THE BOYS | I Have A Parasite In My Head! | Cranial Nerve Exam ASMR #theboysAdded:
Oh, Ashley, please come in. Come in.
So nice to meet you.
Yes, Mrs. Vice President.
No, no, no. You have to respect the title, even if I didn't vote for you.
It's uh I don't think we've ever met before. My name is Dr. Andrew Michaels.
It's so good to see you.
Yeah.
I hope you're doing well today.
What seems to be the problem?
Okay. Little little infection, little virus.
Um, of course, you know, with your government connections.
Sorry, just getting going, you know.
I'm not an actual medical doctor. I have a uh degree in astrobiology and I've treated several strange characters in my day. Uh so I'm a little curious why you sought my expertise out.
Well, also you you took compound weight V.
Okay.
Oh, and it's you have some side effects.
Mhm.
All that.
All the infections started because of that.
Okay.
Totally understand.
That's probably a good reason to come see me because I do have some expertise working on soups superheroes like yourself.
Yeah.
Well, it can't be that bad.
What's your age?
I know a woman always lies about her age. It's okay.
Okay. And everything else looks pretty good. Let me see. I can do some of that from memory.
Let's uh have you just look straight ahead.
Straight ahead.
I'm just going to do a cursory.
Keep looking straight ahead.
Just a cursory.
Straight ahead. Close this eye.
I'm going to wag this. Tell me when you stop seeing it.
Keep looking straight ahead.
Okay. Straight ahead.
Straight ahead.
Okay.
Think I better get these on since you do have something going on.
feel the need to quarantine at this time.
I don't think we're at that point.
This is what happens when you're out in the field.
No time for nice cities, I guess. Let's see here. Just going to take a look.
little scan.
Like I said, when you're out in the field, we have to use tools that are a little more basic, very powerful tools, but rudimentary at the best. This scanner works pretty good.
It'll give me a good overall look at what uh we're dealing with here.
I just need to use my uh getting the scan now.
Okay.
Where does it seem to be bothering you?
In your throat. Mhm.
Okay. Now, this mass that you say is is in your throat. May I take a look?
So, this is pretty easy. just open up and say uh feels like a tonsil stone keep saying ah there's nothing there.
Well, that's okay.
Yeah, I can take a sample.
Okay. Um, sure.
We can do a quick sample of your side of your mouth there.
Okay.
And then we'll uh do a sample on drop the pen sample over here.
Okay.
Let me get those results.
Okay. Everything's fine.
There's nothing in your visual or coming up in this scrape.
Okay. So, so that's good. Okay.
Is there something you need to tell me? I feel like you're not telling me something that you um I'm still a doctor and this is very confidential.
Only certain eyes would have access to my files.
Okay.
So it's affecting the part of you that's different now that you're taking compound V. Okay.
All right. So just lay that aside here.
All right. So it's not affecting say your what you're calling this normal physiology but it's affecting you in some other way where the compound V oh it manifested in your body. Okay. So you took it as an adult. You you you weren't given the injections as a child.
Okay, that's very telling. So, you force this change into your body as an adult. Okay.
Okay. Well, as I said, I am a professional.
I know that the conditions out here in the field aren't the best, but I do appreciate that you came to see me because of my expertise and u Yes. And you and I am known for my professionalism and I certainly think personally on a personal level, I think I have the uh personality and cander to deal with very odd situations I've dealt with.
to be quite honest, extraterrestrial life, ocean life, primitive life, the occasional superhero, and nothing surprises me. Um, I've pretty much seen it all. It's been a long journey of uh discovery and I think uh I think I can handle this with great plum.
So would you like to show me the in potentially infected area?
Okay. So you have to remove your wig.
Okay. Go ahead. Not going to be a problem. I'm just gonna Sure. I'm uh Well, I'm I'm ready.
Go ahead.
Whoa.
Oh, sister.
Oh, Lord. Okay.
Okay.
Okay. Okay. You have a you. Okay, that's different. That's different. But but it happens. It happens. It It happens in the best families.
Okay. That's um You got like a whole conjoined twin thing going on there.
Was that there before? Hi. Oh, it t you talk. Um, uh, I'm I'm I'm not the best at the social graces, but I definitely think uh pronoun selection would be in in in uh in order here. What do you like to come by?
Okay. Yeah. Okay. Well, that's that's good for me.
