Why are these roof rats different colors?🤔😬

[00:00:00]So, here we got two little guys. Now, this is interesting. Here is really clear. You can see that one of them is much darker than the other one, right?

[00:00:13]But, um you see that one is very much darker than this one.

[00:00:18]Um so, clearly that is because um that one probably has the black gene and this one doesn't.

[00:00:28]So, this boy, wow, that that you can just I mean, yeah, try to show them side by side. So, do you think they have any difference besides their color?

[00:00:39]Um I don't know. The one is bigger, one is smaller. Um all right. That's all I could I see with that.

[00:00:47]Yeah. One is Yeah, so the darker one also seems bigger.

[00:00:51]And the lighter color seems a little bit smaller. Yeah. Yeah. And you know, I have noticed sometimes that uh black rats tend to be a little bit bigger and fatter than the white one I mean, the agouti ones.
