The analysis effectively reframes cinematic suspense as a case study in systemic entropy and the inherent hubris of human engineering. It transforms a nostalgic blockbuster into a sobering reminder that in complex systems, control is merely a fragile illusion.

Jurassic Park 1993 Had Me Stressed the Entire TimeAdded:
What's good, Spidey gang? MJ here.
Welcome to my channel. Today, we're going to be watching Jurassic Park. This is the original Jurassic Park from 1993.
It did win on the poll. It kind of swept on the poll, actually. And I did not think you guys were going to want me to watch this. I didn't even think this was on my reaction radar. So, I'm pretty happy that you guys actually did vote for this one. I've personally never seen any of the Jurassic movies. This is going to be a hot take. You guys are not going to like me for this, but I kind of put Jurassic Park and Star Wars in the same pool. Not that they're the same kind of movies, but in the sense of if you don't watch it from the very, very beginning, it's pointless to watch it to modern day because the franchise is dragged out so much, it's like, are we ever going to catch a break? But I believe the original Jurassic Park movies are only the first three and then after that I think they do um a reboot or something. I'm not sure with Jurassic World. And so far Jurassic World has like four movies. So I don't know if we're going to be watching those, but I will be watching Jurassic Park in 1993 today because you guys wanted it. If you end up enjoying my reaction, don't forget to like the video, subscribe to my channel. Also, if you want to see my full reaction to this movie and every other movie and show on both of my channels, as well as get them early, go ahead and click that Patreon link down in the description below. Two quick announcements yet again. The first one being I did create my channel for my reactions to foreign films. If you are interested in that, you can go check out the channel on this channel. It's called MJ Across the Globe. I will be uploading on there very, very soon. So, please go subscribe to the channel if you're interested. Second little announcement.
I hope you guys did not forget about your girl's P.O. box because I do try to check it at least every month. And I went to check it earlier this month and there wasn't much stuff in there and it broke my heart. So, if you want to send me something to my PO box, I would absolutely appreciate it. You don't even have to spend money. I'm talking about fan art. You can write me a letter. I don't care. I would really appreciate it. And yeah, that's pretty much all I have to say. So, without further ado, let's go ahead and get into Jurassic Park.
So excited.
I don't think I've actually watched a movie dedicated to dinosaurs before, like ever. I know there's been movies I've watched that had dinosaurs, maybe.
Like the Transformers movie we just watched. That one had dinosaurs in it, but dedicated to dinosaurs. I don't know. Jurassic Park.
I'm so excited.
My gosh, that like omin ominous music. What's is that the word? Probably not. Ominance.
Ominous. I don't know. Music is terrifying. Let's just use simple words.
My gosh, we're already starting off terrifying.
They're hunting a a dinosaur.
I thought they were hunting them. I thought they were like in the jungle hunting them. I was like, "Huh?" But no, this is Okay, so they're just being protective in case this one gets out.
>> Isla Nublar, 120 mi west of Costa Rica.
Indiana Jones looking, bro. So, this is probably one of them like things I do off the island.
>> And push loading team, step away.
I THOUGHT WE WERE LOCKED. WHAT HAPPENED?
OH MY LORD.
>> I thought the freaking THING LOCKED. HOW DID THEY Maybe they're stronger than y'all think.
Oh no, that man's cooked. You might as well just let her let her have her lunch or something cuz >> No, you should have, like I said, you should just let that man go. He was cooked.
That poor man. She must have been stronger than y'all thought cuz she she broke that thing. Y'all was not locked.
Y'all lied. What the hell?
Amber mine in Dominican Republic Hammond's not even here.
>> He sends his apologies.
>> Are you telling me that Hammond can't even bother to see me? The insurance company.
>> Okay.
>> You knew you were coming to the jungle.
Why are you sitting here dressed in a suit and and and proper boots? Formal boots. I mean, >> hates inspections. They slow everything down.
They found something.
>> Sign up on the island. The insurance guys will back off.
>> They want because Grant's like me. He's a digger.
