That's cool. I don't mind that nobody going on and then you get tired of them.
You send them home.
>> Hello.
>> I need franchise number cuz Tasha I I ain't I ain't even tripping about no jaw. That's not even the point. She threw water at me. She sent me home for no reason. Everybody seen that I was working with nobody backing me up when the line wrapped around. They've been doing that. I've been here and I ask Mike. Not even trying to bring nobody in it, but I'm just saying for instance, ask Mike. Every time I'm in drive and stuff over there by myself, but then when they >> All right, man. Let's step out for a second.
>> Sit right there. I mean, right here.
Tell her right here.
>> Right here.
>> Oh, okay. Come on. Is this >> you? Yeah. Okay. Both th >> I'm going to get my drink. Then I'm going out of here.
Yes. Everybody said if work if work you see it I need fresh cuz I know to me >> everybody was right there by I'm I'm sorry not talking.
>> Yeah it's me.
>> Everybody was right there. So yes, everybody's here.
>> We're waiting on here to grab a lid so we're not anymore.
>> Okay, come on.
My money still in that register. Get my joint, baby.
>> My money still in that register. That's what I'm telling y'all.
>> Come on. Let's go. Who I'm walking with?
How y'all want? driver license.
>> Yeah.
>> Hey, just talk to them. Talk to her and talk to see if there anyone else witnessed it.
>> I'm new just like everybody else. Why throw me on the register at um 5:00 on night shift by myself? Ain't nobody else here. Sasha was helping me and Eric wasn't with nobody helping me with nobody backing up me. I was ringing up and taking my own order.
>> All right, ma'am. So, what's going on today? I need you to talk to me. Okay.
>> I thought he was up front.
>> What's going on today?
>> Now, she got mad cuz I told her I want to get transferred.
>> That you were what? Getting transferred.
>> I want I had asked her can she get my can she get She told me. Okay. For one, I've been we've been working. So, like about 40 I guess I say about 45 minutes ago. Yeah. I want to talk to the camera cuz I want to see me. About 45 minutes ago. Oh, I cut out. But about 40 I know I about 45 minutes ago. I'm sorry my mind ain't here right now because she really trying.
>> About 45 minutes ago I had I was like um mention I feel like this ain't for me because I'm I'm working myself. I'm the only cash store in there. You get what I'm saying?
>> Which at the end of the day I been a man before. I had I got three years management experience before I came, you know, working at counties at Hardies. So I know the procedure. I know we going to be short stuff. I understand it. But when you got two managers in the store and nobody bagging me up, but somebody always backing her up, that's a problem.
You get what I'm saying? So she was like, "Well, what do you mean?" Then she was like, "Eric, come me up." And I was like, "Ma, it ain't even that serious cuz it dramified here. Like everything go out of proportion." I was like, "You ain't even that serious." She was like, "Well, I got a problem with people working with you and saying you're aggressive." So I was like, "Well, me and Tasha, um, coming from a manager point of view, because I'm a manager also, if you got a pro, if somebody tell you it's something that I did wrong, you should tell me or let me know what I need to change in order for me to grow."
I was like, "So that's weird." I was like, "But we ain't even got to talk about it cuz you know, I'm still here working." And that's how I went on my work. I guess she went outside, she talked on the phone with whoever she talked to. I guess I'm assuming it's Bobby the man that's on my phone now. I guess they didn't know I were going home. She was like, "Well, we came to the conclusion that we going to send you home tonight." And I was like, "Send me home for what?" After I stocked up the whole store, like I did all that in there. Like, you going to send me home now? Why you didn't think to send me home when I first said, "Dang, y'all didn't do nothing today." Like, it wasn't nothing stocked up.
>> So, that was she was like, "We going to send you home or whatever, whatnot."
>> So, right, she had no time to spend that. I called because and I was like, "Just say a little prayer for me." Like, you know, cuz I know I was getting beat like I was overwork. So, then when she was supposed to send me, I was like, "Okay, let me clock out." I said, "But give me Bobby number." Who is the man that like, you know, I guess over whoever. I don't know. I need French fry. I never know. But yeah, Bobby number. She was like, "We ain't going to give you bobber number. We just going to send you home cuz we starting to feel."
But mind you, she just came to me the day before yesterday and told me that she um she was asking me, "Do I feel like girl start?" So I'm like, "Okay."
She said she's going to feel and on fire. I was like, "Where you like me up?" So I was walking back to the clock out and she blocked out the clock and we was in front of the floor and the bucket flipped and I flipped it back. Guess what?
>> So how did where was the bucket at?
>> Right down on the top where we all was.
>> How did it flip?
>> What you mean how did it flip? I hit the table.
>> You say you hit the table?
>> Yeah. And it flipped. They got cameras.
Go apple for a nobody about to ask me.
And she picked it up. She picked it up with her hand and threw it. It flipped on my end, but it she it was thrown at me. So >> So she tried to throw it at you.
>> She picked it up and threw it. Yeah. She picked it up and threw it with her hand.
I'm sorry because I'm just want to make sure it's clear. Listen, >> the bucket when it's me. I flipped it.
