[00:00:04]Started out, you know, really just trying to understand technical analysis, uh, how do I enter a trade, how do I exit a trade, uh, how do I hold to target. Uh, I was mildly successful by myself first couple years. Uh, and after hitting a, uh, to me was a trading achievement, trading milestone, uh, I reached out to Live Traders. Their number one advice wasn't increased risk, it wasn't learn more charts, it wasn't add indicators. The number one piece of advice was get into a group. And I ignored it. So, I spent the next two to three years struggling, uh, trying to find profitability, trying to find consistency, constantly angering myself cuz I broke my plan or because I I cut all my winners too early or I kept all my losers too long. Coming to this event, uh, 100% has changed my mindset.

[00:00:47]It, I can tell, has already, uh, made me a better individual, more patient, even the exercises that we did to ground ourselves before we get into a trading mindset.