>> Oh, mosquito.
I like that. Hold on. So, we're really discovering a lot of historical things.
He found a mosquito in a in a gem. It's crazy.
I would honestly love to do this job. I mean, it's probably not exactly what I think it is, but to travel around the world and find fossilized animals, shells, just just parts of history. I would honestly love to do this.
>> I hate computers.
Oh, it took right of her booty.
>> Take a look.
>> How long does this usually take?
>> Does the image back? This new program's incredible. Don't have to dig anymore.
Where's it found in that?
>> Right. I feel like that's the mo the funnest part.
>> Velociraptor.
>> Yeah, it's good shape, too. Look at the extra. What' you do?
>> He touched it. No one of these guys learn how to fly. Isn't they birds than they do with reptiles?
>> Full of airsacks and hollows just like a bird.
>> Hey, >> that doesn't look very scary.
>> Who said that?
>> Six foot turkey.
>> Let's get a velociraptor in your face.
Huh?
>> Try to imagine yourself in Cretaceous period.
>> He moves like a bird bobbing his head.
Visual acuity is based on movement like T-Rex. You stare at him, just stares right back.
Even as a kid, as a grownup now, I was going to say even as a kid, I was terrified of of dinosaurs and and them coming back. This kid's talking about six foot turkey, please.
>> 6 in retractable claw to bite your jugular like a lion. Say here or here, Ellie. Spilling your intestines.
>> Hey man, the only way for these kids to understand is so you can scare them.
When they start to eat you, try to show a little respect.
>> Okay.
>> See, you you you you give them a lesson, they get scared, but they learn. He's like, "What the hell?"
>> He wanted to scare the kid. He could have pulled a gun on him. You know, >> want to have one of those?
>> I don't want that kid.
>> I mean, what's so wrong with kids?
>> They smell.
>> True facts. They do awesome smell for sure. My son's feet stink so bad and I don't know why.
>> Cover the side.
>> Oh my gosh. What are you doing?
>> What the hell do you think you're doing in here?
>> Oh, >> for today. I guarantee it.
>> Who are you?
>> Delighted to meet you finally and passing Dr. Grant. 50,000 a year has been well spent.
>> Paleobartonist Dr. >> Sadler see a hurry.
>> Oh, that's No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I can manage this now. I'll get right to the point.
>> Tell her, "Oh god, it's Dr. Ham."
>> Tell instantly about people. It's a gift. I own an island off the coast of Costa Rica up a kind of biological preserve. Make the one I've got down in Kenya look like a pitting zoo. What are those?
>> Small versions of adults, honey. No, >> stop like >> first. I I don't care for lawyers. Do you >> don't really know any.
>> Well, I do.
>> They insist on outside opinions. Trying not to put too fine a point on it. Just persuade you to sign off on the park. I could get back on schedule. Uh schedule.
>> What kind of park is this?
>> It's right up your alley. Love to have an opinion of a paleobatonist as well.
Sorry, this isn't possible. was as if a fully funding your dig.
>> Oh, >> time for a further 3 years.
>> Oh, >> you guys. No, you can't you can't debate with that. Yeah, you can't debate with that. Come on now.
>> Now y'all get to this park and it's not what you think it is. Then what?
>> San Jose, Costa Rica.
Dodson.
>> You shouldn't use my name.
>> Okay, >> Dodson. We've got Dodson here, >> right? Like they're going to care.
>> You're trying to look like a secret agent.
>> No one gives a damn.
>> For each viable embryo, that's 1.5 million nickel embryos. They're no use to us if they don't survive.
>> The bottom screws open, compartmentalized inside.
You are a little too excited.
>> Have cooling insight for 36 hours.
>> No me tomorrow night on the east dock.
Make sure he gets it right. Listen, your company catches up on 10 years of research.
>> Uh, excuse me. He just gave you all all that money.
Those Hammond. Oh, okay. So, this guy is double crossing Hammond. He is double crossing Mr. Hammond here. Woo.
He's going to try to, I guess, steal the embryos of the dinosaurs.
