[00:00:08]So, I was fascinated to hear Donald Trump utilize that very expression that there was they didn't need to be convinced 100%. The White House is also referred to and I'm quoting Caroline Nevitt here that the American Trump administration has engaged in purposeful strategic ambiguity.

[00:00:26]Now, you think about what that means purposeful strategic ambiguity. It's deliberate. It's ambiguous and it's strategic and at the heart of that is their own definition of what the madman theory is, I believe. So, when you couple that with Donald Trump's recognition that he only needed to convince Vladimir Putin that there was a in his case 10% chance that something might happen. I think you can see how it is that this White House without having the intellectual input of a Henry Kissinger realizes the Nixon model of peace through strength coupled with a perceived irrationality can have long-term benefits for the United States.
