Rupert Lowe Proves Restore Britain Is a Real Threat

[00:00:00]They all said it couldn't be done. But yesterday, Great Yarmouth First, which is the test case party set up by Rert Low to see if Restore Britain would be a valid party, won all 10 seats that they contested on Norfolk County Council. And they beat reform by a very wide margin.

[00:00:14]So, let's look at that and what it means. Let's have a quick look at Daniel McGrath winning. And I think this is the moment they realized they'd won all nine seats.

[00:00:22]>> McGrath, Daniel Lumber first, won eight by Probably a few people you recognize in there. Lewis Pratpool, Charlie DS, Harrison Pit. You even had a Henry Bolton at the back. So very exciting.

[00:00:42]Must have been great to be there. They all work really hard and they won Great Yamoth first, nine county council seats and a burough ward bi-election. The burough thing is more localized than the county level. So that makes it 10 in total. And not just that, they won by absolutely crushing victories. So if you look at some of the numbers. So let's have a look here. You see there 1824 and the next person which is reform has 824.

[00:01:09]And you can go through all of these and you find it's the same 1581 to 618. And if you look at look at the differences in numbers here. Absolutely crushing.

[00:01:18]Also look at the voter turnouts. 53% there. Massive voter turnouts. We'll talk about that in a minute. But you see these are absolutely crushing. very wide margins and as RER in fact points out you could have our number of votes in every seat and we would still have won every single one. Something's happening out there. Something is indeed happening and that is extraordinary when you think about how new this party is. I mean Rbert Low only registered the party in March of this year. He registered both Great Yamath first and Restore Britain in March 2026. The Great Yarmouth First project started a few months earlier. It was perhaps December last year but this is a very very recent thing. They often tell us, "Oh, Faraj is the only one who has a chance because he's been around for 30 years and so on." The problem with that is if you lose, it then looks worse for you because you say, "Well, hang on, we're brand new and we're still beating you." And that's what's happened here. Now, you we'll talk about it's only at the local level and so on. But I think Farage might be regretting these words. Let's just have a quick look at what he said.

[00:02:35]Foolish words from Farage. I mean, don't want to just bass Farage. He's done very well yesterday. He obviously smashed it in the local elections. I mean just great results for reform clearly but also for great yam the first aka restore Britain and what far of course underestimated was the nature of Robert Low as a person every other person that far has booted out they've not exactly disappeared but they've not come back to the same level and they've not made a massive impact on politics but Robert Low you know chairman of Southampton was very successful in business just someone of experience talent and steel and he just wasn't going to go away and now of Of course, he's got all these other people on board. Charlie DS, Harrison Pit, Lewis Bret, Connor Thomasson in a slightly less official capacity from what I know. These are people who could have been great assets to reform, but they had to be weird about it. They had to kick people out and just act very strangely. Still not sure why they needed to do that. Completely unnecessary. But here we are. We're now proving that those people can win. And you know, an unknown candidate is just helped by Charlie on the ground. You know, you don't know who these local people are. You won't know their names because they're local. That's the whole point of great yarmath first. That's the whole point of this model that Rbert's going to roll out across the country saying, "Okay, you're a small neglected town and we're going to come to you and say, "Right, we're going to put you first." And you see the impact that it's having because the other big thing is that people are voting in higher numbers. So, look at this. This has the 2026 vote, which was 35,310 in this area, and Great Yarmouth First got 15,710. But in 2021, there was just 21,137 votes for all parties. So, it's 14,200 new voters. And it's funny that it calls them an army because I think of this as the army of the dead. You might have heard me use this term before. I'm sure if you've watched Lord of the Rings or read the books, you'll know that Aragorn summons up this army of the dead and that's what turns the battle in their favor. And that's what can happen if you get the people who've never voted before, the neglected people of towns like Great Yamoth. I mean these are the neglected English and British people and finally you're speaking for them it's going to make a big difference and so far winning all 10 seats proves that essentially gammonzilla is rising people have had enough people who had not voted before are coming on board and the people who've had enough with the uni party they are only lending their vote to parties like reform this has been shown in many focus groups as I may have said Lee Kane did one with Scarlett Magcguire from Merlin Strategy Dominick Cummings did one and the finding was yeah we're going to lend our vote to reform because we hate hate the unit party. We hate Labor. We hate the Tories. But that's only temporary. If they don't do it, we'll go to another party. So they will go to restore Britain if reform don't deliver. And even if reform do deliver, it turns out you can still win all 10 of your seats.