>> Dig up. Dig up dinosaurs.
>> Was from a deplorable excessive personality.
>> Actually, John doesn't subscribe to chaos. John because the behavior of the system is phase space.
>> They have no idea what he's talking about. I've noticed that this girl's entire personality is just laughing.
I love it. It fits with the vibe, but it's like it's kind of funny.
>> Believe that you aren't familiar with the concept of attraction.
>> You bring a lock star me.
>> But yeah, her, like I was saying, her whole identity is just her laughing all the time, but it's kind of it kind of fits. It's kind of like she's off she's um out of character the whole time.
Hold on cuz this can be just a little >> Oh god, that's a little too fast.
See, are you scary? Y'all both scary.
I live for the thrill.
>> The seat belts are going to be useless by the time. I was about said they're gonna be useless by the time y'all land Jurassic Park. I'd be too terrified to stand under a helicopter. I don't know why. I'm really short, so I doubt I would hit the blades, but All 50 mi of perimeter fence are in place.
>> Systems, Donald, dear boy, relax.
>> Serious investigation of the stability of the island from now. If they're not convinced, I'm not convinced.
>> We'll be accepting your apologies.
>> You don't need no solution.
the Cretaceous period. I mean, this thing is >> Girl, you're worried about You're talking about the leaf. You're worried about the wrong thing.
Whoa, that thing is humongous.
Talking about you shutting me down. How?
I got dinosaurs.
>> Oh my god. You hear the theme song? It's It's a dinosaur.
>> It's a dinosaur. They're astonished.
It's a dinosaur.
>> You crazy son of a you dead totally runs a warm-bodied creature. 25 27 foot neck brachiosaur 30.
>> Oh my god. And it's standing on its hind legs. I'd be terrified.
>> We're going to make a fortune with this place. We clocked the T-Rex to 32 mph.
>> You said you've got a T-Rex.
>> Uh-huh. Say again.
>> Yo, they're so excited.
>> Welcome to Jurassic Park.
>> I can see a scientist actually like really wanting to do this. I don't know if you guys heard, but they actually I think they actually are working on recreating the woolly mammoth if I'm not mistaken. I think they already did the direwolf, which is not that hard to recreate, but I think they're working on doing the woolly mammoth right now if I'm not mistaken. So I I can actually see a mam a mammoth a scientist going to these lengths to recreate dinosaurs, but I feel like we should be very careful with that because obviously not all dinosaurs are just minding their business eating eating, you know, trees and grass. So whoa, that's amazing.
>> They do move in herds.
I love how they're confirming everything they found out and and making sure it's true or not. Oh man, I love it.
>> I'll show you.
>> I'd be so excited >> amusement park in the entire world. And I'm not talking just about rides being biological attraction. So astounding.
>> So what are you thinking?
>> We're out of a job.
That's funny.
>> Well, why don't you all sit down? Here he comes. Well, here I come.
>> Here I come.
>> Hello, folks. Hello.
>> Hello.
>> So awkward. Hello.
>> I've got lines here.
>> Oh, fine. Fine, I guess.
>> Let me show you. First, I'll need a drop of blood.
>> Oh, John, that hurts. Hello, John.
>> Hello, John.
extraction has never recreated an intact alien strand.
>> Where do you get 100 million year old dinosaur blood?
>> What? What? Where did you come from?
From your blood.
>> I love the creativity, especially for like kids watching this. But that still don't explain where you got the dinosaur blood.
>> Millions of years ago, like dinosaurs, we just had to know where to look >> for mosquitoes. Just like today.
Oh wow.
>> Mosquito would land on the branch of a tree would get hard and become fossilized observing the mosquito inside which we call amber waited for >> Wow.
>> Still Jurassic Park scientists came along. The preserved blood from the mosquito ant.
>> What?
That's insane.
contains three billion genetic codes to look at the entire DNA strand. Now, that's where our geneticists take over.
Ensorers break down the strand in minutes. Geneticists, the gaps in the DNA sequence.
