In federal criminal cases, defendants charged with conspiracy cannot easily separate themselves from the conspiracy, as all participants are typically charged with the same conspiracy charge regardless of their specific role. Federal authorities often wait strategically to gather comprehensive evidence, including digital communications, cell phone data, and recorded footage, before making arrests. This evidence can be used to establish that all conspirators participated in the criminal activity, making it difficult for defendants to claim they had no involvement.

🚨BREAKING: Will Ceddy Nash & Hernandez TESTIFY Against Pooh Shiesty & Big 30? Shiesty Will Get Life!Added:
Shalom. And you're now locked in here.
Islike Talk TV where you get nothing but the raw and the real whenever I'm in front of the camera. So make sure y'all show me some love. Like, subscribe, and share.
>> And Jerk also knew that Goan could have been a federal snitch. That's why they made you move the I don't know like I don't know what.
But that what I had heard that he was a time said, he'll shoot at himself. and talking about and I'm not asking you what someone said, but we talked about cooperating defendants in this case. One of which you met with was Hernandez Goan.
>> Correct.
>> Uh on at least two occasions, correct?
>> Correct.
>> And he came in and gave you information about this case.
>> That's correct.
>> And he also did that. He had an attorney present, right?
>> Yes.
And he did that pursuant to an agreement, right, where he had protections, something called a proper agreement, where he got to come in and say what he wanted to say without his words being used against him. Isn't that correct?
>> Right. And you understand that to mean that some people people call that kind of a queen for a day agreement. He's allowed to come in, >> tell the truth, >> hopefully, right? Well, that's on him because then he loses the proper agreement, >> right?
>> You remember telling Uncle Ron, your brother Quz, and all that prior to all this that after it happened that Goldman is a federal snitch and he had put sort of a listening device in your jacket.
>> Oh, yeah. I remember.
>> Okay.
Iion running Welcome back to another episode here on Israelite Talk TV and family. I'm coming back to you guys with another quick banger. Now, I know that we ain't been live in a minute. We've been offline, but we've been dealing with like funerals, uh, legal stuff within the course, stuff for my own personal businesses. Um, so you know, like the saying goes, when it rains and pour, so I've been kind of tied up, but now we back to business.
Okay, we back to business, you guys.
Now, you see the thumbnail, you see the title. That's right. We got to go back and talk about this Pushisty and Big 30 and Gucci Mane situation, right? With this botched robbery, okay? And I'm want to explain to you guys how Pisces is getting ready to do life, right? And they're going to use Big 30 to stick the dagger in his back and they already got the stage set. Okay. And as you can see, a lot of these major blockers are starting to change their tune. It was only me and a few other blockers telling you guys that these guys are cooperating and that these boys uh that Push Ice getting ready to do some time. He not getting ready to get out of this, right?
So now people starting to change their tone and I want to explain to you guys how the feds [ __ ] them, right? The move that the feds put down on Pushist and friends was nasty. And I'm going explain to you this is why they're not going to get out of it. And I don't see and when I say he's going to do life, he not going to do no less than 30 years on this case, you guys. So that's going to damn near be the rest of his life cuz by the time he get out, he'll be an old man. And that's if they give him a plea bargain on this. You know what I'm saying? Because y'all gotta understand that these Europeans are mad, you know, because when whenever you look at the situation, Pushy was signed to Gucci, man, which had the contract to Atlantic. They were trying to leave the entire record label and go to a whole another situation, right? Because Gotti them are not signed with Atlantic, right? So when people say, "Oh, Atlantic was trying to work this out and all this other shit." It's all theater, right? Okay. Now, the other thing that we got to talk about is will Hernandez Goan aka Detective McGruff, Mr. Take a Bite Out of Crime, and your boy STI Nash. Okay, the one that your boy Byron Blake calls the cop calling [ __ ] The cop calling [ __ ] Boy, they they off the chain on this uh this internet, right? Will they testify in this pushy case? Because guys, y'all got to understand that these guys are witnesses, right, to this crime. They're part of this because they are the ones that broke the story and reported it before any indictments or anything came down. And this is why we got to be careful with hurrying up and reporting the news. Okay? Right? Because we could become part of these investigations when we start verifying certain things. Now, let's deal with your boy Sedi Naz because he claims to be the hood lawyer, right? But yet, he's running around with this rat, okay? Now, don't now don't get this [ __ ] twisted, you guys. They tiptoe over here through Israelite talk TV and they sit and they listen and they watch intently, right? Okay. And so, my thing is, how is you the hood lawyer and you done teamed up with the biggest rat in Memphis, right? talking about, well, I knew he was going to beat the case. But bro, if you the hood lawyer, you know that what I just played at the beginning of this video that the man entered into a profer, right? That officer is under oath sitting on the stand. He did not sidestep. He did not duck that. He confirmed that that boy cooperated with the police and gave statements.
