[00:00:00]I made this viral focaccia sandwich from Trader Joe's. This is a roasted tomato and Parmesan. They did have a recall on this only in 10 states, so it may not be available. Use whatever focaccia bread is available to you, but if you can find this, use this. So, what I did was I cut this in half and then I put it in a 350° oven and I toasted it for 5 minutes. And then, let me show you how to make this pesto mayo. Y'all took some Duke's.

[00:00:24]Trader Joe's has mayonnaise, too, but I used the basil pesto sauce from Trader Joe's and Duke's mayonnaise and I made the pesto mayo. Y'all make double cuz this was not enough for the sandwich.

[00:00:35]And then, what I did was I took some red onions, I sautéed that. And then, you want to spread the pesto mayo on the bottom layer of the bread. I used this whole package of turkey breast. And then after that, I put on the sautéed red onions, and then I added some tomatoes.

[00:00:52]I put some bacon on. My bacon was a little burnt. That's okay, I was cooking five things at the same time. And then, I put some spinach on top of that. More of the pesto mayo than the top. Ooh, I struggled to cut this sandwich, but I did it. Y'all, this sandwich was absolutely delicious. I would make this over and over and over and over again.