>> This is honestly I I am I'm speechless. I'm captivated.
>> We can make a baby dinosaur. It all has very dramatic music, of course.
What dude? Oh, I thought you put us in a on a roller coaster. I was like, what?
You just trapped me.
>> It's overwhelming, John. People are the real miracle workers of Jersey.
>> Mitosis.
>> Can't we see the unfertilized eggs?
>> They're so excited.
>> Stop these things. I'm sorry. It's kind of a ride.
>> You can't do that.
>> Too much you can't do that. You thought they weren't going to want to go see it.
Come on now. You know, you cannot have brought these scientists here. who specialize in these things and not expect them to be want to be all in it.
You know, they want to see the entire process.
>> Oh, good day, sir.
>> It's turning the eggs.
>> I'd hope they'd hatch before I had to go to the boat.
>> Come on. Come on. Come on then. There you are.
>> Wow.
>> There you are. the first creature they come in contact with.
>> Of every little creature on this island.
>> That is incredible.
>> Actually, they can't breed in the wild.
Full unauthorized breeding in Jurassic Park. Well, because all the animals in Jurassic Park are female.
>> Oh my god, that is incredible. I would I would love to see this like live for real.
>> Thermic.
>> Mhm.
>> It holds that temperature.
>> Yeah.
>> Somebody go into the park and pull up the dinosaur skirts. All vertebrae embryos are inherently female anyway.
>> Mhm.
>> To make them male, we simply deny them that >> control you're attempting. It's not possible. Life will not be contained.
Life barriers painfully, maybe even dangerously. But >> there it is.
>> You're >> Yeah, that's what they're Yeah. I mean, animals animals adapt. That's literally the whole point, right? They adapt. So, like he's saying, they will find a way to reproduce, to procreate, whatever it may be. So, I kind of agree with him. It is dangerous to kind of take that away sort of.
>> What species is this?
>> It's a velociaptor.
We bred raptors.
>> Oh, he is not a fan of raptors. He is terrified of raptors.
The park, our gourmet chef, >> what are they doing?
>> They're feeding the raptor.
>> Menu follows chili and sea bass. I believe >> he is not a fan.
Oh. Oh. Oh lord, that sounds terrifying.
See, imagine if thieves were to get out.
Like, come on.
>> I'm afraid knows more about raptors than anyone.
>> They're lethal at 8 months. And I do mean lethal. I fast for a bip.
>> Cheetah speed.
>> Say that's why we're taking extreme precautions.
>> Even problemsolving intelligence. She took over with a pride and killed all but two of the others. He looks at you.
You can see she's working things out.
>> Oh my gosh. I'd be terrified. She had them all attacking the fences when the fetish came. Testing the fences for weaknesses systematically.
>> Wow.
>> Yeah, you got me messed up. What if they remember? What if they like try to climb on top of this thing or something? Like what if they're that smart? You got me messed up. Uh-uh.
>> Who's hungry?
>> We'll open with the basic tour you're about to take. Spectacular designs spared no expense.
>> He's trying to convince them.
merchandise. I can first >> in the world has the right to enjoy these animals.
>> A coupon day or something.
>> He's trying so hard to convince them like I get it, but >> before nature staggers >> and then you and I have fear.
>> Yeah, I know. They're a lot worse.
>> Don't let Don't let him talk.
>> Don't you see the danger John inherent?
Wielded like a a kid that's found his dad's gun.
>> He's not. Y'all talk y'all called him a rockstar and he's actually one of the smartest ones here. Uh, it didn't require any discipline to attain it. So, you don't take any responsibility for it. You knew what you had. You You patented it and now you're selling it.
You want to sell it? Well, >> except things which nobody's ever done.
>> We'll fight with whether or not they could. They didn't stop to think they should.
>> Condors are on the verge of extinction.
Condors on this island. You wouldn't have anything to say.
>> The deforestation or or the building of a dam and nature selected them for extinction.
>> He is right. The dinosaurs would not fit in the modern world right now.
>> Oh, what's so great about Discovery?