Um, uh, your your your mouth's moving, but I I I don't think the sounds are coming from your mouth. I think I'm Okay. Yeah, I'm hearing them in my head.
Okay. Ashley. Ashley, are on the other on the other side. Um, it's okay. It's okay. Don't don't don't get upset. It I w it's the I've got a hair thing. So when you pulled the wig off and the It was uh like like if we just brush some of that your natural the strangling the stradd stra anyway the hair out of the way. I think that would Yeah, that's going to help me a lot. Oh, you're very sweaty. Let me just gonna dab off some of that sweat.
You poor thing. You're very hot.
Um, are you hot, Ashley, or is is she hot? Just the sweat from the wig being over your face. I could see where that would be.
Okay. Well, don't worry. Just Just dab some of that sweat off your uh It's okay. I I I'm I'm honored uh that you've shared this with me. Um Okay. So, I don't know which one I'm supposed to talk to here. Just if I just talk to you, it's I'm talking to both of you. Okay.
Okay. Um, so I see the mouth moving, the facial.
Yeah. And the eyes. Okay. So, I need you to look right at me.
I I I think Yeah, we're going to just start over. So, I'm just looking right at me.
Okay, that's it.
Okay. Oh, you like that?
I know sometimes people claim it gives them tingles. Doesn't do anything for me. But uh yeah, quite lovely. It's just um I I think I threw in my mouth a little bit.
It's not very professional.
God damn. Okay, that's this is why you uh just for you know both both both sides of the coin here both faces uh of death um whichever way you want to look. Um Ashley um this is why we don't take compound V and injections as adults because the um the results can be uh in in in some cases quite horrific and disfiguring and uh strange revolts strange results kind of like um uh you know it sometimes it can it can add to disfigurement.
in the body. Um because you're you're you're forcing a change in in the physiology of human adult structure.
In this case, uh you've got what uh what I would consider a undeveloped um um symbiotic or conjoined twin on on the back of your head. Now uh as vice pre with the the mind reading and the telepathy and these kind of skills, I think that would be a tremendous asset for u you as a as a politician and the vice president of the United States. So I find this I find this amazing that you're you're taking this opportunity to use your skills for for the good of the people and for your constituents.
Could you look straight ahead? Yeah, that that one your other side there.
Okay, just kind of look at me.
Just tell me when you can't see it anymore.
Okay. Oh, you're so adorable.
Life is, you know, you you get lemon and you try to make lemonade and sometimes you end up with the rind.
M um it's just a little jarring. It's just a No, I I think everything's fine here. Um it's just a little It's just a little feel like I'm going to I got to relax. Uh so, let me get my composure here.
Okay. Um, you're the one with the with the infection.
Okay. So, could you lean back in the chair a little bit, Ashley?
That'll put her you in the better position. And we're going to take a You're going to open wide and we're going to take a little look.
See? And I don't know if I'm looking into your brain or I'm uh just uh I'm looking to the back of your head here.
So, I'm looking your mouth mouth hole here for lack of a better word. Okay. Oh. All right. That's odd. Okay.
Yeah, Ashley, you've got some real issues going on here. You needed to see a doctor in the worst way. Okay. I'm going to uh I'm going to have to use this magnifying lens. If you could just open your mouth back up again. So, let me take a little peek in there.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Yeah. All right.
All right. Do you mind if I take some scans of that? Um um do you mind if I scan you this and then I can compare? What I'd like to know is if we're developing a a second individual or if it's truly a combined conjoined twin situation.
Okay.
Take a real quick scan here.
Just hold on with me.
I know. I am just I'm an embarrassment right now. I mean, I've seen some stuff.
I know. Well, thank you. I'm glad you read my mind.
I'm sorry.
Well, that is so kind of you.
Okay. Well, I guess seeing that you read minds, you know that I'm sincere.
Let's just take a look at that scan.
Okay.
Okay.
Um, you definitely have a combined physiology here. This is not a uh separate entity. That's why the you as a whole are sick.
So where's this mass exactly?
It's down in your Okay. So you Okay.
Have you ever ate through this through your Okay. Let's look there again really quickly. Let's just uh spread open that old mouth. Can you Can you do ah the old ah ah. Oh yeah. Yeah. Okay.
