[00:00:19]And it's just so beautiful and peaceful out here. Let me turn this around.

[00:00:28]Getting all the wood up.

[00:00:30]And this is the one that [music] we had to take the thatch down off of. So, we're going to be putting up the roofs on this one soon as [music] well. God willing, it'll start next week.

[00:00:42]And All right, we're coming into the house with me of course.

[00:00:51]>> [music] [music] >> So, this is a smart home. Yeah. And Miss Karen, how much is these going for?

[00:01:05]480. It's 480,000. thousand Ghana cedis.

[00:01:09]So, 40,000 >> So, yeah, somewhere around there. A little less.

[00:01:15]Two bedrooms, one bath.

[00:01:29]And a cooker on the stove, cooker like a two-burner one, not a full stove.

[00:01:50]Yeah, we wanted a um an affordable home for people. People who couldn't or didn't want to pay a whole lot of money.

[00:01:57]So, we thought about it, how could [music] we do it and and Manuel came up with this roundhouse concept.

[00:02:07]All right, so you can see from this place, [music] we're starting Deborah's house.

[00:02:14]And you can see the others here. They have gotten the wood roofing.

[00:02:22]And >> [music] >> I'm walking around, you see where we've cleared all this land. Man, I wasn't even able to do this. This feels so great and so free.

[00:02:33]And so now you kind of get a good look at the size of these roundhouses. These are not small. They're very nice size.

[00:02:41]And I could just stand here and say, "Hey, Moriah!"

[00:02:47]Waving at her. And then like I said, and then there's Tiffany's big, beautiful home [music] up there on the hill.

[00:02:59]You're working hard for you. Appreciate it, please. Emmanuel and these [music] guys put in long hours and hard, hard work.

[00:03:08]This is not something we we're just doing for money.

[00:03:12]But we are putting the money back into the community because we know number one, Abba has given us a mandate to get this done and done right. And number two, we care about you guys and we don't want to have the impression that we're using you in any way, shape, form, [music] or fashion.

[00:04:50]Everybody knows I that's what I want. I want an outdoor kitchen, and this one has everything I want. I would probably add a couple more bedrooms. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:04:57]>> But >> [music] >> this is perfect. The style, the design is perfect. Yeah. So. I love the height of the ceilings and the doors, you know, um it just that even adds to, you know, [music] the feel of it making it bigger.

[00:05:11]Yeah. Mhm. I love everything about this house. It's nice. You got me like awake, like, "Okay." It's possible, so you can see it can be done. Yes. And for a reasonable cost when you compare it to the US, definitely. So.

[00:06:02]Oh, okay. See that See that air conditioner way up there? That'll take care of all that. So, we're not going to put a fan. We have a fan up here though.

[00:06:10]Okay. Right, on the landing. Yeah, we got two fans up there, so we'll be set with that those fans blowing that there.

[00:06:18]That's going to be just sort of like a seating area.