It's a violent >> I want to hear Dr. Grant talk. I want to hear his opinion on it cuz he looked like he was also pretty concerned, especially when the raptors came.
>> I call the natural world >> and therefore, how could you ever assume that you can control it?
>> Progressive living things that have no idea what century they're in.
>> Yeah. Who could appreciate what I'm trying to do? I don't want to jump to any conclusions, but look, 65 million years of evolution, the slightest idea of what to expect.
>> Exactly though, you're thinking of >> The only one I've got on my side is the blood sucking lawyer.
>> I was going to say like blood sucking lawyer. Like I we don't know what to expect. That's the problem. It could be a good thing. It could be a bad thing.
Like >> they're here.
Spend a little time with our target audience.
Careful with him.
>> Good to see you. Did you enjoy the helicopter?
>> Do you want to take kids out in front of those dinosaurs? He is not a fan of kids. He does not like kids.
>> Come away. Not too close to the cars.
Transports for the afternoon. No driver.
They run on this uh track in the middle of the roadway here.
>> That's the right part of the screen and talk about whatever you want.
>> I'm going to ride with Dr. Sadly.
>> Why you keep trying to go with my girl?
Me and you going to have some problems.
Cute little smile.
>> Do you really think that dinosaurs turned into birds? A >> few species may have evolved along those lines.
>> They sure don't look like birds to me.
Um meteor um hit the earth.
>> Why are you running from this? Stop being mean.
>> Carl, what are you planning on?
>> To ruin you are all this heat and it made a bunch of diamond dust. This other book by a guy named Backer and he >> you do not have to be mean. But I should ride with you cuz it'll be good for you.
>> She knows. She knows what she's doing.
He does not like kids. You're going to end up wanting a kid by the end of this.
I know. I know.
>> Why didn't I build in Orlando?
>> Orlando also gets tropical storms. What are you talking about?
>> Stop the top.
>> Is that Senuel Jackson now?
Oh, they ended up riding together.
>> So, God help us. We're in the hands of engineers.
>> Be automatically selected and displayed for you. Welcome to Jurassic Park.
>> What do they got in there? King Kong, >> right?
Huge door. Oh my gosh, it's scary.
>> Kylie, we spared no expense.
>> I love how he keeps saying that. Do you guys notice he keeps saying that? We spared no expense.
Please.
>> Dilophosaurus is actually poisonous, mindless, and eventually paralysis.
>> This makes Dilophosaurus.
>> Aren't they the little one? Well, little compared to other dinosaurs. Not little compared to us, but >> Alan, where damn >> they didn't get to see him.
>> Morning. Those shouldn't be running out of car batteries. Random major zoo. And the computers aren't even on their feet yet.
>> In your hands and you have butter fingers. this room with minimal staff for up to three days. Bug two million lines of code for what I bid for this job.
>> I really am, but they are your problem.
Another financial debate with you, Dennis. I don't blame people for the mistakes.
>> Thanks, Dad.
>> Dennis.
>> Oh, not the Thanks, Dad.
>> A lot of comput cycles. We'll lose part of the system for a while in the pile for half an hour.
>> All of you approaching the Tyrannosaur Pic.
>> We've yet to see any other dinosaurs.
I'm kind of mad.
There's not even any dinosaurs out here.
>> Creates dinosaur. God destroys dinosaur.
Destroys God. Man creates dinosaurs.
>> Eat man. Woman inherits the earth.
>> Okay.
She's so unserious.
>> We'll try to tempt a Rex now. Keep watching the fence. Having kids look at that is crazy.
>> He's going to eat the goat.
>> What's the matter, kid?
>> I happen to be a vegetarian.
>> Doesn't want to be fat. He wants to hunt. 65 million years of gut instinct.
>> Yeah, they don't they don't like this.
The goat is taking a nap.
They're not getting any action >> on your on your dinosaur tour, right?
>> I really hate that man.
>> I think we all hate that man. He is obnoxious, but he is right.
>> Set patterns or or park schedules with predictability and complex systems.
