[00:01:21]But up here I wanted to show you right as I'm walking towards the main road. If you've been to Kamala before, you know that I'm on Rim Hat Road.

[00:01:43]Now, I I have to say the first thing I'm going to show you up here, it it was started before I left. This This gigantic monstrosity-looking thing, which they're building all the way in up to the road, which kind of sucks.

[00:02:00]Um I don't I'm not a fan of when all these buildings encroach right onto the road. One, the road cannot be widened after that. And this road is already terrible in high season as it is.

[00:02:16]Oh, that doesn't matter right now cuz we're definitely in low season and there's no one here and there's not much traffic.

[00:02:23]And this crazy curve where they're building.

[00:02:26]But what I was surprised about was right around this corner. Well, let me turn it back around this way. Right around this corner next to the motorbike rental shop, which is next to the motorbike rental shop, which is next to a motorbike rental shop, which is next to a motorbike rental shop, which is next to a motorbike rental shop.

[00:02:53]Remember my last video where I was talking about that where it's like, "Hey, it looks great, doesn't it? You can buy you can rent from anyone that you want to."

[00:03:07]And a cannabis that rents motorbike.

[00:03:09]Cannabis shop that rents motorbike.

[00:03:12]Here Sorry, here's here's what I was talking about. This is new.

[00:03:16]I didn't even know that was uh ruins. I didn't even know these ruins were here before because there was a building here in in the front.

[00:03:27]And uh so now there's not.

[00:03:33]This is probably one of the first time I've seen metal scaffolding in a while.

[00:03:37]Usually it's bamboo.

[00:03:39]When they built this place right here, I don't know if you guys remember if you watched my videos for years, you will know that they built this whole building with bamboo uh scaffolding.

[00:03:51]So there's not much reason for me to keep going any further up into the helicopter up into the point where I'm going to turn around and go back to Danny's place, but um here's another cannabis shop. I don't know if you guys know this or not, but there's a ton of these places around here. But, what I want to say that's funny about them, if they have a cannabis shop, it's the most lonely lonely-looking place I've ever seen because it's not like people go in and sit around and have a conversation and talk to each other like a Starbucks used to be. It's not like that. It's really just a person that's running it's not running it, but working there.

[00:04:42]And they're just It looks like they're so bored out of their brains. They're just watching their They're just looking at their cell phone waiting for a customer to show up. It seems It seems to me like one of the worst loneliest worst jobs you could have uh in Thailand. I mean, Thailand's a very very communal uh place to be. Like everyone gets together and sits and eats and talks and has great conversation, and these poor cannabis shops, they don't.

[00:05:15]So, I don't know what they're building here behind me. I don't know if they're building or just going to tear it down or what. Yep.

[00:05:21]And uh this place is just going to be another condo or hotel. I don't I actually don't know.

[00:05:31]I do know that they're building so many condos up on Soi Fantasy that it's going to It's going to be an issue because as even as right now, without those condos, there's a water shortage here.

[00:05:47]I just talked to a friend of mine right up the road here. They haven't had water in their bar for 5 days.

[00:05:54]Uh Some And that's what most people do is they have to hire trucks to come out and fill water tanks just to have water for toilets. I mean, it it gets bad.

[00:06:08]Because you know in bars, they don't have to worry about cooking so much. But uh I can't really cross right now.

[00:06:16]But just like that, quickly enough, I came down to Danny's place. I saw what was new just on this one little road.

[00:06:22]Oh, Little Leeloo's right down here. I'll go to head down the other way towards the beach and I'll show you what's happening down there. They're tearing stuff up down there. And they're tearing stuff up on the beach.

[00:06:35]Heading the opposite way going towards the beach. This way, you can still see that there's very low volume in traffic.
