This video effectively strips away the facade of social entitlement to reveal the inevitable legal consequences of ignoring private property rights. It serves as a blunt, necessary lesson that personal privilege does not override the rule of law.

Brat Gets Humiliated By Police After Refusing to Leave BarAdded:
Uh, so they were asked to leave about 9:30 and came back and he was the one that was originally asked to leave for being intoxicated and aggressive with other guests.
>> And uh, now they just keep going every door and harassing all my security guards to get let back in.
>> All right, everyone. I'm Frank Slope.
Coming up on 25 years as a deputy sheriff here in Arizona, we're going to be doing some body cam breakdown today.
We found a video on the channel Uncovered. Uh, they're a channel we've used before. We're going to use them again. We definitely like their stuff and they seem to put out some pretty good videos. So, while we're watching this today, we've got card number one of Body Cam Bingo. Um, we we go one through five. We sell them in a set. If you want to, you can check them out on our website. And if you order them, I'll send them to you. But, uh, let's see what Uncovered in card number one can do together today.
>> Here's the deal. You cannot come back here. Do you want to stay in?
>> I don't want to go in. I don't want to go in.
>> Okay. So, leave the property.
>> Yes. No. So, I'm going to Leaving now.
>> No, I want to go. Haley and Ryan, I'm ignoring. I would like to make a formal complaint about what?
>> ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT. HEY, THAT'S NOT WHAT THAT'S WHAT WE DO. Pick up your stuff and let's go. I can't make a formal complaint. No, let's go. Why?
Because they are they do not want you here. You keep coming back.
>> We're leaving.
>> Okay. No way. Hold on. You No way.
You're kicking me off. If we get call you got to go to jail.
>> No, no, no. Everyone shut up. I want to ask a question. Excuse me.
>> First off, no. That's rude.
>> You're going to act like a child. You're going to get treated like a child.
They're telling you to go.
>> No. I am not in their establishments.
You're under their convergence. Okay.
Let's go.
>> We're going home.
>> Can't stand the road.
>> Question.
>> We are walking away. We are going home.
>> I want to ask a question. You're going home.
>> I'm suggest you listen to him and you go home for the night.
>> My best friend is a cop. Do you want to walk?
>> I don't care what you say. I want to work.
>> No. Fine.
>> You get Brian. You can take her name, then you can leave.
>> I know. [ __ ] up. I just want to ask you a question. I will leave. If you tell me I'm going to leave, that's fine. What I want to ask. Why can I not ask questions about the establishment?
>> You said you just wanted to file a formal do that.
>> Listen. Listen. I've been as nice as possible.
>> Please.
>> You're a trespass from here. You're a trespass from bow and whistle. If we get another call, listen, >> stoping interrupting me.
>> I'm not trying to mention you.
>> Yes, you are.
>> Go on.
>> If we get called about you one more time, I will take you to jail for public nuisance. Do you understand?
>> I understand.
>> Stop trying to yell. Do what you got to do. Go home.
>> All right. So, she was trespassed apparently from a different bar before this bar. So, she's just a continuous problem. Which is why, and I say this all the time and I practice it in my time on the street, if I can arrest someone who's causing a disturbance, I put handcuffs on them and I book them into jail. It's it because no matter what, they're not going to stop causing a problem. they're just going to go somewhere else and cause a problem there. So, all you're doing is kicking the ball down the road, especially someone who's drunk. Like, you're in a bar district, which obviously Key West is. Um, she's going to go find somewhere else. She's going to cause a disturbance there. So, it is I I just I'm sure it's possible maybe the cops didn't get called to the first bar. Um, but that should have been taken care of the first time. Like, were you were you thrown out of there? Yes. Leave. No.
Boop. You're under arrest. It solves the problem.
>> Can I go home?
>> We're done talking.
>> WE'RE DONE TALKING. GO HOME.
>> YOU GOT TO GO HOME.
>> NO. I'm >> You're going home.
>> Am I going to call you again for any reason?
>> Here we go.
>> Before we go any further, I got to bring something up. Medicare changes every year. A recent report just said patients might see benefits cut in 2027. That's why you need an advocate. So, I want to tell you about today's sponsor, Chapter.
