This video documents how local courts can violate due process rights by failing to notify victims of proceedings, hiding prosecutor identities, and ignoring constitutional protections like Marsy's Law, demonstrating that even local courts must follow established legal procedures to ensure fair judicial processes.

Magistrate Jessica Little - ringmaster of a kangaroo Peebles Mayor's CourtAdded:
It's absolutely ludicrous. It's absolutely ridiculous. And off to Jessica Little's house. I'll actually ring the doorbell maybe up here.
We have a high standard. We have ethics rules that apply to people sitting on the bench. It's May 22nd. I'm standing in front of the Clermont County Municipal Court with an update actually on Adams County People's Mayor Court Case 26-00000013, which is the case of Economic Development Director Paul Werley stealing candidate Alex Shafer's campaign signs during a contested primary for County Commissioner.
The actual site of the alleged crime where Paul Werley came and took campaign signs of Alex Shafer out of the back of a vehicle. And lo and behold, I encounter Chief Copley down the road there doing some sort of big investigation. So, I'll get to why I'm standing in Clermont County at the Municipal Courthouse here in a moment. Let me just take you through what has happened with this case and how absolutely asinine and ridiculous it is. So, Paul Werley, I mean, it's pretty absolutely black and white clear that he stole the campaign signs. He actually returned them and admitted stealing the signs after he did it to Bren- I think his name's Brandon Copley, the police chief and relative of somebody in Peebles. Can I help you?
What's your name?
Can I help you? All right. Now you're on >> circle. Well, what's your name?
I'm the chief of police. What can I help you >> Oh, I talked to you on the phone. I'm Chris Hicks. Okay. Nice to meet you.
What can >> Are you investigating the sign thing or are you What are you investigating? Yes, I am. So, since then, what happened was there was a massive runaround on whether there were going to be charges cuz Paul Werley and the Werley family are part of a protected class in Adams County.
They're finally got to be some charge, but in Peebles Mayor's Court, which is not a court of record. Uh and none of the victims were notified. None of the victims were notified. So, on May 5th, election day, when it's a contested election and one of the victims is a candidate in the election, they did some sort of kangaroo half-assed arraignment in the People's mayor's court, okay? And who was the magistrate that did that? A woman named Jessica Little.
>> If some an attorney or especially a judge, if they fall short, other you know, other attorneys have the um responsibility to, you know, report ethics violations.
But, I'm just saying that we have a high standard. We have ethics rules that apply to people sitting on the bench.
And I for the past 7 years, I've been trying to follow those. And I will continue to do that. Who is also a magistrate here in Clermont County Municipal Court. So, what has happened since then? So, the people involved that are the victims, Alex Schafer and two women that were helping with his campaign to put up signs.
>> I'm joined by Alex Schafer, who is a commissioner candidate and Adam's County, and Cheryl Stone, who has helped Alex in some ways with his campaign.
Ginger Creamer and Cheryl Stone. They asked me to be their Marsy's Law advocate in this case. And some clown uh who uses a his I guess his personal email to do uh people's business named uh Bob Finan uh keeps saying, "Oh, you're not allowed to have a Marsy's Law advocate in this case." I guess Bob Finan, who's not an attorney, is now a constitutional law expert in People's. But, it gets more fun. So, the solicitor in People's is is a guy named Tom Mays. Well, Tom Mays recused himself from the case. I believe Tom Mays lives in Brown County, but it's all a very inbred, protect the protect the insider system. And there's supposedly some alternative prosecutor or solicitor, but it's top secret who that is. And in the arraignment, apparently the chief, Brandon Copley, was serving as the solicitor and this Bob Finan guy is sending out emails relating to what the Constitution says in Ohio. It It's like a super clown show. So, I am going to put online a set of documents relating to this. One is a communication about me being engaged as their Marsy's Law advocate. And so, that went in about What date was that? May 14th. May 14th.
Uh then a Bob Finan response denying uh that that they can have a Not denying me as the Marsy's Law advocate, denying I guess that the Ohio Constitution applies in the village of Peebles.
Um so, he So, he says no. And what he actually did if it's even more bizarre, he went to one of the victims' homes to tell her in person that she could not have a Marsy's Law victim advocate. I guess part of the clown show kangaroo system in Peebles is to not even put stuff in writing. Well, he put it in writing to me, so that's a communication that I'm going to put online as well.
