Uh Dylan, tell me a little bit about this stock. I mean, is it Are we looking at the financials? Are we LOOKING INTO ANOTHER BIOTECH. NO, I'M JUST KIDDING.
Uh no, it is uh loan l o a n Manhattan Financial Capital is the name of the company and it is um uh does hard money lending in the Manhattan area and it's kind of a necessary part in the in the commercial uh real estate area where they need a bridge a loan to kind of get them, you know, to fix the property or to to get their property ready for official funding or whatever. So, they have like, you know, 10% roughly loans.
Actually, a little more than 10%, but yeah, then they also have origination fees and they pay 90% of those the money that they generate into to to the shareholders. And it's a very small market Just it is a it is it is a very small market cap company. Just so you know, but I've been following for years and now that my portfolio has grown, I am looking to put a portion of my portfolio into Income Stream where we can we can use that to sort of replace the the work income is my long-term plan. We're trying to replace that work income with income stocks.
