[00:00:10]Blotless career these lordships. And one human error. Judicial officers can commit error because there were two similar orders before me. In one I allow that condition of delay in the other. I did not allow. How much delay madam you go?

[00:00:26]The delay was about 22 years. But why I say so it was on merit because I am not on the legality because the High Court could have criticized the order and overturned the order. I am here, the High Court condemns the judge.