This is why his bond conditions were sealed when he got out. And I'mma explain to you how all of these guys told in the Young Dolph case, including Straight Drop, right? That's coming next. Right? So, when y'all sitting up here and y'all doing interviews with these guys and y'all don't question this [ __ ] y'all [ __ ] look weird as [ __ ] because y'all supposed to be the hood lawyer and these are the key elements that y'all should be asking when y'all in these interviews. Okay? So, I'm not respecting that [ __ ] Now, y'all remember when Sed said this right here?
Let's run the tape cuz they can't prove [ __ ] Yeah, y'all prove there was a business meeting and things were supposed to be set up and all this [ __ ] and everything, but uh y'all don't have that footage.
Y'all got hearsay. Now, hearsay is enough to get people convicted. Go check out Scott Peterson and Lacy Peterson.
>> So now, did you guys hear that? He claimed that they didn't have his footage. And I'm going to prove to y'all that they had his footage, but you're confirming that it was footage. And let's run a tape.
>> You know, Gucci came in the studio and when he came in, you know, um he wasn't allowed to leave.
>> And so, you know, um there's a lot of things that happened. You know, a lot of jewelry was taken. the cameraman uh he got assaulted and um and Gucci was forced to sign um a release form uh to release Shy out of the record deal and it was it was being it was recorded as well.
>> And so um >> they said Big 30 recorded, right? Or somebody from the crew.
>> Yeah, allegedly. Yeah. Yeah. Allegedly.
You know, um I do know it was recorded.
>> Um >> I seen the video. I was >> so ask you that. Did you get a chance to see the video?
>> Yeah. Yeah, I seen the video, you know, and then I think uh >> now did you guys hear that Detective McGruff also confirmed that there was a tape and that he saw the tape? He confirmed kidnapping and all of this [ __ ] He said in that tape Gucci walked in and was not able to leave. That's confirming kidnapping. He confirmed that they made him sign that document. You know what I'm saying? And he can throw all this allegedly all this other [ __ ] but they said that Big 30 was the one that recorded it. You know what I'm saying? He can say, "Oh, well, yeah, allegedly what they said." But come on, bro. You confirming that Big 30 recorded that [ __ ] bro. Okay. So, now what is the problem with this, right? Because I want to I want to zero in on Sedi Nash real quick. Si Nash, you remember when you said this right here? Let's run the tape. tell you the day, but uh Gucci Mane that wedding ring gone.
Yeah, they they they hit him with the Sug Knight, bro. They took Gucci Mane wedding ring and they took his watch. So Gucci, you know this is 100% true. Hit me up. I can get you it back. But as it stand right now, bro, Gucci man walking around wedding ringless right now. So did you guys hear that? This is before any charges or anything was brought down on Pushisty, right? They he said that he confirmed that all of this [ __ ] was gone and he also confirmed that he could get the ring back and all of this other [ __ ] to contact him. Right now, what is so significant about this you guys? Well, let's look at this document and I'mma put this up on the screen. right now.
