[00:00:02]Viewers, 10 days after Thisha Sharma's lifeless body was found on the terrace of her matrimonial home, her so-called life partner, her husband finally emerged from hiding. For 240 hours, the Mad Pradesh police said they could not trace Samar Singh. The main accused in Twisha Sharma's death case was not tracked down by the police. He effectively walked in on his own terms.

[00:00:25]And we have some big breaking update coming in right now. The Bopal police uh held a press conference saying that the cops are going to seek a 7-day remand in court. [00:00:48]>> The Madhya Pradesh police we are chasing the vehicle of uh the Madhya Pradesh police which has taken some Singh from the concerned police station. uh according to the high court's order Samat was supposed to be produced before the court uh within 24 hours of time period. That's why the police officers have taken him uh from here. You can see that the manner in which he was taken out from the from the concerned police station uh he was suddenly showing again no remorse. The same manner in which Sam was uh also brought before the court and now Sam is being taken towards the court. uh in the due course of time what we have got to know that the panel of doctors from all India institute of medical sciences which is comprising of the doctors from the Jammu as well as the doctors from Delhi as will be conducting the postmortem of the secuse of of the of Tisha Sharma's body the body which has been preserved at the as mergery here in in Bhopal there you can see the police officials are right now taking some and We are the only channel which is uh chasing the vehicle of the Madhya Pradesh police which certainly failed initially to go ahead with the arrest. Uh the kind of procedures which they followed was certainly not something which was uh given satisfactory reply to the family members of Tisha Sharma. There you can see that white vehicle is the police vehicle in which Samar Singh is there. Uh there was no remorse Sati Hina which I could also see on the face of this particular accuse. The accused who was on the run for 10 days the accuser who has been accused of torturing his wife because of which Tusha apparently committed suicide. So this is an important moment for Tusha's family which has been awaiting justice. Tusha's family which raised this point before the media and after times of campaign thoroughly. We saw that Samat had to come and stand up before the court. Uh what is going to be important now tomorrow uh I beg your pardon on Monday also when the high court will be listening to the anticipatory cancellation bail application which has been moved by the Bopal police. The Bopal police wants the anticipated bail application of Giri Bala Singh uh the former judicial officer the mother of Sam Singh the infamous uh uh infamous mother-in-law on the social media because uh everyone has been criticizing the kind of uh uh statement which she has been giving. Uh so this is the local police the concerned police which is taking the accused towards uh the hospital where the medical legal certificate of the accused uh will be taken and then he will be produced before the court. What we have got to know through from the SIT officials from the officers of the Bopal police that the police will be trying to seek the police remand of 7 days. Uh it is quietly unlikely because uh since the metrop the the mm will be sitting there.

[00:03:53]So in this kind of scenario generally duty mm don't give the full length of police remand which is being sought by the police official side. Uh keeping to the visuals where the police officials are right now taking the accused towards the hospital. While coming back to the point what we have got to know through the order copy which was delivered from the high court of Jabalpur. The court had clearly mentioned that within 24 hours the accused need to be produced before the concerned court. that's why he is being taken. What we have got to know from the court order that the doctor from Jamu Ames who will be heading this particular panel of doctors Dr. Rao who will be heading this team is yet to get the official letter from the state government side. That's why the doctors have not come here. uh we were the first channel which break this information that Tisha Sharma's postmortem is certainly unlikely today because uh both the doctors from as in Delhi as well as in Jammu were not aware about the legal procedure uh the the the paperwork which should have been done there was no paperwork which were was uh initiated initially uh >> right Priyanka to please stay on with us so you're telling us Sam is now being taken to the hospital for medical examination ation and then he's going to be produced in the court.