Being in Central Park, you get rain instead of essential.
>> I agree.
>> Water. We're going to conduct an experiment. It should be still.
>> I don't like how close he is to my girl.
>> Perfect. Now let's say a drop water falls over the thumb rather the other thumb. Let's say >> same place again. Which way is going to roll up?
>> Change the change. Why?
>> Cuz you dropped the water in a different spot.
>> Blood distending your vessels, imperfections in the skin. Repeat and vastly affect the outcome.
>> Where are you going?
>> Would suddenly suddenly jump out of a moving vehicle. There's another example.
Uh talking to myself. That's that's chaos theory. You need help.
>> Locking mechanisms on the vehicle doors.
>> This guy's too worried about stealing stuff.
>> He says the dinosaur died.
>> Really?
>> Yours was fully illustrated.
>> Hey, come on. Watch this.
>> Kids like him so much and he is just not a fan.
>> Everybody stay here.
>> Timmy. Hey, Timmy.
>> Oh lord. He just told her to stay here.
>> Track Elijah for me. She's sick.
>> Oh my god.
>> That's incredible.
>> Oh god.
She was my favorite when I was a kid.
Ew. Why are you touching it?
>> Imbalance, disorientation, labored breathing.
>> These are dilated. Take a look.
>> That's pharmacological.
>> We know they're toxic, but the animals don't eat them.
>> Well, she probably is.
>> Are you sure?
>> Pretty sure.
>> I'd have to see the dinosaur's droppings. Droppings.
>> Droppings.
>> Yeah, you got that. We're going to have to cut the tour short, I'm afraid. Drain wide.
>> Tell them when they get back in the cars.
>> Yeah.
>> 5 minutes. Drop what you're doing and leave now.
>> Oh, look at this guy over here walking like this is dinosaur poop. Literally, that's huge.
>> And she just digging in it.
>> You're right. There's no trace of lilac berries suffering from me toxicity.
>> He's tenacious.
>> You have no idea.
>> Girl just dug into a giant pile of dino poop.
>> I have to insist that we get moving.
>> Stay with Dr. Harding and finish up with the trike before I make the boat with the others.
>> Great. Yeah, I'm going to stay with her a little longer.
Captain said we got to go. We got to go.
>> You got to give me at least 15 minutes.
Give me the 15 minutes.
>> Damn. You do not got time, buddy.
>> So much for our first tour two shows.
Could have been worse, John. A lot worse.
>> Yeah.
>> Tweets. And I think I'm going to get something salty. I thought maybe some, you know, I was going to de So I did. I You know, you should tell you that the system is going to be uh compiling. You can tell >> on or off for a while, but it's nothing to worry about. It's just a simple thing.
I would have tell I would have been able to tell from all the all that damn overexplaining. I would have been able to tell from the overexlaining he was lying.
>> You married >> occasionally. I look out for a future ex Mrs. Malcolm.
That's not funny.
>> Four. Three.
>> That's odd. Henry said a few systems would go offline, didn't he?
>> Wow.
I don't know how someone hasn't caught him like >> Satler. She's not like available, is she?
>> He just said he's looking for his ex, Mrs. Malcolm.
>> Yeah.
Uh, we didn't touch anything. We stopped.
>> Oh.
Oh no. Oh no. Oh no.
This is a damn nightmare.
>> Fine, Andre. Check the vending machines.
>> Oh no.
>> The raptor fences aren't out, are they?
>> No. No, they're still on.
>> Why the hell would he turn the other ones off?
>> That's actually a good question.
He turned all the other ones off except the raptor ones.
That's interesting.
What is this guy even doing?
>> Access main security.
>> Uh, you didn't say the magic word.
>> Hate this hacker crap. Phone address people. Phones are out, too.
>> Did the vehicle stop?
>> No.
Don't tell me they stopped here.
>> Oh my goodness.
Oh, this is bad. Oh, this is bad. Oh, this is bad.
>> Jerus have to stay put.
>> Kids okay? Just a little hiccup in the power.
>> I didn't say I was scared.