This right here. Okay.
This right here.
Okay.
This right here, you guys, is a page from the indictment, right? Cuz remember, they did the superseding indictment. They brought all of this information that they didn't produce during the complaint and all of that, right? Now, listen to what they said in this document, right? Um the highlighted portions. It says the jury watches and currency taken from RD, MM, and BP had moved in and were subject to interstate and foreign commerce. Right. The conduct of the defendants as alleged obstructed, delayed, and affected interstate and foreign commerce in the movement of articles and commodities in such commerce. So, I'm going to break this down and show you how the feds [ __ ] them right here. Right? So, just keep this in mind. Now down here into the next part, it says that it says it was part of the conspiracy that the defendants and it names all of them formulated a plan and agreed which among other things included the use of the internet or further the commission of the extortion.
So when set come out and say that he can get the rings and all of this [ __ ] back, that's extortion.
You're saying you have access to the people that's got the [ __ ] and that you can get the [ __ ] back after the [ __ ] was toten and robbed from them. That is extortion, beloved. You know what I'm saying? Okay. So, at the end of the day, you guys, this is what's going on. The other thing I want you guys to pay attention to is the next thing, the use of sell for uh cellular telephones to plan, commit, and further the commission of the extortion. Right? We're going to get to that in a minute when we get to Arthur Horn in Big 30 and why he jumped on the case and he's trying to throw Poo Shiky under the bus because he don't want Yo Gotti and all of them involved in this [ __ ] because it was part of a extortion that they had laid down, right? So they got all of these this this documentation. So you are involved City Nash. You said you could get the [ __ ] back. That's part of the extortion.
and it's telling you in the indictment the use of the internet to commit or further the commission of the extortion.
If you can get this [ __ ] back, what does that mean? You extorting that person for money. Okay. So, come on now, hood lawyer. Okay.
So, okay.
Let's keep moving here. Right. So, now let's get back to the documents. Right.
We're going to look at these documents, right? Okay. Cuz they keep they keep talking about they don't have the data.
He claimed that they don't have the data from the cell phone of this of this phone, right? But I want to show you something that was in the paperwork that people overlook. Okay. Now, this right here is when Big 30 lawyer was trying to uh get the get the bond. You know what I'm saying? The bond form. Right. Now, it says right here in the highlighted portions, the government does not know what was on the phone. It does not know whether a recording still existed on the device.
It does not know whether the phone was damaged before or during the traffic stop. Mr. Right. Father testified without contradiction that he had spoken with his son by cell phone as recently as Sunday before the March 30th arrest, suggesting a functioning device. Beyond that, the recording is the record is silent on whether the damage was intentional or circumstantial. The government brief acknowledges it cannot say whether the phone contain incriminating evidence, right? which is a lie because the reason why they called his father is because they had the information from the phone that he called them. Remember, they tracked him down through the phone, right? This is how they track him through the phone.
Now, look at this right here. Right?
Okay.
They go on to say, right, okay, in this document, okay, page seven of this document, same document. Now, look at the part that's highlighted. It says, "Indeed, the government own evidence shows that between January 10th and his March 30th arrest a period of nearly three months, Mr. right remained in Memphis, continued his professional activities, and was located without difficulty through ordinary cell phone location data.
So guys, what y'all got to understand is that they've been tracking these guys since January 10th, since the incident happened through that cell phone, right?
meaning that they went and got warrants, right, to get into that cell phone, right? So, since January 10th, they've been tracking Big 30 and know that he's been in Memphis everywhere he's been moving since this incident happened.
Right? Now, take note of this, right?
Cuz I'm going to show y'all how these [ __ ] as [ __ ] how the feds played these boys, right? Okay. So, now pull this up right here.
Okay. So now, you know what? Let's just go ahead and play this. Remember remember when Pushisty lawyer said this right here?