My dad's on Medicare and it's frustrating, especially if you're trying to navigate your options with a flip phone like he is. That's what's great about Chapter. They handle most of their business over the phone. Chapter Advisors compare every plan nationwide.
And unlike other companies, they don't just push the plan with the highest commission. They're independent and above all honest. They'll look at your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget to find a plan that's actually right for you. On average, seniors who work with Chapter have saved $1,100 a year. It's free and it takes under 20 minutes. Call Chapter today at 8056045905.
Even if all you have is a flip phone like my dad. A real human will help you find the best plan. Give Chapter a call at 8056045905.
>> Oh, he's making us. No, >> you're who making it hard.
>> Pretend I go home.
>> I want to know. I was inside the establishment and I was fine.
>> I was going to change their mind. I told you earlier they if they don't want you there, they you have to leave.
>> I don't want to go inside the establishment.
>> That doesn't matter. You can't stay here. You can't harass the establishment. I'm telling you, you can't stay here.
>> I have been patient. Do not yell over me. You haven't.
>> I have actually.
>> You haven't listened to me. I'm not just trying to say.
>> All right. So, we don't really know where this possible suspect is from yet, but seems like an English accent. So, you know, maybe down in the islands, maybe across in the UK somewhere, but no matter what, it sounds like she's not a US citizen, full-time US citizen. So, she's visiting from somewhere else. When I visit other places, I try to behave because I don't want to have contact with law enforcement except for trading patches. Like, I go out of country, that's all I want to do. I want to trade some patches, find someone that speaks English, quick dialogue, get a picture with them, have a great day. That's it.
I don't want them to have contact with me in their official capacity. So maybe I'm an anomaly, but I feel like if this suspect had the cops walk up to her and she said, "Oh, those are law enforcement officers. Whatever they say, I'm going to do it."
This would be over. This wouldn't be a video. But I guarantee she's not going to do that because this is a video. So, let's see.
>> We're staying at her mom's [ __ ] boat house right now. I don't know where you go.
>> I dude, honestly, I don't know the exact address. I need to [ __ ] her. If I can call her [ __ ] mom. Don'ting worry about her. She's from England. She's just trying to be a >> Okay. Do you know where how are you getting home?
>> Honestly, I was going to take an Uber back to the boat house and be at.
>> That's what we need to do. That's exactly what we need to do, but I need her to know the address.
>> That is a problem. I might call her.
>> It's a fair problem.
>> I'm going to call her mom as soon as I pick up this [ __ ] >> I'm sure mom wants to get called at 11:30 at night.
>> Please don't let her I just want to go home. I'm going trying to get her home.
That's all I've been trying.
>> I'm trying to backtrack to understand the reasoning behind the original dispute. And can I dis can I go back to negotiate the understanding so this doesn't happen again? No. They don't. So you're telling me the reasoning behind the understanding of the reasoning that I can't go back in the establishment >> cannot be understood. So I cannot understand.
>> That's some word salad.
>> Again I have told policing >> I need to know the policing reason as to why. Okay. They have the right to say if they don't want under arrest.
>> Yes. That's it. That's it. I'm on public ground. That's it.
>> Actually, you're in the roadway.
>> On public ground. Okay. So, I can stand here and then you're in the roadway.
>> Can't stand the roadway.
>> No, it's not. Cuz now YOU'RE OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC. LET'S GO.
>> Can't stand the roadway.
>> Ryan, >> shut the piss off.
>> If you want to arrest me, that's absolutely fine. And I won't I won't resist. I just really genuinely want to understand why I wanted >> What a dumb statement. What's going on?
You're really drunk and you're not making any sense.
>> I am making sense.
>> I've already explained this to you.
>> They don't want you here because you're really drunk and you're acting like an [ __ ] to everyone.
>> Give me your phone. I need to call your mom.
>> Ryan, no.
>> My phone is dead.
>> Give me your phone.
>> You need to go home. You need to go home.
>> Your father is my uncle.
>> Mr. Redmond. Mr. Ashley.
>> Shut up. We are walking away right now.
Haley, >> you are going to [ __ ] jail if you don't walk.
right now.
>> Get out of the room.
>> Put your hands behind your back.
>> Now you're done.
>> Oh my gosh.
Yeah, there you go.
