and say, "Well, yeah, I need to go back and bury the report how I want to report." Meaning that once I pay her off, I can go back to talk [ __ ] about her.
>> Yeah. Yeah, you're absolutely right about that. It could be interpreted that way and the judge is going to interpret it that way. Uh public plans. Okay. So, she asked for money, but I guess during this, I didn't see this, but when she asked for money, she told the public that she wasn't struggling. She just needed to get up this person off up off up off of her. Meaning, yeah, I don't know why she said that. I don't know. Like, um I don't know why she said she didn't need the money, but she did. Uh they said that they feel that they were already giving her a reasonable amount because you know they lower it to 1.5 um sanctions teams are seeking Oh. Oh my god. And they're asking Tasha K's attorneys if Tasha K can reimburse Cardi D for her attorney fees.
Oh my god, that's in the millions.
They also want the 3.7, pardon me, 3.9 reinstated.
Uh, they also want to be able to add more sanctions for future violations.
>> You know what I'm starting to think, Charerelle? and not trying to get ahead of this document or >> whatnot, >> but she came out and like lately now we know YouTube been down in the dumps. They ain't paying what they used to pay, >> right? When she came out with the GoFundMe, most people would say, "I'm okay." Nobody wants a person to know what you really dealing with financially. You know what I'm saying?
>> Like a prideful person wouldn't, >> but sometime you might need something.
But I'm thinking this >> during this time because it's like they've been doing this for a minute now, >> like checking in on her and all that stuff, sending warnings that I never knew about.
>> Maybe she knew.
Well, obviously she knew that they were saying, "Hey, you crossing the line here. You're doing this. You're doing that." Maybe. And they starting to demand all this money back. Maybe she figured if you go ahead and get this money with the GoFundMe, pay this [ __ ] off now, it's not nothing for them to cancel like, >> right? Pay off the bankruptcy where it's done. It's discharged. Right.
>> Now, the person can't cancel that and you can get out. But as long as she in it and they find some violations, maybe now they can reinforce more money.
Maybe. I'm not sure. It just sound like it could be one of those situations.
I mean, they crossed they've gott every eye and crossed every tea. She's going to be sanctioned. And they're very The judge might because the she might have to pay that 3.9 million aka 4 million. Um because I just don't see how she not cancel the old terms cuz you didn't abide by the old terms. It says here also she's seeking immediate reimbursement for all legal fees and cost spent monitoring. Oh, I was telling you I just said this that a good attorney never takes their eye off you.
And if they get a ding at 3 in the morning, let's say Tash K's up, can't sleep, wants to talk about it, then they go on at 3 in the morning.
>> If she hops over to her app, they hop over to the app. If she goes to spaces, they hop over to spaces. They've been following her since day one to tell you the truth. And then they put together a strategic plan. This is just not one day Cardi B heard her say something that she shouldn't have said and then oh okay well I'm I'm going to go get you sanctioned. These attorneys have a file on Tasha K so thick I could not read it all.
It it just they've been following her and I guess they knew or prepared for if she doesn't stop then this is what we're going to hit her with. So they want their she and she wants the her to pay for the legal fees immediately.
She also wants to be able to set a monetary penalty for every future violation.
This is very important because Tasha K covered the uh Stefan Diggs case.
Um she's also still talking about Offset. She's supposed to be going to one of Offset's uh concerts. She's not backing down. you're so that that's >> you know and I can say not backing down too but as a content creator >> when you come out here and Tasha get these good stories like the good stuff right >> so if YouTube ain't paying what they used to pay and the stories ain't really popping the way they used to >> how it's the the the dilemma she's going through is maybe I don't supposed to be talking about it but I give them code names here or there because she need to report that story to make income. She still have to pay this monthly, you know, bill.
>> Well, and she's still going to get these future violations, right?
>> Especially if she keeps talking about Stefan Diggs, >> who has another case, by the way.
>> That's what's making that hard. Like a lot of people say, "Well, she can just stop." But then when you running a business and you paying people and all that stuff >> or you got bills yourself, >> you need the money. So maybe she could be just doing it like she need the money and got to talk about these hot topics to generate money. I I don't know.
>> Uh I don't know. I It's going to be hard, very hard to uh fight this case.
And so they're asking for the old contract to be null and void. They want to return it to back to the uh 3.9 million. Oh my gosh.
>> Damn. They also want to dismiss the bankruptcy case and have her converge conversion to chapter 7. What does that mean?
>> Well, chapter 7 is when you uh actually get rid of every all your debt.
