[00:00:04]And we're now getting some breaking news which is to do with the case of Twisha Sharma as a family we are told is planning to now move the High Court demanding a second autopsy. Remember it has uh been a demand of the family but they did not get any headway as uh it was denied uh the second postmortem uh was declined by the court so now they want to move to a higher court pressing upon that very demand. My colleague Arunima with that information. Arunima, we do know how Twisha's family wanted a second autopsy of Twisha's body really done in AIIMS New Delhi. That was declined by the court there.

[00:00:46]So they're challenging uh the premise based on which the lower court rejected their demand for a second autopsy which is a jurisdictional issue. Uh the lawyer for Twisha's family Anurag Shrivastava spoke to us just a short while back and he said uh that you know what the lower court said in the order was that AIIMS Delhi was not within uh the magistrate's jurisdiction here in Bhopal and therefore they cannot order that the second autopsy be conducted in AIIMS Delhi. That premise itself is being challenged by Twisha's family. Uh you know all paperwork is being done as we speak and we're expecting them uh to mention before uh the High Court bench in Jabalpur uh when it assembles. They want an urgent direction from the High Court because the body also um if you look at uh the the letter that has been uh written by the local thana to the family, the body is also fast decomposing. The local authorities here have clarified that the requisite temperature to maintain a body for so long is about minus 80° C but the temperature that is currently being maintained is only minus four. Uh so the chances of the body decomposing is that much higher. Uh given that background, uh the High Court in Jabalpur the Jabalpur bench of the High Court here in Madhya Pradesh, the family hopes they will uh give an order for a second autopsy at the earliest.
