As the glucose level in the blood start increasing, the pancreas release a hormone called insulin. The job of insulin is to remove extra glucose from the blood and send it [music] to the body cells where it can be used for energy. After that, some glucose is stored in muscle and liver in the form of glycogen. But when we continuously eat excess calories, then the glycogen [music] storage become full. The body start converting the remaining stored glucose into fat. Then this fat is stored in adipose tissue and over a time body fat start increasing.