[00:05:17]So this is the model. Now, can it be replicated across the country? It's an important question. So Barry Gravennol who won Goldston said, "We're going to be the pebbles that start the avalanche." And that is the potential for this. If it works in great Yarmouth, why can't it work everywhere? If you get enough people turning out, there's obviously that passion and that desire to get the country back. And you see what it's done. Obviously, the haters are going to say this is not important.

[00:05:41]It's not going to lead to anything. But it's shown now that it absolutely can.

[00:05:45]And obviously, it's not panned out how Farage said with the 1%. They actually have one and it's quite a big deal.

[00:05:51]Another hater of course was Dan Hodges here who said can well he actually said cab never mind he's only a journalist.

[00:05:56]He said, "Can we also now finally draw a line under the idea this guy, meaning Rupert Low, is going to have any influence at all over British politics?"

[00:06:04]And he posted that a little bit too early before the stunning victory. So Dan might be thinking that or he might just say, "Oh, I was right. It won't go anywhere. It won't go past Great Yamas."

[00:06:13]And that is just completely unknown at the moment, but you certainly can't rule anything out. Another interesting question is about splitting the vote. So we were all told that Restore Britain were splitting the reform vote as if reform somehow just deserve this vote and have a god-given right. So Ruplo says, "I assume all of those fervent reform cultist who accuse Restore Britain of splitting the vote will be pushing for reform to stand aside in any future great Yarmoth elections." And it's a pretty funny point because it doesn't apply to them. This was a post from February that I remembered where some reform fans said reform will stand the candidate against low in the next election. Either reform will win or they'll split the vote and he'll lose his seat. Either way, Karma will put an end to his egotistical power grab. So suddenly splitting the vote is okay when it's Robert Low and Restore and Great Yarmouth first he's trying to keep out.

[00:06:59]But it just didn't work in great yarmath. We just look at those results.

[00:07:03]Restore or Great Yarmouth first doubling the vote of reform or doubling the second place person in each case and absolutely smashing reform. So it didn't work. reform did try to go there and disrupt things but kind of realized it was a it was a no-go and backed out and retreated essentially tail between their legs. So I'm not getting carried away.

[00:07:20]It's only one area but then again you couldn't do any better. This is what Rbert set out to do and the team and this is what they achieved all 10 seats.

[00:07:27]So you can't do any better than that. So I think it is significant and I think people who were still hating today, you know, I did that video looking at what Wolf was saying to Carl Benjamin and I was trying to be very fair. that was recorded before these results and he's he's still doing it after the results which I think is a bit chish. I think you can celebrate this victory and I was being very fair that people say well what about the result that was recorded before the results. I think it is a moment to celebrate and say well done to everyone who was involved. So now is the time to get involved in whatever way you can. I mean I do this everyone's got their way of contributing and I think we can make a difference and get the country back. It won't always be a restore party in every area. I think it's okay to vote pragmatically in different places, but obviously if this option is there, I think it is a very good option. And as Lewis Pratpool was saying, pray for them because there's going to be all kinds of attacks on Restore Britain. And there's going to be all sorts of attacks in general on this new movement in politics. We're already seeing people saying that Labour should bring in proportional representation and just try to essentially rig the next election. And that is what they may well try and do because they think they'll have a better chance and they're desperate to keep reform out. And they'll say it's all about protecting our country, protecting democracy while just rigging the elections. I've even seen some lefty guys say this is what they should do to keep fascism out. It's like, oh yeah, famously that's the way to keep fascism out, isn't it? Rigging the elections to stay in power. So they'll try everything. It's going to be a battle to get our country back.