>> Just let it happen. The actual victim here is not this establishment. The victim is Ryan, right? So, first I thought like Ryan was a boyfriend and I was like, man, she sure talks to him terrible. Well, then you find out that they're family. So, it would be better if Ryan was a boyfriend cuz then he could tell her to get lost and not have to deal with her anymore. But she's family. He's going to have to see her at Thanksgiving and be like, "Remember that time when I tried to get you to not be arrested and you thought you knew more than me and then had to spend the night in jail? Remember that?" And then he was stuck cuz he had nowhere to go cuz he didn't know where he was. Like just I feel bad for Ryan. I mean, he was Man, he was giving it the old junior college try to trying to keep her out of jail, but she just she's just too dumb to know the difference. and she's going to go.
And Ryan still doesn't know where he's staying tonight.
>> Not kidding me. You understand?
>> Yeah. Stop playing with me.
>> All right, >> let's go. I'm >> fine. 871 in custody.
>> Taking her.
>> Yeah, I'll take her.
>> All right.
>> Which one? Where you?
>> I'm back there.
>> Flat on your stance. This is not a game.
Do you understand?
>> You got anything illegal on you?
>> I've got nothing illegal on me. You can touch me any way you want.
>> I'm not touching it. Not you. Anyone actually grab her passport from him cuz I need an ID from her.
>> All right. You got her.
>> Where's my going? I'll bail her out.
>> You're going to Monroe County. Where's her? Do you have her ID?
>> I do not have her ID.
>> Monroe County.
>> Her bag with her ID in it. You can go through it all you want.
>> Sloppy Joe.
>> I'll let you know what's going on.
>> I'm 31 years old, man. Like, >> no. You should do whatever you want. We asked you to. That's fine. I don't have any cooper.
>> Yeah, it just is.
>> Brian, just keep a hold of my stuff.
It's fine.
>> He's my younger cousin. I want >> so dumb and do whatever they say.
>> Oh my god. It's fine. What the [ __ ] is wrong with it?
>> It's not fine because guess what? Now you're going to jail.
>> That's fine.
>> I have no reason.
>> Not right now. I'm not in the mood.
>> I have no reason to be going here and therefore I don't mind you here. Well, >> like that.
I love it.
>> What do you want?
>> Oh, I just tried to talk to people.
>> Nah, that's not how this goes.
>> So, wait. I have a question then.
Genuine question. Question.
>> What are my rights?
>> Huh?
>> What are my told my rights?
>> You're You're detained right now.
>> They haven't been told. What are you talking about?
>> I haven't been told my rights.
>> You You have the rights of every US citizen. What are you talking about?
>> Yeah, I don't know that. I'm I live in the UK, so I don't know what my rights are. Thank you.
>> All right. So, she's asking about I don't know what my rights are. Like, well, first of all, you have the right to shut up, and she couldn't do that.
She couldn't exercise that.
>> Um, but she's obviously under a misconception that there's some magical thing that happens when you get arrested. and when in fact, especially in a case like this where the violation is trespassing where she was given multiple multiple multiple multiple orders simply to leave. All she had to do is walk away. So once they say, "Hey, you're under arrest." They don't need to talk to her anymore. They don't need to get a statement. They don't need to get what her what she thinks happened or her version of events. They don't need any of that. All they know is she was told to leave and she didn't. Now you're under arrest. So she never has to be read her Miranda rights. It's possible through this entire contact that they're not going to read her her rights because they don't have to. The the violation of law was observed by law enforcement.
They don't need her input for anything.
So if from the second that those handcuffs went on until the second she goes and sees the judge, if she doesn't say a single word, totally fine. We could absolutely do our jobs. No problem at all. But now she has the right to remain silent. It's one of her Miranda rightits. What she doesn't have is the ability.
>> So your rights for right now you're being arrested for trespassing and distorted.
>> Okay, cool.
>> You're asked to leave multiple times. So your your rights right now are to go to jail and bond out in the morning.
>> So I can't talk to anyone.
>> Nope.
>> Okay. You're going to go to jail because you've been asked to leave already multiple times.
>> Okay. This is the second place you've been trespassed from tonight. You already trespassed from the ball and whistle earlier tonight. Okay.
>> Yeah, because I couldn't find my bag.