What's the Yeah. Yeah, I can see it in there. Okay. All right. I'm gonna have to have you position your self down here a little bit. So, uh I think I can I think I can pull that out. It's a um it's not a parasite, but it's it's parasitic. It's um it's an it's a it's a it's it's uh it's it's inflamed. It's definitely we're we're going to need some antibiotics here.
Yeah, there is a mass down in your uh your face gullet, whatever the hole is. Uh um yeah, there's a little um collection of material there.
This is kind of like setting off a little. We're we're going to do this together because um we're professionals. We're I'm going to uh insist on uh it's it's inflamed.
I I can I know you're reading my thoughts, but I I want to make sure that the other Ashley is aware of what's going through my mind. Um we're going to I think we can just pull the mass out.
It's basically debris that's down in the the uh for lack of a better term the mouth hole pocket. I don't think it goes all the way down to and connects with your esophagus. If it does, it's blocking the esophagus.
In this mass is a collection of materials similar to a um tonsil stone but uh in a greater quantity. And uh what we're going to do is we're going to we're going to reach down in there with a uh a tool. First I'm going to loosen it up a little bit. We're going to loosen it up with a there boy. And I just need you to woo doggies. I need need you to open up.
We're just going to drop a little bit down it.
That's just a, you know, kind of like a let that percolate.
And what we're going to do is um do that. And uh I'm just going to reach down in there with a a tool.
I think this one will work real well.
And we're going to try to pull the uh pull the um obstruction that is causing your pocket your your mouth hole pocket to uh be so inflamed. So, we're just going to going to reach down in there.
Okay, it's a locking clamp and it see it's coming right out of there.
Okay.
Okay. We're going to do this together.
All right. That's a good one.
That's a nice one there. We're going to put it right in this petri dish here.
Okay.
All right. That's a Yeah. You want to take a good look at that? Yeah. That's uh that's worth the price of admission.
Okay. And it fits right down in this little Okay, just hold on. Just got to unscrew it there.
Um we're going to I got to wipe that off.
Okay. It's um we're going to send that for testing. So, we're going to send that out to the lab right right now.
Like you're you're gonna take that to the you're gonna with your hands. Yeah.
You're gonna take that I don't care.
You're gonna take that to the lab and we're not gonna talk about where it came from because uh this vice president uh deserves her anonymity here. And I I will tell you that that isn't we're not No, we're not going to talk about that.
We're not going to talk about that ever.
I got to get some alcohol here.
Just a little bit alcohol on this. Clean this tool off.
That's Yeah, I had I had bacon eggs for breakfast and I can I can taste it right now.
Okay. All right. So, I got that there. That was that. We're going to look in your mouth again. We're going to take a little peek. If you want to open up and uh we're going to say, "Ah, just do the best you can." You know, gurgle gurgle gurgle gurgle.
Okay. And uh amazing that that uh you got that parasite right out of there.
That's one one one shot. Okay, you're doing you're doing great. I am You can tell. I know that I am sincere. You're doing great. We're going to take a little sample scrape inside your mouth to compare to the other Ashley's mouth.
Just a little scrape on the side like that. And then a little scrape over here.
Just a little scrape over here. There we go. All right.
And then we're going to uh put a little If you could lean forward, we're just going to put a little more of this in there to soothe that irritation that's in your mouth. Okay. There. Just a little bit.
Let that coat your coat your inner inner mouth pocket inside your the throat area the collection area.
Okay, now we've got some results here.
Thank you. Just just add that right to your chart and we have nurse.
It's okay.
All right.
Okay. I understand.
Yeah. Okay.
All right. Ashley, don't be upset. It's it's it's a little it's a little off.
It's a little, you know, there's normal and then there's superhero normal and then there's um a uh glob of skin and hair like a um uh it's it's basically a a hair a hair ball was stuck in your mouth hole pocket. And uh we got to we got to come up with a better name than that. Mouth mouth hole pocket doesn't you know it doesn't have a ring a very scientific ring to it but uh it's it's very direct.
It's very descriptive you know um I think you thought you were um I thought you think you were eating you know as you were eating or consuming um the uh your natural hair wouldn't be as bad.
But in this case, the the fibers of the um the wig the wig fibers combine. Well, I know you're using a real hair wig cuz you're you're a really classy lady. So, we just got to get a few things out in the open here best I can. Uh is it hot in here? My neck's itching. Um, so anyway, what else is there to do? That's you're buried under a wig all day. Like, um, we're just talking.
