Mad Dan Morgan: The Stolen Mail Coach

[00:00:00]I stopped an entire mail coach with one gun and nobody dared move.

[00:00:06]I'm Mad Dan Morgan and somewhere inside this coach is something worth stealing.

[00:00:13]The problem?

[00:00:15]There are 12 people watching me. I step out of the bush and point my rifle straight at the driver.

[00:00:21]The horses panic. Passengers start screaming. The coach grinds to a stop.

[00:00:27]And now every eye is on me.

[00:00:30]Hands where I can see them. Nobody argues because out here there are no police, no witnesses and no help coming.

[00:00:39]I climb aboard. One man is shaking. A woman won't stop crying.

[00:00:45]Then I spot a wealthy passenger trying to hide a purse under his coat.

[00:00:50]Bad idea. I take the purse, then the watch, then everything else he owns.

[00:00:56]But I wasn't finished. I grabbed the mail bags, too. Letters, parcels, cash.

[00:01:03]People had waited months for these deliveries and now they're mine.

[00:01:08]Before I leave, I tip my hat to the passengers.

[00:01:12]Then I tell them, "If the police ask who robbed you, tell them Mad Dan Morgan says hello."

[00:01:19]The crazy part?

[00:01:21]That wasn't the most dangerous coach I ever stopped.

[00:01:26]That one almost got me killed.
