[00:00:00]Hello everyone and welcome back to the common sense crypto channel. As with you always, this is Rich doing another video today on XRP.

[00:00:12]So I hope you're all having a wonderful day today wherever you are in this great great world. We're going to talk about XRP. And I got to start with this. Over $1.7 trillion in value was wiped out from the US stock market yesterday. So I wonder how many of those people that bought the top of the stock market ended up panic selling as soon as the stock market started to drop. Because you see the same thing happen in crypto. You see the same thing happen in a lot of markets, gold, silver, and so on. People rush to buy whenever things are hitting new all-time highs. The second that a reversal happens right away, they want to sell. And you can't think like that as an investor. You got to figure out what you're holding when you're holding XRP if you don't already know. This is way bigger than any of us could even imagine. This is a once-ina-lifetime opportunity and all it takes is you holding it without selling it too soon and all of a sudden you get lifech changing money. I've done some research and it seems that the Japanese carry trade is 100% linked to this crash. The carry trade is starting to unwind. The timing couldn't be more perfect. Japan will be the first country to adopt XRP.

[00:01:44]The price will be set before the Clarity Act. Ready for Swift and the DTCC.

[00:01:51]The price before the Clarity Act. I keep seeing people saying that they're going to set the price of XRP right before the president signs the Clarity Act. I think that's all speculation right now. I know the institutions when they flood into this space, they're going to want to get these cryptocurrencies at discount prices. So maybe this is the dip and the shakeout before the Clarity Act. It was clear a major shakeout before the Clarity Act. I've been thinking about this possibility for months and now I finally see it happening. Don't worry, nothing has changed for XRP. And this is what everyone is saying right now all over AX and I think it's because for the first time we beat the institutions to something. So they're going to want to get those prices like I said discounts.

[00:02:49]And how do you do that? You push the prices down ahead of regulations.

[00:02:55]Because with regulations, all of a sudden, all these institutions that are waiting on the sidelines, they're jumping into this space as soon as possible. The second the president signs that, I think we're going to start to see institutions on board within minutes and hours of that happening. People think it's going to take months for all these institutions to get on board. I don't see it. Look at the demand for the XRP ETFs already. Third-party cryptocurrencies that will access Swift's network via ISO 222 include XRP, XDC, XLM, Q&T, and ALGO. There's also IOTA and HAR as well. This chart outlines the specific benefits each token will offer to the Swift network.

[00:03:48]ISO 222 compliance is key for mass adoption. We still have this to look forward to. So you see crossber payments XRP trade finance XDC compliance reporting quant and algorand banking automation stellar and ripple industry 4.0 know would be IOTA har is just going to absolutely go parabolic one day and so many people are going to be wondering what the hell is happening with harrowth around Hideera and the growth around Ripple is almost identical even now it's nonstop growth and expansion but these cryptocurrencies are all on sale right now so maybe they also want going to shake us out before I starts to have an impact on these cryptocurrencies. This comes from smoke. Also, Black Rockck and JP Morgan are accumulating ISO 222 compliant protocols. XRP, XLM, HAR, XDC, Q&T, ALGO, and IOTA are gaining traction with central banks with 82% of Swift transactions expected to integrate ISO standards by 2026. We are at the front of a major adoption wave. The likes of Black Rockck, Fidelity, JP Morgan, and many other institutional giants are currently stacking up on these assets while simultaneously getting the best price after scaring retail investors out. You think that they're not loading up on these cryptocurrencies?

[00:05:36]You are absolutely wrong. I think the institutions have been buying this entire time in the background. I wonder how much of Ripple's escrow, how much of that XRP is already spoken for. But these are the cryptocurrencies of the future. They're all built to work together solving different problems along the way. I'm telling you, once this market rebounds, it is going to be great to see the real true value of these cryptocurrencies because what we're seeing now are suppressed prices.

[00:06:16]First time in 16 days, Binance, Coinbase, and Kraken are all net outflowing XRP simultaneously.

[00:06:24]2.6 million XRP withdrawn across all three in the last 6 hours. When all three major flush at once, what usually follows? I'm telling you, this could also be the shakeout on XRP before scarcity shows up. Remember, supply and demand will drive the price high enough that it can be utilized for its actual utility.

[00:06:53]He is correct. XRP supply shock is coming when no one expects it. So you see activated accounts 70 7,895,98 total available 100 billion XRP XRP burnt XRP escrow and the circulating supply. Now remember these ETFs they're projected to gather 5 to 6% of the entire circulating supply.