>> Move.
>> Yeah, >> then they're expensive. Put him back.
>> You will do the kids in the car with this guy.
>> Don't scare me.
>> And she's still out there with the with the trike.
>> You feel that?
>> Oh my goodness.
I'm going to pee myself away. I feel like my bladder is about to burst.
Maybe it's the power trying to come back on.
The ghost's gone.
Where's the goat?
>> Oh my god. THIS IS LIKE A HORROR MOVIE.
Oh my god.
Jesus.
He left us. He left us.
What is this going to SAVE YOU AGAINST A T-REX?
>> WHEN you got to go, you got to go.
Boy, do I hate being right all the time.
>> To stay completely still. Be very, very quiet.
>> This vision is based on movement.
>> Light off. Turn the light off.
>> Oh my god, these kids.
>> Turn the light off.
Oh no. Why in the car with the kids?
>> I'm sorry.
>> Oh my god.
THERE'S NO way they're NOT ALREADY DEAD.
OH, THEM POOR KIDS.
I mean, there's nothing y'all could do.
I know y'all probably feel like you want to save them, but really you how how are you supposed to save them?
I love the realism of him biting into that car.
OH MY LORD.
OKAY, T-REXES PLAY fetch noted.
>> Bro, HE'S LITERALLY ABOUT TO [ __ ] HIS PANTS IN THERE.
Oh my gosh. He's like, "Oh, ain't you the one that try to hide from me?"
>> All these poor kids.
>> That's okay.
Don't move.
Oh lord.
No. Tim, >> girl, WE DON'T GET ALL DAY. GRAB THE WIRE. OH my gosh.
Oh my god, is Tim gone?
>> Systems off. He doesn't want anybody to see what he's about to do. And now it's to go through the computer's lines of code one by one. Not too mean.
>> 2 million.
>> Yeah, I guess G and bring back my grandchildren.
>> Yeah, that's not happening. I can't lie.
One of your G grandchildren already got pummeled by a T-Rex.
>> John Park back online without Dennis Nidra.
>> Should have been there by now.
Look at this idiot. You did all that just to crash twice and not even make it to where you're supposed to make it to.
You're a damn idiot.
There's the road to that thing there.
And then >> that's another way down.
Sorry. Nothing.
>> I can afford more glasses.
>> Literally, you got all that money, boy.
You can afford more glasses. You better get a move on. Oh, I'd be worried about what you unleash, though. That's what I'd be worried about. Did he just go the wrong way? Oh, maybe he didn't. I don't know.
What the hell was that?
>> You got time. You got time. You can do it.
Oh, you're cooked. That's the one they said spits poison, ain't it?
>> Yeah, that's nice. Got to go.
>> Tell about something that's nice.
That's the little one. This was poison.
>> Thought you were one of your big brothers. You're not so bad.
>> You're not so bad. Uh-huh.
>> I just fell down a hill. I'm sucking wet. I don't have any food.
>> Uh-huh. Sure. That's what he wants. You are the food.
The stick. Stick. Stupid. That's a sick boy.
>> Do you really think he's stupid?
>> I'm going to run you over when I come back down.
>> I'm going to run you over.
Your big stuff can't even get up the hill.
There you go. Yeah. Yeah.
And that's poisonous.
Yeah. You're cooked talking all that, huh?
Idiot, man.
I ain't going to lie. Karma. Karma.
Now, what's terrifying is the fact that that fell out of his uh out of his pocket. People probably never find it.
>> Thanks. I'm right here. So, I want you to stay right here and wait for me. But that's not what I'm going to do.
>> Stay here.
>> Good man. He don't even like kids.
>> Hey babe, you hear me out? Coming up.
>> I honestly love how how dark this movie is, too.
>> It's not like it's putting purposeful lights or anything like that. They want you to get the sense of how dark and dangerous it is in this jungle.
>> Damn it.
The only lights you see are the lights from the the tour tour road.
>> Tim, you okay?
>> A It's okay.
>> Okay, just give me that made me want to cry. Tell somebody threw up.
