This channel provides a damning indictment of the modern housing market, where systemic negligence is hidden behind the thin veneer of a "new build." It is a vital exercise in consumer advocacy that exposes the alarming gap between regulatory standards and corporate reality.

Uk New Build Snagging Shockers!Added:
Hey guys, back again. And look at this absolute death trap. It looks like this developer's gone for the Hellraiser upgrade. If you needed a good example of not my job, here's a pin that's protruding the doors stop that's been painted over under this bath. The overflow pipe is leaking. Look at this.
When we filled this one up, the bath actually dropped a little bit and has caused a large gap between the sealant and the bath. Look at that. This property comes with a free swimming pool. However, you will have to buy your grass armbands so it doesn't drown. Look at this. We've got 15 mil deviation to this brick work. Look at that. The tolerance is 8 mm. Look at it. It's an absolute banana. It's a banana rama drama. Look at it. It's clear to see that the developer inspected this loft really well as we have a test bung left in the soil and vent pipe. We've got rubbish left in the loft and we've got a large hole in the roofing membrane.
Great job, guys. Well done. This one's been making a bit of a return recently.
It's the fake weep vent. Honestly, it's absolutely shocking. Look at it. This panel has no brackets installed, so it just falls out. Look at this. Beautiful.
And I can't understand how this has even happened. The door stop doesn't even stop the door. They've installed it in the wrong place and they didn't even check it. That is absolutely ridiculous.
Winkle Spanders are at it again.
Starting off, it looks like this door's just hit puberty. What's going on here?
Look at all this fluff. At this property, the homeowner's got a massive leather jacket infestation. Look at this. Honestly, infestation looks more like an alien invasion on this occasion.
This pillar is nice and loose, so you can swing it around on the weekends. At this property, we've got an added feature. There's nails sticking through the wall along the stairs. So, naturally, we're going to hang our clothes on there. But if it was me, I'd be hanging my level. Look at that.
Beautiful. We've got an absolutely shocking finish to this low-level roof.
Look at that. That is about as straight as a banana. Look at it. Ridiculous.
We've got 15 mm deviation to the brick work right hand side of the French doors. Look at that. This is one of the biggest no- nos on site. Do not make holes in the gas meter cabinet. Look at that. Radiculous. Now, I want to say that this vent roll in the loft has been poorly installed, but I don't even think you could call this installed. So, yeah, it's just shocking really. On this low-level roof, we've got three or four cracked roof tiles. Look at this. This drain is full of sand, so you can bring your kids to the driveway to build sand castles. Oh god, watch out. The wood butchers about. Look at this. Now, I know a lot of you've been waiting for this, but look at this. The developers gone for the apocalypse finish along the stairs. Look at that. That is shocking.
This hand basin's been installed 11 mm out of level again. And this brick work is 32 mm out of plum. How is that even possible? It's clearly visible. How did nobody see it? That's ridiculous. This paving slab is cracked. This downpipe bracket is broken. And this ducting is connected to nothing. It's just neatly tucked into the truss. Shocking. Now, check out this for security.
Look at this. Honestly, that's the glass. Just like this hole in the wall.
What's this? A house for a mouse. Here we've got another hamster hole in the wall. Honestly, there's no glory in this. I'm not quite sure what's going on with this fascia, but um yes, it's clearly visible. Please change it. Um yes, we did notice. What the hell is that? This might be the most scratched and marked gas meter box lid I've ever seen. Look at that. The left hand side of this glazing panel is cracked. Look at this. Watch out. The wood butchers about. That's probably in the top 50 worst I've seen. And just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't matter. Let's not have huge holes in the walls. That is ridiculous. Look at it.
Back again at Shrek Swamp. Honestly, look at this. It's ridiculous. Now, look at this window. It's been installed massively out of square. How has that been missed? Honestly, that is absolutely shocking. This paving slab is cracked. Look at this. This drain is completely full of tarmac. Look at that.
Honestly, and the grating all cracked.
Look at this. We filled this bath up as we do. And look at this. All the sealant around the perimeter has failed. Look at that. The edge of this door is water damaged. How did nobody notice this?
That is ridiculous. Look at the state on that. This could possibly be the worst patching job I've ever seen in my life.
However, I'm not sure what's better.
Having it like that or leaving a huge hole in the wall. Look at this. What's that super massive black hole? This light switch is loose. This door handle is loose. Another door handle is loose.
Love it. Here we can see as we emptied the bath, the bath waist pipe is leaking. Look at this. For some reason, we've got 8 mm gaps around this door.
That's ridiculous. These garage door bracket fixings have been overtightened to the point where it's damaged the wall. Now, who's the absolute winkle spanner that left an exposed wire on this loft light? E, that could be absolutely shocking. This toilet wants to be a jacuzzi. Look at this.
This finish is absolutely shocking. None of these pipes have been chased into the floor. What is going on here? This socket tester is having a panic attack in this loft. Check this out. This stuck in has been connected to Wait for it.
Wait for it. You know it's coming. Yeah, it's been connected to nothing. For some reason, we've got a tile trim missing along the top of this tile. And they've also sealed along the top of it with mastic. Here we can see that the stairs string is damaged. That is not good.
We've got receivers missing to this patio door. Look at this. Look at that.
This thumb turn is loose. Look at this.
This developer's installed Batman secret cave under the bath. This new cap is loose. Look at this. We've got a hole in the wall under the thermostat. Look at that. As you can see, this developer has gone for the apocalypse finish. Look at this data. This that is ridiculous. And what is this? I wouldn't even call this a finish. I'd call this the unfinished finish. Here we've got another apocalypse finish award. Look at that.
Shocking. This developers installed a water feature under the bath. Look at that. And look at the state of the finish in this WC. That is beautifully aligned. And look at this wall. It's massively out of square. Look at that.
That is absolutely ridiculous.