>> But certain things they allow you to have a certain many many vehicles or a house or whatever like that. You can keep minimum stuff to live, but you can wipe everything totally off. I'm not sure if she can or not. That's why I think she was going through this 11 like when you try to um like rebuild or something like that about this bankruptcy thing that she's in.
>> Her her response basically is she really wasn't talking about Cardi. That's not going to work. and they l and I didn't feel like doing this today. They got all of the exhibits, you know, they keep all the stuff, all the voice messages, all the postings. And uh so she's basically saying she wasn't talking about her and she does have a right to freedom of speech, >> right?
>> Which is not going to work well >> with a binding contract.
>> Yeah. I'm not sure if it's going to work. And that's the gray line in in this whole thing. Freedom of speech. We should have that, right? And I'm not sure exactly what her paperwork's saying that she could talk about, not talk about, but freedom of speech is one thing. And like really, it's like I can't talk about your neighbor in your neighborhood because I owe you this judgment. It it comes down to what she was notified that she couldn't do or say.
>> That's another thing. Yeah. You were notified. you are notified. Uh it says Almanzar, respectfully request that the court enter an order requiring Debit to cease and desist immediately from all conduct in violation of the non-disparagement clause, including the direct, indirect, and thinning coding by obviously reference to Cardi. I'm not going to that last name is a doozy. And her family members described herein awarding this awarding Cardi B her attorney fees. Yeah, there that's and cost incurring and monitoring. They just don't want the attorney fees. They also want her Tasha Kay to pay for their services because it takes time out of their law firm to follow Tasha K.
>> Right. Right. I mean, just like anybody else, like when you sue somebody >> and you and you win, you ask for your attorney fees >> because you wouldn't have had to be there if waiting for that person violating you. You know what I mean?
>> Yeah.
>> Imposing a prospective monetary sanction for each future violations. That's what's shocking, too. Future. She hasn't even said anything.
>> Well, >> but they're still watching.
>> But what they're claiming is she have said things. They have sent over warnings.
>> Yeah.
>> And they saying that with your behavior >> for the future, you can't say these things neither.
>> Right. That's what makes the first contract null and void because we had an agreement. We're not supposed to talk about this. You're not supposed to talk about me.
You're not supposed to talk about my family. And so, and you agreed to those things. That's why we gave you the 1.5, but you didn't hold up your end of the bargain. Um, let me finish reading. Um, Cardi B in an amount the court deems appropriate as a deterrent. Oh, yeah.
They want a set fee the next time she makes a mistake and it's just automatic, right? So, they'll send those warnings to the judge.
granting such other and future relief as the court deems just and proper including if debt continues to violate the confirmation order following the entry any enforce enforcement order dismissal of ooh debt debtor's bankruptcy case pursuant I don't know they want to take her back and restructure the the uh bankruptcy and they want to do a chapter 7 I don't know what that means means, but it's something different than what they have structured now. And because it's going to be 3.9, I heard she can't write this debt off.
I want to know y'all.
Perry, >> if you I'm not sure if she can write it off in a seven.
>> Let me see what Naomi is saying. She said, uh, Tasha did not violate. She talked about Stefan. Tasha is not stupid, >> right? And see, that's the part we don't know. Like the whole thing is >> if if that was simply the case and that's all she did, it would be no need to worry. But when you got her attorney sending you over this this this, you violated this was 100% right. And we're not sure what she could talk about and what >> No, I I saw this because I looked at the evidence. What happened was I guess Uh Tasha has a cousin that was hooking hooking or dating with uh Stefan Diggs and this was the day of the Super Bowl and Tasha K broke this story >> not and also Stefan Diggs is considered a me member of the family. She got this list of family members she can't talk about because he is Cardi B's baby daddy.
So that's what they were talking about for that. Now, did she know? Well, yeah. I guess it's it's a mess. It's a mess.
>> Yeah, but but in court, ignorance is no excuse. And not saying that she I mean, I'm not even saying Cardi beat attorneys are right. But she's spending a lot of money to try to get Tasha >> a lot.
>> And I'm sure her attorneys like, "Hey, you know, we ain't got nothing here."
I'm sure they probably would tell it. We don't know what was in the actual agreement, what she could talk about and things like that. That would be really important >> to know.
>> This person helps right here. She says chapter 7 that means a lot of things that she was able to keep. They can't forfeit her. Forfeit her to sell them to pay things off her debt. Perry, you know bankruptcy. What does that mean? You see, a seven is when you go, you can clean the slate.