That's not a good reason.
>> No, it's not. When you're asked to leave, you leave. Okay. Uh so now you're going to go to jail. You'll get booked in. You'll see a judge in the morning.
>> Like the most agreeable suspect.
>> A judge.
>> A judge like a magistrate.
>> You're going to sit in jail all night and you'll see a judge in the morning.
>> Can I get my jacket when I'm in >> Where's your jacket? I >> I don't know.
>> They'll probably get a sweater or something. Okay. Cool.
>> Okay.
>> So, just hang tight.
>> What? Can >> I ask my cousin for the password so I can call her mom?
>> Nope.
>> Nope.
>> Nope.
>> All right.
>> Can you just tell my cousin?
>> I can't tell your cousin nothing.
>> Well, he's worrying and I want him not to worry.
>> Ain't got nothing to do with me. We We was worried about everybody else and you weren't listening. Welcome to the United States of America.
>> I'm coming here.
>> I like it.
>> You kick this door again, we going to have a problem.
>> I'm coming here.
Yes.
>> Put your feet down. This is your [ __ ] living room. So, here's the deal. You're under arrest.
>> If you want to keep showing your ass, I can show my ass. And what that means is circles to where you can't relax and just sit back here. Or you can sit back here like an adult and act like an adult and then I'll treat you like an adult.
But if you want to act like a child, I can treat you like a child. I don't care. I don't care where you're from.
So, keep your feet off of my ceiling, off of my windows. Quit kicking my door.
quit hollering and you can sit here.
You'll go to jail and you'll be done with this. If you want to act out, then I can act out and I'm going to put you in leg shackles and it's going to be uncomfortable for you.
>> Understood? Is that understood?
>> I understand.
>> Okay.
>> There we go.
>> I've been to Key West. Uh I was just there in October. I was doing some fishing. Uh it was during Fantasy Fest, so for those of you that know, you know.
Uh and I'm going back this year uh also to fish. I'm going to be fishing for tuna off the Marathon hump. What I didn't do was go to Key West at 11:30 at night because that downtown area is just loud. There's just lots of people, drunk girls like this. Um, just absolutely no part of that is my scene. Um, but I was there during the day and the food was great and the people were super nice. And I still need to get a patch from Key West PD. Um, so I'm going to take care of that in June when I go back and hopefully catch some fish. But when I go on vacation, this is not what I'm looking for. And uh I feel bad for Ryan cuz sounds like he's not from there either. And he has no idea where he's going. So I sure wouldn't want to be down there filled with in an area filled with drunk people and not know where I was going to sleep.
>> Here's the deal. Your cousin wants the password to your phone. Are you willing to give that to him so he can contact your mom?
>> Oh, my last >> I just asked you a question.
>> Well, you can call that from the jail.
How about that?
>> Yeah, we'll just we'll [ __ ] with that.
>> We'll we'll call her from you call her from the jail. During transport, the suspect slips out of her handcuffs.
>> You want to play games?
>> Of course you did.
>> Ah.
>> Get out.
>> Ow. I caught you in the [ __ ] seat belt.
>> Ow. Ow.
>> Let go off the cup and try to act like your hand's in there. We both know it isn't.
>> Turn around.
>> What did you pop in your mouth?
>> I didn't put anything in my mouth.
>> Yes, you did. I saw you on camera.
>> Pull this one off.
Is there anything else you'd like to do?
Take a seat. Let's go.
>> Should I strip?
>> Look how tired the red one is.
>> Yeah.
>> Well, the right one never came out.
>> Thank you.
>> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and escaping lawful restraints.
>> All right. I got nothing on card one.
So, even though she was incredibly annoying um and honory and argumentative, uh what she didn't do was say anything on this card. So, I got I got nothing.
Um what I do want is I want a gold play button that YouTube sends you when you get a million subscribers. Uh Sam and I were just talking about it. It is it's something we're really looking for.
We're really we're we've set that benchmark. YouTube recognizes it as a big deal when a channel hits a million subscribers. Um, and it's the next great benchmark for us. So, please help us.
Um, it helps support the channel. Click the subscribe button. Doesn't cost you a dime, but it it definitely helps us both in the short term and in the long term.
So, click that button. We'll see you on the next one.