Let's run a tape.
>> Yeah. Thank you. Um, so we had a bond hearing today and a PC hearing today. I think that the relevant things that were said today that I thought were fascinating were that it took three months to build a case. And I think the reason for that was because the statements that were given on the evening that this occurred were very questionable. I think the way that the statements were made, what was made, what allegedly was witnessed and what wasn't witnessed, I think gave great pause to the FBI. The FBI doesn't take three months to arrest someone if they believe everything that was said on the night that it occurred. They were involved the first night and then nothing happened for three months. In addition to that, that I thought was >> So now you guys, did you hear that?
Remember when Pushist, the old lawyer, said that the feds were involved the same day as soon as it happened and they never did nothing. Do you know why the feds were involved the same day and they never did none? It's because, guys, they sat back and they watched and they tracked these guys. Remember in the document it told you that the white boy had the bag with the Rolexes and all of that [ __ ] in there that they took.
Remember it told you they had Apple Air Tags in that bag. So they knew where that bag was at at all times. They knew that they had went to the hotel. They knew they was there. They could have the police could have easily went to that hotel and got Big 30 and all of them and arrested them because of the Apple Air Tags was showing exactly where they were at. Okay. So, if you guys know how Apple Air tags work, they knew that they were there. So, when he said that the feds were involved the same night, they waited for them to go back to Memphis.
They watched them. This is why when they came in the indictment, as I just showed you, when they spoke about the interstate commerce and going back over state lines, this is why they waited.
This is how they cuz they already had the kidnapping already. That would have just been a regular state case or whatever the case may be.
They waited for them to go back over state lines with the [ __ ] and then they got all of the documentation showing that it was a conspiracy that they conspired to do it. This is how the feds got involved in it. You see what I'm saying? They sit back and waited on them to leave and go back across their lines.
Okay? And listen to this, right? Let's put this up on the on the page right here on the channel. So part of the indictment, right? It also says what right here on page nine of the indictment. It says prior to January 10th, Williams Jr. used the telephone to arrange a meeting with RD to occur in the northern district of Texas under the pretext of discussing Williams recording contract with 107. So they have that data from Pushist phone contacting Gucci and saying let's set up a meeting. I want to talk about D.
Right. It says prior to January 10th, William Senior rented a vehicle a Buick Essay used to transport to and from the offense. Okay, now listen to this because this is what I want you guys to take note of. Prior to January 10th, 2026, Wright, Glover, McDaniels, Roger Johnson, and Walters, and Gibson's travel from an area around Memphis, Tennessee to the northern district of Texas and elsewhere. Right? So, they got all this data. Now, look at this right here.
Okay, look at this right here.
It also goes on to say that on January 10th, 20126, William Senior used the internet and a email account to facilitating the printing of the release of the contract at Staple. William Senior then traveled in the Ren Buick exclaimed to Staples and printed this document. So they have the information of him using the email, sending the documentation there and then going into the printing. So all this time from January 10th to uh March uh 30th when they picked all these guys up, they were getting all of this information. So they already got all this [ __ ] This is why Pashi lawyer got the hell out of there because he know that they got all of the documentation. They got the data.
Also getting back to the video when they said they don't have bro, they have the video. If the feds got involved the same night and they went and got the warrants and they were tracking, they got the data. And how we know that the [ __ ] video was on that phone still? Because if the phone if the video wasn't on that phone still, Big Dirty wouldn't have tried to damage the phone and break the phone, but it's too late. They already got the warrants back in January to tap the phone and do all of this [ __ ] So they have the data.
How can they confirm that he was there in Memphis from January 10th all the way to March 30th if they don't have the data? They got the data. They got that tape.
Okay. So now, right, they got all this [ __ ] Right. So now let's get to Big 30. Right.
So remember when Big 30 said this right here. Let's run the tape. Hell no.
>> Where she grooving?