We're just spitballing here, you know?
We're just throwing ideas around.
Like I said, uh I've had to look at alien uh sexual organs and their vjs and their apprentices and uh there's some really strange stuff out there. There's some really it'll wake you up uh without coffee in the morning. You know, you'll just you'll just get up and just uh it'll knock a spark off your ass. I'll tell you that, you know, but uh like uh this this is just the the pocket, you know, in the collection. I think you thought I think that's you know think that you know there was it was just going and it was just collecting and uh and your physiology you it was trying to deal with it um and it's limited conjoined twin capacity was trying to do some kind of a digestive It was trying to, you know, deal with it on its own. The body was rejecting this this mass.
And what we see is this uh is it's like a tonsil stone. I think that's why don't we just call it a tonsil stone, you know? And it smelled it smelled like a tonsil stone. It the smell was quite pungent.
Uh you can you can kind of still feel a waft of it in in the in the air tonight.
So um I uh I'm glad you feel better.
We're I definitely uh a lot of us going on here. So I'm sorry, Ashley. I'm just not myself today. I think I'm going to have diarrhea or something. and uh you know the the lower abdomen and a little you know been eating a lot of cheese and a little compacted down there you know a lot of nachos and I think uh you know I don't know why I'm I'm just everywhere today I need to you know kind of let sit down spend some time in the toilet as the French would say the toilet But anyway, I'm going to write you up a prescription that you can take right down to the PX here to our we have a pharmacist on staff for a simple antibiotic. A little Zpack ought to do it. And what I saw what I saw um what did I see?
I know you can read my mind. So that's the part that's really disturbing. I'm sure I'm uh giving you all kinds of imagery here.
which is kind of cool cuz you you kind of in a in a way see what I see that's mindbending.
That's that's something else. We're in the very right in the middle of the Twilight Zone right now. Rod Serling would be so proud of me right now.
So much for my bedside manner, huh? But in the pocket, I saw a lot of uh a lot of inflammation and it was irritated and it was definitely a blockage there from the hairball.
But actual infection, it's like anything, you know, you get that uh you get that piece of meat or food out of your tooth and you floss it right out, pop it right out. Or you dig out that uh tonsil stone. You just get in there and you just and you kind of hack it hack it out of your gullet.
And within hours, I think the inflammation, the swelling, the uh the irritation, the irritation around the pocket will dissipate. It I think it's going to ease right up. Now that that um that uh uh is dependent on whether or not you consume anymore uh anything like you can't consume anything because it you we we both know now that that the your physiology does not connect your mouth.
down to your esophagus. So, this materials that you consume are going to collect. Now, I don't want to I don't want to tell you what to do. You're an adult, but I would I would uh I would stay away from that. I would also get some u over- the counter. You can get it right at the PX here.
I highly suggest that you get some over- the-counter mouthwash. And uh you know you can it might be hard to do but you can do it in a mirror and if you can't the nurse. Yes. Yes. Yes. The nurse.
Uh yes the nurse. Yes we will. No you. I if you need to get some mouthwash. Come see me. And what we'll do is we'll pour a little in a cup down in the hole and you can swish it around and we can I can put you on a table and uh and the nurse can help. Yes.
And then I can lower the table. We just put a little spritz it in your mouth to like cleanse the area and kind of keep the pocket clean. And that way if you if you feel like you're you're you're compelled to gnaw on the wig fibers or chew your own hair for nervous reasons. And this is legitimate problem with some people that they have a uh you know definitely a compulsion.
This may not be a compulsion. I just, you know, you're buried all day under you have a long working public schedule and, you know, you're covered up all the time. I could see that, you know, there's really a whole lot to do besides, you know, mind reading helps because it gives you something to do, but I could see where just even even with your breathing. It's funny you can breathe and maybe you just think you can breathe. We we're going to look at that at another time. We're not going to we're not going to uh we're not going to look at that now. But definitely um you should bring the mouthwash back here and the nurse and Yes, the nurse and I will will both help and make sure that when you do the mouthwash or any kind of liquid that uh you you you won't choke on it. We can help you with that. And I have syringes and things to prevent uh you know any aspiration or anything like that. So, and we'll be real gentle at first. Maybe we'll even just spritz a little bit you know into your that uh pocket to make sure. But I from what I saw you you can't breathe through there. the the collection area is sealed and it was almost acting like um I I think there was some digestion attempts going on but it it's so underdeveloped that uh all it was doing was turning the mass into a a glob a glob glo globule of something else like a you know a tonsil stone or something would be the best way to talk about the mass the parasite Right.
