[00:00:00]So, it is a beautiful Is it autumn still or is it Yeah, autumn's morning here on the Gold Coast and we are at the Whiny Cow. Um it's literally the beach is behind Camilla.

[00:00:12]Um this place has 1,400 reviews and 4.7 star rating.

[00:00:17]Um chose this place cuz they've got some different breakfast options.

[00:00:22]Um we're going to go for the chicken waffle, which is house-made waffle, crispy fried chicken, buffalo maple syrup, smoked honey butter, thick-cut bacon, and berries.

[00:00:36]And we've also gone for the chili cheese eggs, which the lady says really popular. Italian pork sausage, 'nduja, scrambled eggs, uh Manchego cheese, gremolata, toasted focaccia, harissa labneh with goat goat feta.

[00:00:55]Like, I've never had anything like this for breakfast. Uh so, we're going to order up. We've got the little one with us.

[00:01:24]Um and Camilla's ordered the matcha latte. Um the lady did say the matcha's not for everyone, so this is going to be an experience for us both cuz I'll give it a go as well. Um so, yeah. We'll let you know when the coffee comes. So, the last time we went out for breakfast was January 4th. So, it's like 4 months ago now and the um place we went to is just literally down this street, Hot Shots, and it was probably the best breakfast me and Camilla had ever had. Um and we were like, "It's such a beautiful morning.

[00:01:52]Let's go, you know, have breakfast and and see what this place is like cuz as I said, it's got a good rating.

[00:01:58]Um and yeah, we'll see if it competes with Hot Shots. This is the chili eggs.

[00:02:04]It looks unbelievable. Before I get to Camilla, I'm going to just push her out of the shot a second. Check out this pistachio iced coffee.

[00:02:13]And this is the matcha, which isn't coffee. It's actually tea leaf.

The presentation on this is just with um uh with Italian sausage.

[00:07:37]So, I'm going to try some of the waffle with the bacon cuz Camilla does like pancakes and bacon.

[00:07:48]Mhm. You know what you think of when you order waffles, you think it's going to be really sweet. I don't like sweet things, but this has got that spice in there with the bacon, really sort of evens it out.

[00:09:05]>> [laughter] >> So, Whiny Cow. I take Try and take these off. Uh what Sorry, the Whiny Cow. One thing I'm going to say and we don't talk about often enough, in there, clean, looks amazing, fresh, very Mediterranean feel, designed amazing. I could eat there every day.

[00:09:31]Um you know, or if you've had any different types of breakfast, maybe a bit different uh that we should try. Um so the Whiny Cow, the ice latte uh pistachio.

[00:09:53]The the the matcha is not for me and Camilla, that's for sure. The chicken waffle, 30 bucks. And the [snorts] chili cheese eggs, 28.50. Now, the waffle with chicken was the one to go for. The chili eggs, if you like spicy eggs, it did get a lot spicier as I got into it. Um but the waffle was the star of the show there. But the eggs, amazing. Like easily an strong eight out of 10. The waffles though, I've got to give that a nine out of 10 cuz it's just different, amazing.
