[00:00:00]What about medical? And I know often times retirement and medical almost go hand in hand sometimes. How is the access to medical care there? For us, it's great. I mean, there are a lot of rural parts of Texas where it's going to be harder. It would take us about 25 minutes to get to the hospital, the big fancy hospital where we want to be if something really came up. Our doctors are like 5 minutes away. That kind of thing and that's very easy. But for large medical, I think if I had cancer, I'd go to Houston to MD Anderson. So, it's kind of like being in Orange County, but then going to UCLA or USC Med Center or something like that. But as far as insurance goes, health insurance is cheaper here.