>> A 13 is when you just budgeting your bills. You might get rid of some debt, but you repaying them. And the thing she's in right now, she's repaying her debt, and it's like a business plan to keep her business and all that stuff going.
>> I mean, >> they to pay and they spread out over years so she could rebuild her business.
But a seven, you file a seven, the uh trustee start taking [ __ ] away from you. He might leave you with a house and a car. And if the house is too valuable, he might say, "Get a lesser one."
>> What about this one? It says, "Cardi B needs to get over herself. She's a public figure. Get over Tasha K isn't the only one talking slick about her self." Okay, >> this is this is very much true. This is very very very much true. We are gossip bloggers. That's what we get paid to do.
Why isn't why is Cardi taking it so far, Perry?
>> Well, you know what?
>> Spending more and more money.
>> Like a lot of people talk [ __ ] about us.
Anybody else?
>> When you have a bad experience with a person, they went through this court thing for two or three years, right? It was something like that. At least two years.
>> But >> three probably. When you start to personally hate a person, your neighbor can say the same [ __ ] You just blow it off. But her intentions on is she's so mad at Tasha that she gonna try to screw screw her back over whenever she can.
Cardi B.
>> And I don't have nothing against Tasha or Cardi B, but Cardi B is spending millions of dollars, millions of dollars on Tasha K for cuz she don't like her. You just said it. She don't like her.
>> Unfortunately for Tasha K, this girl's got so much money.
It's not worth it. It's just not worth it.
>> Okay. And people say, "Well, everybody else talk about her." Tasha have a real huge blog.
>> Yeah.
>> Big numbers, >> right?
>> Right. Sometime people want to just pick somebody and make a statement >> and see how she had this relationship with Tasha back and forth.
>> You feel that Cardi B is harassing Tasha. K, let's just be real. Is this what you're saying?
>> No. No. I'm not saying harassing her.
>> She could be or not. I'm saying But what I'm saying is she might take it from somebody else.
It's her choice, >> but she already have it in for Tasha.
Tasha already the wrong way is what I'm saying.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> That >> and at this point they got reduced and stuff and with the shirts making a mockery out of it.
>> Yeah.
>> People got feelings on both sides.
>> Yeah.
>> It's like I don't got it.
>> Yeah.
>> Shirts like that.
>> Yeah.
>> Pissing things off. And then Tasha is good at getting information, right?
Really good.
>> So that's the one you want to shut up.
>> What her man?
>> Girl, hold up. HOLD UP, Y'ALL. HOLD UP.
HOLD UP. PERRY MIGHT HAVE A POINT.
He's saying that Cardi B has a special interest in shutting up Tasha K.
>> Exactly. From the court case.
>> Oh, that the clock thickens, don't it?
>> And Tasha's really good at getting this information. Mhm.
>> So, I mean, she get information in your household that you don't know about. You know what I'm saying? Like, she's good at it. But if she shut that person down, okay, for real, like, if she shut Tasha down, do you think any other blogger would keep talking [ __ ] about Cardi B?
>> Right. Right.
>> I think not.
>> Right.
>> H. Someone says, "Don't be mad because Cardi's lawyers play chess while Tasha K was playing yatsi when these kid No, that person's telling the truth, right?
Cardi B is spending millions of dollars and it shows just in the briefs that they write. Um, it's a big difference and she spent a lot of money. Now she wants that money back. I stopped watching Tasha K after this crisis because she admitted she lied. So that proves she can't be trusted and she's not credible.
I don't have I I like them both. I'm not picking a side, but I have to say what I know. Tasha Kay got some wrong information. Now what happened after that you might be talking about but she didn't at that point she didn't do anything worse than any other blogger.
Sometimes our information is good sometimes it's bad and then you got to say it >> lies or misinformed. Yeah, I think that too. But I think this regardless of where she got the inflammation from >> and once she started getting cease to assist to stop it, when you don't now we don't bypass the information you said.
Now you standing on business, right?
>> Why ask whatever. And that's why she, you know, she had to pay. And being fair on both sides, Cardi B did send her cease and assist saying, "Hey, stop it."
>> Yeah, she did.
>> Maybe at that point you should go and double check your information.
>> Mhm.
>> Or something.
>> Uh, listen to She says it's personal.
She's going to eventually take Tasha down. You know what? I was thinking that when I was reading the paperwork. I'm saying, "Can Tasha recover at this point?"
Uh, y'all see the Shade Room won't post her at all. Uh-uh. I didn't notice that.