Then there's like the asking who is this alternate solicitor? Who is making these constitutional judgments that are completely adverse with the Constitution, uh the enabling law, and any case law associated with Marsy's Law. And uh so, Mr. Finan won't respond on that. It goes around. Tom Mays won't respond on that. He's recused himself, but who's actually the solicitor prosecutor is apparently secret. We apparently have gone back to pre-revolutionary times when this was the kind of stuff happened in English courts that we fought an effing revolution over, okay? You get You don't know when the hearings are. You don't know who the prosecutor is. You don't actually know what's going on with the hell at all. So, but at the time of that what I'm describing as the third communication of what I put online, I contacted Magistrate Little cuz I know her cuz she tried to be a municipal court judge here in Clermont County, and she has just ignored it. She has just ignored it. Uh so, there's some more communication including Alex Schaffer trying to figure out from Tom Maze who is the actual solicitor prosecutor on this kangaroo people's mayor's court deal and getting told basically you can't know that. It's top secret. Um so, I'm going to put those communications online, but let me break down a few other things around this case and the jokery clown show around it. Uh so, Magistrate Little who's a magistrate here in in um I was actually shocked that she was a magistrate here in Clermont County. Let me tell you why I was shocked.
Magistrate Little tried to get appointed as a municipal court judge here with against Nathan Little. No relation. No relation. And she was like, you know, fighting the man, going to fix the corrupt court system here in Clermont County. Uh and which the municipal court is really bad in Clermont County as far as I'm concerned. You know, she's going to fix it all. Well, then she didn't get the appointment. Well, then Katie Terpstra comes up for appointment.
Nobody likes Katie Terpstra. So, it's like, okay, time to go again. Time to go again, uh Jessica Little. Then she won't do it.
Why won't she do it? Oh, I'm not going to do this stuff anymore. I'm retiring.
I got to time with the grandkids.
And uh so, she doesn't do it. And now what do I find out? Not only she's the mayor's clerk uh mayor's court judge in Peebles, she's a municipal court magistrate here. I guess all that about going to clean up the system was It's just trolling for money.
Just trolling for money or Oprah's credit or whatever the hell they get on these things here. So, now she's the people's magistrate. There was this November 5th arraignment on election day. did not inform any of the victims, okay, of this.
And then I went through some of the emails. Now, I have also filed and getting no response on it, a basically a rule 12 application to be able to record and broadcast from the people's mayor's court on when the next hearing is, which it's on May 26th, May 26th, which is Tuesday.
And I filed all the all the things got filed through Alex Shafer for these for the Marcy's Law enabling. There's forms that you have to do for Marcy's Law. The magistrate, she just ignores it, probably doesn't want to lose the $59 a session or whatever the hell she gets paid for being the people's mayor's court. So, I came here cuz I know when she's a magistrate here, it is totally dead here. It's the Friday before a three-day weekend.
I go in, I've said that nobody's going to be here. She's actually having court, okay, she's actually having court. I try to give the the bailiff a copy of these records associated with this people's case. He won't take them. Oh, you got to file them with the clerk. It's like this case has nothing to do with per Clermont County. She, unless she's blind, but probably shouldn't be a magistrate, I'm the only person sitting in the courtroom. When it's over, she knows me, she just gets up and leaves.
I mean, this is what we fought against in the revolution, this kind of clown show judicial process. So, what am I going to do? I told the thing, okay, I got no other choice now. The the hearing is on Tuesday. It's a three-day weekend.
We're out of effing time, Magistrate Little. So, I'm going to go try to drop this off at her house. I mean, what are you supposed to do when you have officials that behave in this kind of corrupt way where they try to hide the game relating to judicial proceedings?
It's absolutely ludicrous. It's absolutely ridiculous. And off to Jessica Little's house. Let's see if I can go drop it off to her there.
Remember, I've been to the people's mayor court, no place to put there. Right now, I'm standing in front of the people's mayor's Court where on May 5th, 2026, Paul Worley pled not guilty. I've called her.
I have emailed her.
I tried to give her something at the Clermont County Courthouse.
And this is where I'm left.
This is America 250 where the system is rigged against you.
And the people who supposedly were going to reform the judicial system appear to be more concerned with getting a paycheck. There I see no trespassing signs on this house. So, I'm going to go back and hang this on her door.
And this is the right address. I'll actually ring the doorbell maybe up here.
A dog in there.
Okay, so I'm going to leave the paperwork in a handbag on the door. I've done everything I can to try to get this magistrate to show some respect for the law and for the victim of a crime that involves somebody connected in Peebles.
So, we'll see what happens, but the hearing is supposed to be on Tuesday.
So, there's not a lot of time, okay? And it's a holiday on Monday.
Um but at least now I've dropped off something at her actual house.