Okay.
>> So you want me to show you on your car?
>> So did you hit the car or like you hit the car?
>> Yeah. Hard though, cuz I'm angry.
Uh-huh.
>> She picked the [ __ ] up and throw it back at me. And by that by that time I told her, she come outside. I did say that.
Yes, I did. After you flip water on me, you'reing manager. You just told me when I got here this morning, this when I mean this evening at 4, this ain't your shift. Go to Arizona for everything. So why are you picking with me? What's wrong with me telling supposed to be assistant manager that I feel like I'm over work? I'm the only cashier in there right now. As you see this B, this just booming and then nobody can help me.
That ain't help me to after I say that.
So I already knew they were gonna try to send me home. You get what I'm saying?
>> But like what do you expect? I'm the only cashier in there.
>> What? So So after So after >> I sat in there and I went to the drive-thru and I asked that lady and I got that lady number. She gave me her number.
>> So after you hit the table, right?
>> The water flew on everybody. Not just her. It's more than what in there.
>> Okay. So picked it up and threw it back.
>> She tried to throw it back.
>> She didn't try. She did.
>> But it came out her.
>> It hit me.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. I can hear her. It hit both of us.
So if one going to jail, both going to jail.
>> Okay. And then and then after that then what happened?
>> I went in the lobby and I was talking cuz she called the police. Okay.
>> At this point I need to be bored.
>> So you went straight to the lobby and just were sitting there where I saw you come in. Yeah.
>> I w I was >> I really want and I feel like if they seen some commotion like that going in they store. What's wrong with calling Bobby? You just had called Bobby on me back then. Like why not call Bobby and let me speak? I had to call way to Atlanta. H how did you get her phone?
>> What you mean? It was on the cabinet.
>> Okay.
>> I couldn't get my I couldn't get back there to get my stuff.
>> Okay. So, you just grabbed her phone off the counter >> and I was holding it right there and I said I wasn't going to walk out the store cuz I'm not stealing. I didn't go in it. It's not damage. It's not none of that. So, like what? I couldn't get my You seen that? And she knew who it was and I just made that clear to people.
>> So, that's vice versa. I get what you're saying and I get what she said. But I never walked out them doors with her phone. I was right there and her phone was actually right there, too. Okay.
>> What she mean?
>> All right, I got you. Do you have your ID?
>> No, I don't got no idea at work, but I know I can give you everything. I know my um driving license in my heart.
>> That's perfect. And what's your name?
>> Talk and my birthday.
I don't got no wants. I don't got no problem with that. And then she end up calling. Okay. You too.
>> What's your phone number? You're a Mexican one. She was just trying to buy my food stuff. And now she act like somebody did her to I need you. I need my number.
phone.
>> No, it's the real >> Okay.
>> What are you trying? Ma'am, just stay right here.
>> Well, she's right here. Listen away from her.
>> Okay, I get that. But listen, I need you to stay in one spot.
>> Well, I just don't want to stand by her.
What's wrong with black folk like that? You know how many folks don't got the police don't know how to Okay.
death, terroristic threats, simple battery.
>> You have witnesses that >> uh yeah, I have one of the not her, but the other girl, I mean, the water's all over the floor.
>> Um I mean, even on the 911 call, they said that they said that you got to get the phone back from her.
>> Yeah. So, she admitted to taking my phone that it was on the counter. She grabbed it and she walked around and then sat there. She said she >> Yeah.
>> Um, >> she said that with the water it was on the table. So, she went back there to go get her jacket or get her stuff or to clock out and they wouldn't let her clock out. The lady was standing the lady was standing in front of it. So, she like banged the table. It had a bucket of water and the water um I guess it splashed on everyone. She said that's when the lady grabbed the bucket and tried to throw it at her and ended up getting on like everybody.
>> Like they were like she's trying to throw the tea things like the other lady said she was trying to push her out of there. She was like actively threatening like she's going to um come back and whoop her ass. She's going to that she's going to have to get a restraining order against her. She's going to flatten all of her tires and everything. I mean we have we have enough for >> Okay.
>> I know.
All right, man. Listen, you're going to go to jail. Okay.
>> Why?
>> For taking her phone.
>> I didn't take her phone. But they had my stuff.
>> Okay. Listen.
>> Wait. Before you send me to jail. Wait.
Let me get my me. I got some weed.
>> Okay. I'll get We're not worried about that. So, I'm going to get into your pocket.
>> Just put your hand behind your back.
Listen.
>> All right. All right. All right. Get the phone. I'll go. Look.
Put your hands together like you're praying so it doesn't hurt.
>> I'm not going to resent you.
>> Like you're praying.
>> Like you're praying so it doesn't hurt.
>> Yeah. So it doesn't hurt. Somebody I ain't going to resist you. I >> Then I shoot and I'm not taking that off to the jail. Okay. I'm going to jail.
>> Okay.
>> You don't got to put them that side. You can look them up with me.
>> They're pretty good. No, this one right here is that one. No, they two different types.
>> All right, I'll fix that one.
>> That's fine. And the only thing I got is a weed in my sto right here.
