After falling 8 cents at midnight, the cost of gas may finally drop below $1.80 a liter tonight. Right now, we're sitting just below $1.84 at most GTA stations. According to the analysts at En-Pro, prices will fall another 4 cents to just over a buck $1.79. Relief at the pumps comes just weeks after prices hit the highest level we have seen in 2 years here in the GTA. Experts attribute the volatility to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and disrupted shipping routes along the Strait of Hormuz.
