Water is the fundamental substance of the human body (approximately 70% water), and it carries cellular memory and healing properties. The body's cells remember water's ancient properties, and water serves as the medium through which emotional healing occurs. Tears are sacred water that represent the body's oldest form of emotional expression and release, not weakness but a courageous act of transformation. The body's cellular intelligence responds to loving intentions and kind communication, making water a sacred temple within us. Stillness and flow (like a river finding the sea) represent the natural path toward healing and self-realization.

YOUR BODY IS SACRED WATER ✨ Cellular Healing Meditation | Release Emotional HeavinessAdded:
My cells remember the rain.
>> [music] >> They know how to receive and how to heal again.
>> [music] >> Water is my oldest medicine.
>> [music] >> Before my name, before my face was known, I was the water in the dark alone, moving through the [singing and music] blood of everything alive, the way that water teaches things to thrive.
My cells were shaped inside [music] a sacred sea before the land was ever [singing] part [music] of me.
They carry memory from the ancient deep, a healing language only water keeps.
[music] And when the rain comes down, touches earth, something [music] in [singing] my body knows it's worth it, recognizes what it always was, [music] the rain, the ocean, and the sacred cause.
Breathe slowly.
Feel the water in you.
It has been waiting to remember itself.
>> [sighs] >> My cells [music] remember the rain [singing] that heals. And in the remembering, the [music] body feels the medicine of water, clear [music] and true, the oldest healing flowing [singing] through and through. I receive, [music] I am cleansed, I am whole.
The rain is washing every cell [singing] of my soul. My cells [music] remember the rain that loves.
The sacred water [music] falling from above.
>> [music] >> Scientists have shown what mystics always knew, that water holds [music] intention, carried through. The molecules arrange themselves [music] with care in response to every [singing] prayer placed there. I speak to [music] the water I carry inside and tell it that the healing is not denied.
[music and singing] I bless the water with my morning thought, and let it carry [singing] everything I've sought. [music] The cellular intelligence responds to every loving word [singing] beyond all bounds. My body is a sacred water temple still, and every drop I drink [music] fulfills, fulfills.
Every cell in you is listening right now.
Speak kindly [music] to your body.
It hears you.
>> [music] >> There were times [singing] I spoke unkindly to this form and did not know the water held the storm. But now [singing] I know that everything I say is carried in the water on its [music] way through every cell and vessel, vein and [singing] bone. And the body [music] grows into the seeds I've sown. Tonight, I plant the kindest [music] seeds in me and water every cell with love and set it free.
My cells remember [music] the rain that heals. And in the remembering, the body feels [music] the medicine of water, clear and true, [music] the oldest healing flowing through and through. [singing] I receive, [music] I am cleansed, I am whole. The sacred rain is watering my [music] soul. [singing] My cells remember the rain, and I >> [music] >> am made of every [singing] ocean under every sky.
>> [music] >> If this is healing something in your body right now, share it with [music] someone who needs the rain.
Rain, cells, healing, whole. [music] My body is the most sacred ocean I have ever known.
>> [music] >> Every cell in you is made of ancient rain.
You have always been healing.
>> [music] [music] >> Tears are sacred water.
>> [music] >> Not a sign of weakness.
They are the body's oldest form of speaking.
>> [sighs] [music] [music] >> I was taught that tears should be contained, that strength meant keeping everything explained [music] and dry and neat and safely put away, and crying was a debt the weak [music] must pay.
But the body knows what culture sometimes breaks, that weeping is the most courageous act it makes.
>> [music] >> The tear contains the story held too long, >> [music] >> the grief transmuted into something strong.
When water leaves the body bearing weight, >> [music] >> it clears a space for something [singing] clean and great. The tears were never weakness, [music] they were wise, the oldest form of alchemy disguised.
>> [music] >> If there is something pressing behind your eyes right now, you are safe here.
>> [music] >> Let it come.
Tears are sacred [music and singing] water, blessed and true, the body's prayer for everything [singing and music] it's been through.
Tears are sacred [music and singing] water.
Let them fall.
>> [music] >> They carry [singing] what the heart could not [music] recall in words. They speak [music] in the oldest tongue, the language of the body, deep [music] and young.
Tears are sacred [music] water, holy ground. In every drop, the deepest healing's found.
>> [music] >> The rain does not apologize for falling.
It simply answers [music] when the earth is calling.
And I am earth, and I have called [music] this rain.
And every tear is life returning again.
They say the [music] body replaces [singing] all its cells, and water is the medium that [music] tells each new cell what the healed version [singing] knows. The map of who I am as the healing [music] grows. I cry, and in the crying, I release the heavy things [music] that kept me from my peace. And what [singing] returns to fill that open space is [music] always something cleaner and more grace.
Every tear has already done its sacred work.
You are already more whole >> [music] >> than before.
I no longer [music] hold the tears inside like shame.
I let them fall and [music and singing] do not place the blame on being too much feeling, too awake. [music] The tears are gifts the body chose to make. [music] And in the gifting of each sacred drop, I find [music] that the healing does not stop.
It deepens, [music] widens, purifies the well, and fills me with more stories than I tell.
Tears [music] are sacred water, blessed [music] and true.
The body's prayer for [singing] everything it's been through. [music] Tears are sacred [singing] water.
Let them fall.
They carry [music and singing] what the heart could not recall. [music] I weep and I am cleansed and I [singing] am free.
Every tear was healing [music] meant for [singing] me.
Tears are sacred water, [singing] and I know the most sacred rivers flow from letting go.