>> Come on, man. You know what the [ __ ] going on? Free you till we see you, [ __ ] >> He's so damn stupid.
>> She for you, bro.
>> Hey, come on, man. The bond ain't nothing.
>> So now, Big 30 talking about he waiting to get a bond and all this other [ __ ] and he going to get out of there, right?
What you guys got to understand, right?
And I want the hood lawyer setting and all of y'all that's reporting on this case to pay attention to something, right?
What is Big 30 locked up for? Right? What does his indictment say? Right? Let's let's let's pull this up real quick.
Right.
Okay. Let's pull this up and let's put this on the screen. Right. So, the arrest warman tells you that he's charged with kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping, right?
Is what he's charged with. So now the [ __ ] that his lawyer is doing trying to get him out of jail, the [ __ ] where the lawyer's trying to separate him from pushing them, he's involved in this [ __ ] from bringing the the people up there, you know what I'm saying? Bringing the guns and [ __ ] up there, recording and doing all of this [ __ ] right? So y'all got to understand anytime there's a conspiracy, you can't separate none of the people that's on the case from the person that they saying that did it because all of them are charged with conspiracy that they all work together.
So when his lawyer put this [ __ ] out right here, right? And let's go back and and put eyes on this because I don't think you know people people read this but they didn't digest what was being said here. We got to digest this thing, you guys. When the lawyer said right here, "As for Mr. Wright's undisputed conduct, retrieving the bag at another person's request, feminine document signing and standing at the door, the government argues each act individually reflects criminal participation. But these allegations taken together describes someone who was present and complying with instructions, not someone who orchestrated escalated the incident.
The individual who was who directed that the firearm be produced was Latrio Williams Jr. The individual who pointed the firearm at Arty's head was Lantrell Williams Jr. Now, let's stop right there, okay? Because this is something else. Why are they saying this? Because guys, y'all got to remember remember in the document it said that the security was outside the recording studio. So, when the white boy text him and say they in here, they getting robbed and all this other [ __ ] to come in there. Big 30 was blocking that door.
Right. When they got finally got inside, what did Gucci say? It said that Gucci said, "Hey man, just put the guns down or whatever. We outgunned."
Because you got to remember these guys are off duty police police officers.
They getting ready to shoot it out with these [ __ ] up in here, right? So Gooop is saying, "Put the guns down. We outgun." Right? And let's just deescalate this, right? So, what you guys got to understand is that those officers also gave a statement of what happened.
They told them that Big 30 blocked that door and couldn't get in. This is what these offduty police officers said. He blocked that door.
Those offduty officers also identified the people who had those guns. And Pushy was one of the persons that had that gun. He's also on tape with that gun. So they got all this data. And so the question we got to ask cuz your boy said he don't got no evidence. What else do they need? Who do you think the courts is going to believe? Who do you think these white people that's going to be sitting there at trial is going to believe? Pushy and friends or the actual offduty officers sitting on that stand under oath giving their testimony?
They're going to believe those officers all day long. So this [ __ ] with Big 30 lawyer trying to separate him from the conspiracy. All of these guys, this is my thought, right? If they didn't stop Poo Shai in the studio and said, "Look, man, don't do this. Let's just, you know what I'm saying? Then y'all got to ride with that [ __ ] to the end." And riding with Poo Shashi to the end means denying all allegations. It didn't happen. You can't put motions in like this and try to separate and say, "Well, my client didn't really have [ __ ] to do with it."
It's because they have the data. They know they got the data. So, y'all got to understand that these lawyers don't give a [ __ ] about no goddamn street rules. The lawyer whole job is to get the client off with as less time as possible. These lawyers deal with rats every single day within the federal system. They don't give a [ __ ] about some goddamn street code. They gonna put this [ __ ] in that. And this is why they're trying to make it seem like Big 30 is not this violent guy and this and that. And basically he had nothing to do with it. He was basically listen to what Poo Shisty was saying.