[00:07:26]If you listen to JP Morgan, that number will most likely be eight or 9% of the circulating supply. Then you got retail locking away a lot of XRP.

[00:07:40]Now you also have Flare locking away XRP. Evernorth wants to accumulate at least 1 to 2% of the supply of XRP as well. What we're witnessing right now is something that we have never seen before for XRP. The possibility of scarcity happening. If that happens, all of a sudden XRP could hit some crazy price points and then when it hits those price points, I don't see it crashing back down because there's going to be utility propping up the price of this cryptocurrency. Then you couple this with tokenization happening at the same time. It is going to be an insane second half of 2026.

[00:08:30]And remember Brad said 99% of crypto goes to zero. Take a listen. I think you know anytime there's a new market there's a lot of people that run into that market and try to show that they can solve a problem. They can deliver a customer need. I have said publicly before that I think 99% of all crypto probably goes to zero but there is that 1% where I think that is focused on solving a real problem for real customers and is able to do that at scale and that's going to be gamechanging and I think that's going to continue to grow significantly in the decades ahead.

[00:09:04]>> So could the shakeout be happening right now ahead of 99% of crypto going to zero? I see a lot of people saying with this latest crash that a lot of cryptocurrencies are not going to bounce back, that they're just going to go to zero and stay there. I really don't know. Nobody really knows when 99% of crypto will go to zero. I think it happens right after the Clarity Act gets signed. Once you get regulations in place, most of these cryptocurrencies will be instantly regulated out. And the liquidity that's sitting in those cryptocurrencies, it has to go somewhere. I always tell people, if you're holding your money in cryptocurrencies that don't look like they're a solid cryptocurrency, in other words, you don't see any growth around it. There's no expansion around it. and it seems like at some point it's not going to make it, you might want to shift that liquidity now ahead of the Clarity Act because most of these cryptocurrencies really don't do anything. They don't solve a realworld problem and they have no utility.

[00:10:19]Expect more blockchains to get exposed by major bugs as AI gets better. If you're not using AI to counter bugs like Flare is, you're already at risk. And you see this comes from Dom Quac at EZA.

[00:10:35]Zcash down over 40% overnight after Clawude AI found a bug that allowed unlimited mining of the token. One prompt destroyed billions of value in just hours. And now we know Flare is already ready for this, but there's probably a lot of other projects out there that are susceptible to AI finding bugs in the network. Also, XRP Ledger is ready as well. Ripple's own dev confirms it. AI models like Opus 4.8 are now finding vulnerabilities in ZK circuits and protocol designs. themselves, not just app code. That's why the XRP Ledger team made AI assisted security reviews non-negotiable.

[00:11:28]While other chains got four-year-old bugs hiding in the dark, XRP is already ahead. So, you don't have to worry about a Zcash situation happening for XRP.

[00:11:41]Also, you know, this is why I always told you by investing in utilitydriven cryptocurrencies, it's not gambling. You're investing in the future. These cryptocurrencies are solid cryptocurrencies.

[00:11:59]If it doesn't solve a real world problem, it's just not for me. That's how I look at it. You know, when I first got into crypto, I used to chase meme coins, thinking I was going to put money in on a Monday and walk away a millionaire on Friday. And I soon found out how quick rugps happen in crypto.

[00:12:20]Since then, I went on to invest into utilitydriven cryptocurrencies, and I never looked back. You know, XRP, it's been battle tested. You know, it's never going to zero. You could say the same thing about XLM, XDC, Q&T, and so on.

[00:12:40]These cryptocurrencies were built from the ground up to solve realworld problems. That's why you are holding a winning lottery ticket when you hold XRP. We're just waiting for the numbers to be called. But so many people, they give up because they don't really understand what they're holding. or somewhere along the way they lost their conviction and they fell into all the negative negativity that spreads all over social media. The second XRP's price drops, nobody even looks at the rest of the market. All they see is XRP's price dropping. But if you went and looked at Bitcoin, guess what?

[00:13:26]Bitcoin's dropping at the same time. And we're following Bitcoin still. We will not decouple from Bitcoin until regulations are in place and utility kicks in for XRP. Now, when that happens, that's going to be the game changer. You want to be holding at that moment cuz I'm telling you now, the second XRP flips Bitcoin's market cap, all the liquidity is going to start to head towards this cryptocurrency.

[00:13:57]That alone will push the price of XRP into the hundreds. Then you couple everything else on top. I'm telling you, we are going to have a very euphoric second half of 2026.