Oh, gossip is one thing, but Tasha tried to destroy Cardi. I mean, because of her money and her influence, she has a whole a lot of what they call them your your fans. She's got a lot of those. What's what's Cardi B fans called?
>> Birdie Gang. Birdie Gang, I think.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, she's powerful woman. We can't rather whatever we think of her, she's powerful.
>> Who said it right? And that's the word I was going to say. It's personal at this point.
That's what I'm saying. It's personal now.
>> And either you can just go through just, you know, sometimes you got to hold your tongue.
>> I know in this business it's like [ __ ] if I hold my tongue, I'm missing the stories which can bring me money. But I, you know, you got to make that decision.
>> But the only person would know that Tasha was constantly getting warned by Cardi B because we thought Cardi B had moved on doing her tour, doing whatever, right?
But now you reading documents that her attorneys have been sending them things that should have been enough to put you on alert to say, "Hey, you know what?
I don't want to have to go back to court for this [ __ ] again." You know what I mean? I'm thinking >> this is very interesting. Dei, I've never heard anybody say this before. I think Nikki was backing Tasha Kay. Now Tasha K should have stopped but got her it got personal for her. She had a bad chip on her shoulder. Even her husband couldn't shut her up. You think it started out that she because she she's friends with Nikki. She's friends with Nikki trying to help Nikki cuz they had a big beef. Uh Nikki and um Cardi and now it just spun out of control. It could be I I I >> Yeah, that's possible.
Cardi B has talked about Tasha Kay and her children after the case. So, what's the big deal?
>> The difference is >> Cardi B probably didn't get nothing from the court saying she couldn't. I'm just trying to be nice and simple. This is all legal stuff. It's not what we might think and all this. I I understand what they saying that you would only think it was fair. But Cardi B warned because Tasha had said things that was wasn't right about Cardi.
>> Let me ask y'all this because I really do think that Cardi this she Tash K might not come back from this but at this point we are where we are. Okay.
What should Tasha K do now?
I mean personally >> I mean I mean what I would stop I mean what I would do for sure is stop talking about anybody dealing with Cardi B for real >> and I know you lose money because the stories you missing but why jeopardize what you got going on you know getting back on track 1.2 million or whatever she got to pay now is different than 3.9.
Like >> you got to think financially too in this whole thing. And I know it's about pride. Nobody want to feel like damn that person shut me up.
>> And the whole world know that watch Tasha K was like damn she can't talk about her. And sometime your pride make it feel like [ __ ] that I'mma talk about it. But financially if you woke up and we was in that situation I'm like hey you better not say that girl name. Don't >> Yeah. Well, do you know uh somebody in her neighborhood? No, we ain't talking about it.
>> I would stay clear. I'm just saying.
Call it what you want. It's not being a chunk. It's just being smart with your money.
>> Last one says Cardi B is taking it too far. Her baby daddy is in the news and having babies with everyone.
Well, listen, we're past that right now.
What? I'm worried about what's going to happen next. So, I don't know. Tasha got a lot going on. We will wish both ladies the best of luck. Hope they can figure it out, but uh legally looks like uh Card's got her back up against the wall and she very well could take down Tasha Kay and then maybe Tasha K fans if they, you know, show some kind of disregard to Cardi like you took this too far now you took her down. Maybe I don't know what's going to happen. Don't give me the line. Look, I'll uh keep y'all updated. I I don't know what's going to happen, but you know, Tasha's got a lot to overcome.
We'll see how it goes. Perry, any last words?
>> No, I just say this. I wish both of them the best. Like, it shouldn't have to be this tip for tat, but when people get personal with each other, >> things cross the line more often. And it's their battle to fight, you know. So hopefully that things could come out okay.
>> We don't know what was was granted by the court saying what you can say and what you can't say.
>> Yeah. And it's not too I'm scared of Card's money. I'm scared of Card's money. I've seen what Nikki did to Nosy >> and it looked like Cardi's trying to take down uh Tasha and it gets it's just >> sometimes >> things can get so personal where you hate a person so bad. Mhm.
>> You don't give a damn if it's 10 million. And I'm just only saying that like even when you on the other side fighting a case, that [ __ ] costs money.
>> We don't know what to do. We're just reporting the story, y'all. And hopefully this will be over soon. We'll see what happens. Any last words, Carrie?
>> No. Those are my last words until our next show.
>> All right. [ __ ] this [ __ ] people. We out. See you tomorrow.
>> Bye, everybody. [ __ ] this [ __ ]