You're trying to separate yourself from a conspiracy that you're part of. Okay.
They got him part of this this this conspiracy. They showing all of the [ __ ] he did. They got the data of him recording and and this is why Arthur Horn hurry up and jumped on the case because they talked about what that extortion. So the people that Big 30 now was communicating with that sent them off, right? They was communicating back and forth with those guys. So what Arthur Horn is trying to do is lock Big 30 in to tell on Pushisty. That way Gotti and all these people don't get involved in it because these are the people that sent them off to go do that.
Why would Arthur Horn get involved in a case like this when he know that Yo Gotti and Big uh and Gucci got this issue then had this issue. It's a documented issue. Pushi was trying to leave there to go sign to Yo Gotti. So Pushi only way out of this you know what I'm saying is going to be to tell on Gotti and say hey they're part of conspiracy. They told us to go do it or he going to do at least a 30 ball because big 30 now is going to tell on them. You can't none of these Listen guys, none of these guys that's on this case can separate and say, "Well, I didn't really have nothing to do. I didn't really participate in it and my role wasn't that big." Because you're still admitting that it happened, but that my role wasn't that big.
This is what Big 30 lawyer is doing.
He's confirming this [ __ ] happened. But my guys, y'all got to understand this is a bond here. This is just simply about whether the man is a flight risk or not.
They don't even have to put none of this information in there. But they're trying to butter the judge up to get Big 30 because Big 30 had the data. He had the phone. He was the one that was sending this [ __ ] here and there. And he didn't send that he didn't he didn't send that footage and he did not call Detective McGruff and show him that footage.
Meaning that he sent that footage to Gotti and Gotti showed detective McGreel. This is how he can confirm push them ain't called that dude and showed him. He could talk all this [ __ ] I knew people in there. They didn't send him that tape. Gotti sent them the tape or showed him the tape. You know what I'm saying? On FaceTime or whatever the case may be. He showed him that the the footage. They saw it. Meaning that they sent it. This is why Arthur Horn is in the mix trying to make sure that the Gotti family stays safe and hey y'all got caught. Big 30 just go ahead and tell on Pushy and then we'll just deal with that. Long as you don't tell on Gotti. This is the whole deal. Ain't no way I would allow my lawyer to put together a motion like this on some [ __ ] If we're saying that we didn't do this and it didn't happen like this, you got to stick with that song all the way to the end. All that my client didn't really participate in it. didn't really do this, didn't really do that. That's not going to work. That's admitting that this [ __ ] happened, but my role was minimum. I really didn't do nothing.
This is cooperation, you guys. So, tell the hood lawyer and all these people that's that's that's not accurately reporting on this [ __ ] This is what's going on, guys. This is the end of Chopper Game. Those guys are going to fold. They're going to tell because they're not going to take this [ __ ] all the way through the trial and get the book and try to come back on the pill.
They're not going to do it.
It's rarely.
I haven't seen it. I know of plenty conspiracy federal conspiracy cases where people get swooped up and they get these guys to tell. Why do you think they're moving so fast with the trial?
They're not saying, "Let's hold off and do this. Let's get this [ __ ] on the road. We got hold the data."
They sat back and laid on them boys.
They had the air tags in the bag. They knew they was at the hotel.
Everybody knew they was at the hotel.
Gucci them knew they was at the hotel.
The police knew they was at the hotel.
The police could have went in there and got all the [ __ ] back. Arrested them for theft and kidnapping and all this other [ __ ] But they didn't. The fed said, "Wait a minute. Let's see where they going and what they're getting ready to do, right?" And they went back across state lines and did all of this [ __ ] Start putting [ __ ] on Instagram and all this other [ __ ] We had people coming out confirming that it happened. We got Sydney Nash talking about he can get the jury and all this [ __ ] back and the feds said boom, we got you. And this is why they added all this [ __ ] So, leave your thoughts below on what y'all think about this information.