>> [music] >> If this touched something [music] deep in you, let someone you love know this song exists. [music] Sacred tears, holy [music] water, let them fall.
The body knows what it [music] is doing through it all.
Your tears were never weakness.
>> [music] >> They were the body making room for more love.
>> [music] [music] >> Still water holds every [music] sky.
It is ever reflected, and so do I.
>> [music] [music] >> The mountain lake does not move to find itself.
>> [music] >> It simply rests and holds [music] the sky itself.
>> [music] >> The clouds pass over and are held below.
>> [music] >> The stars at night have somewhere [music] still to go. [singing] The lake [music] does not reach out to touch the moon.
>> [music] >> It waits, and what reflects arrives so [music] soon.
I want to be [singing] that quality [music] of still, not passive, but aligned with [music] what is real.
>> [music] >> The depth of knowing is not in the chase, but in the surface calm [music] of sacred space. What I seek arrives when I am still enough to let the reflection [music and singing] be the truest stuff.
Let the surface of your mind grow still.
What is reflecting there right now?
Still [music] water, deep [singing] knowing lives inside.
>> [music] >> The quiet surface is where truths [music] reside.
Still water, [singing] I reflect the sky [music] above.
And in the reflection, >> [music] >> I receive the love.
I am still, I [music and singing] am deep, I know.
And stillness is the greatest overflow.
Still water, deep >> [music] >> knowing, this is me.
The deepest wisdom [music] lives in [singing] the still and free.
[music] The wisdom traditions all [singing] have known this truth.
>> [music] >> The still mind is [music] the fertile [singing] one, for sure.
Not [music] empty of intelligence [singing] or care, but so supremely [music] settled at what's there, >> [music] >> can finally be seen without [singing] the distortion >> [music] >> of a mind in constant frantic contortion.
I practice stillness as [singing] my sacred art, the still water [music] at the center of [singing] my heart. And in the stillness, things reveal themselves. [music] The answers sitting patient on their shelves, waiting for the noise to clear away, [music] so they could finally have their sacred say.
Do you already have the answer?
Let the water of your mind grow still.
It will appear.
>> [music] >> I have sought in all the moving [singing] things the [music] answers that the still alone brings. I traveled and I asked and I [singing and music] pursued and found the deepest knowing was [singing] in you.
Not in [music] the going, but the coming home to the [singing] still water I had always [music] known.
The lake was always [singing] there inside my chest, and in its depths, >> [music] >> I finally found my rest.
Still water, deep [music] knowing lives inside.
The quiet [music] surface is where truths reside. [singing] Still water, I [music] reflect the stars above.
And in the stillness, [music] I become all love.
>> [music] >> I am still, I am deep, I know. In the stillness, everything I need [music] will show.
Still water, deep knowing, [music] I am whole.
The deepest [music] lake alive is in my soul.
Subscribe to carry the stillness into every week, >> [music] >> and share it with a restless heart today.
Still, [music] deep, know, whole.
I am the still water, deep, know, whole, >> [music] >> that reflects the entire universe, the deepest wisdom >> [music] >> you will ever find is waiting in your own stillness.
>> [music] [music] >> I am the [singing] river that knows the way home.
I cannot be lost for long on my own.
The current [music] inside me always knows.
>> [music] >> Every river starts from [music] something small, a single drop or crack inside a wall. [singing] It does not know the [music] ocean from its birth, but something in it reaches [music] through the earth, a knowing [singing] older than its own desire [music] that pulls it down through valley, [singing] rock, and briar. It does not fight the mountain [music] when it comes. It curves and curves [singing] until a new path runs. I am the river, and I have that [singing] knowing too.
[music] The pull toward [singing] home >> [music] >> that carries me through.
Not up the mountain, [music] but around [singing] and through.
The path of least resistance, always true.
Feel the current in you.
The gentle pull that knows where you are going even when your mind does not.
The river that [music and singing] knows the way home is me.
Flowing toward abundance, [music] flowing free.
The river that [singing] knows the way will always find the sea that was always [music and singing] in its mind.
I flow, I curve, [music] I trust the pull a river always makes itself so full. [music and singing] The river that knows the way home sings and in its singing everything it brings.
[music] The river carries everything it needs, the stories of the banks and all their feats, the memory [music] of winter [singing] and of drought, the things it wounds its careful body about. But when it reaches the wide and open sea, it releases all of it completely [music] free. The river does not keep what it has crossed. [music] It gives it all away [singing] and is not lost. In giving everything into the sea, it becomes the largest thing that it could be. [singing] And so I give what I have gathered, too.
[music] And in the giving I am [singing] born brand new.
>> [music] >> Trust the current you can feel inside you right now.
It has never led you wrong.
It knows the sea.
I have been afraid [music] of where the river goes, afraid of what the open ocean shows. But every river [singing] that has run its course has found the sea [music] was the most magnificent source, not the end, but the expansion [music and singing] of the smaller river, growing into being all that trust the journey even [music and singing] when I cannot see the sea that waits for rivers such as me. The river that [music] knows the way home is me.
Flowing toward abundance, [music and singing] flowing free.
The river [singing] that [music] knows the way home sings its song.
The current has always known where I [singing and music] belong.
I flow, I curve, I trust, [music] I arrive. [singing] The river finds the sea and comes alive. [music] The river that knows the way home [singing] found the sea.
And the sea was always waiting just for me.
If this current moved something in you, >> [music] >> share it with someone who needs to trust >> [music] >> their own river.
River flowing home, sea. The current has always [music and singing] known the way back to me, [music] always, always, always.
>> [music] >> You have never been lost.
You have always been a river finding the sea.
>> [music] [music]