But uh yeah, it's it's gone now. It's gone. But all of us are going to be thinking about it tonight in our dreams for for a a long time.
So, but I'm very happy that I got to meet you today, Miss Miss Vice President. and uh really proud of the job you're doing. I could I can see where you would have some you know it it you know you're it's hard it's it's hard to it's hard when um you don't just automatically fit into uh society's uh you know cubicles you know just afford normality and and things like that. I I can see where, you know, if you thought about shaving your head, like if you shaved the rest of your normal hair off, that would probably help a lot.
You know, it might be cooler. It might help with the wig fitting a little bit.
Maybe you could uh you know, maybe get some Yeah. Yeah. There's somebody you can talk to about that. And I know you don't want to really show anybody. The nurse and I are never going to talk about this with anyone. I'm never gonna I'm that I didn't even write it down. I you know I think ponsil stone that's that fits. Uh that's it. The lab guys didn't see anything. Um, I don't think there's enough alcohol in the world to forget what we just went through, but I think we could we could try tonight. We could try to uh you know I I mean I saw people get their balls blown off in World War II, but this is this is Ashley. You've got to get you need some We got to help you out here, honey. You definitely you definitely need some help. And and I'm here I am here to help you. That's number one. So, we're going to we're going to get through this together.
You know, we're going to we're going to do this.
And um uh it's going to be all right. It's going to be all right. And uh once you retire back to a private life after your political career, I think you'll you'll find it'll be easier to to uh navigate this. the the next couple years will be hard for you, but I think after that it'll get a lot easier. Don't you think?
I I do. I do. I I do. I think a couple years from now, we'll we'll just look back on all this and and laugh.
So, well, I'll tell you what, Ashley. You I I will say this. I would have never guessed that you're wearing a wig. I think you're a lovely woman. Uh, it's gorgeous. You just it really you uh I love your style. I uh I know you think I'm joking. As a mind reader, you know that I do find you to be a quite an attractive and alluring woman. I think you're very attractive. Uh um yeah, I'm busy this whole month. I'm busy. But uh I was just saying I find you very attractive and um yes, we we are you we're going to do that and you can tell I'm being honest. I'm not lying. We're going we're going to do that. We're going to have dinner.
Um yeah, I think you're very attractive.
Uh um yeah, I think Yeah, you're Yeah, yeah, I I I think I could uh Mhm. You're very very very pretty, both of you.
Uh yeah. Um yeah, I know. I know where you are. I know. Well, I just didn't want to, you know, object objectify your physical form. just you thinking about how intellectually stimulating it is to have a you and you know and not only a a gorgeous woman like yourself in front of me but not only that but inside my mind at the same time it's quite quite alluring in a strange intellectual way.
It's quite stimulating.
Okay, I don't need this right now.
There's just talk to the vice president.
Yes. Um, yeah, there's nothing going on there.
No, just it's not happening. Not Not today. Okay.
All right. Well, thanks for coming and I'm going Yeah, I've got to go. So, I'll definitely set up that follow-up appointment with the uh Yeah. And you get that prescription filled.
That's right. You get that prescription filled. And uh we're going to see you soon. Yeah, we're going to see you soon.
Mhm. And I'm going to hold you that dinner. Yeah.
Right. Right back at him. Okay. Well, thank you, gorgeous.
You Oh, once you one one foxy lady, can you still read my mind? Oh, yeah.
very foxy lady is uh she's hot. She's uh you know she's she's a beautiful woman. You know I I you weren't helping me at all in there.
I really needed your help in there.
Thank you. Okay. I'm the doctor. I'm the doctor. Like I I'm not a cat person. So I You could have helped, you know. Don't you have cats? Okay. So, yeah, you've dealt with hairballs before. Okay. I don't have a cat. See, cuz I don't deal with that. I don't I don't have a cat, so I don't have to pick up and and pull furballs out of somebody's gullet.
That's enough. Very unp very unprofessional of you.
Very unprofessional. How How dare you?