>> Tell anyone you threw up. Just Just give me a hand.
>> Why would I tell anyone you threw up?
Baby, it's a gigantic dinosaur that just tried to kill you. I am not I am not going to judge you for being terrified.
Oh, that's so sad.
>> Too bad right there. Dad build your treehouse.
>> No. Me, too.
>> Yeah, me too. My dad never built me a treehouse either.
>> Uhoh.
Go.
>> Oh, yeah. Y'all got to move fast. MOVE FAST. MOVE FAST. OH [ __ ] THAT BIG BRAIN SAVED THEM. WE GOT to go.
All that noise is probably not good.
>> Luckily, the tree is slowing down. Y'all got more time to climb, but Oh. Oh, the car can't just fall to the SIDE OR SOMETHING. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO GO straight down towards us? Oh my lord.
Oh, thank goodness. He He saved that little boy.
>> Where's the other car? Where's the other car?
>> The Grunge.
>> Alice.
>> Yeah, that's a massacre that happened there.
>> I think this was Jarro.
>> I think this was too.
>> He's down. It can wander in and out of any paddic it likes.
Oh, he's still alive.
>> Remind me to thank John for a lovely weekend.
>> Can we chance moving him?
>> Please. Chance it.
>> Please.
>> Ellie, come on.
>> The other car.
Alan.
Oh, they left him. OH GOD, THEY LEFT HIM.
This guy can't catch a break.
He cannot catch a break.
>> It's an impact is what it is.
>> Got to get out of here now. Now. Right now. Start the engine.
>> Oh.
Oh my gosh.
>> Must go faster.
>> I was about to say I don't know if cars are faster than uh I don't know if cars are faster than T-Rexes.
This guy is not even phased. The guy driving is like, I got to get up.
>> Think they'll have that on the tour?
I don't think anyone will ever come back if they had that on tour.
>> Are you hearing this?
>> Let's uh get up this tree.
>> Oh, yeah. Well, you weren't in the last one.
>> True.
I don't know if going up a tree will really save y'all here, though. There's one, there's plenty of dinosaurs that could probably climb, and two, they have I'm pretty sure they have flying dinosaurs.
>> I mean, brachiosaurus.
>> Why are they singing? Are they communicating?
>> Are just animals and these are herbivores.
do what they do.
>> They're carnivores. They like meat. I know it sucks, but it's it's part of the cycle of life. Technically, humans are carnivores.
Well, I guess it depends. Some people don't eat meat, but >> now if you don't have to pick up dinosaur bones anymore, >> guess we'll just have to evolve, too.
>> Yeah, why not work in a facility like this?
Ellie was literally treating a trike like that. That's what you guys could do. You know everything about him.
>> Do you think he saw us?
>> Do you think that's hilarious?
>> What do you call blind dinosaurs dog? Do you think Rex?
>> Do you think Rex? He's good. He's good.
>> The dinosaurs come back while we're all asleep.
>> All night.
>> He's going to fall asleep. There's no way he'll stay awake all night. But I do doubt they'll find you guys in a tree, though.
Why is my son screaming? Just hear him screaming from the other room. He's like, "Ah." Um, he probably misses his grandchildren.
Worried about his grandchildren.
>> They were all melting.
>> They're all melting, huh?
>> Okay, for now. I gave him a shot of morphine. The one he doesn't like is the one that gets saved. Tragic >> Jurassic Park and a dinosaur expert I ever built when I came down from Scotland. Flea circus pedicote lane. We had a trapeze and >> a flea circus. That's a real thing.
>> Oh, I could see the fleas. Mommy, can't you see the fleas? Fleas on parade.
>> There weren't any fleas. Like, for real, I >> I was think it was an actual flea circus.
>> I wanted to show them something that wasn't an illusion.
See and touch him not divide of merit.
>> I feel you. I feel like you could have did it with any animal though. There are plenty of extinct animals that people want back and dinosaurs being your main objective is crazy.
>> Nu was a mistake. That's obvious where next time everything's correctable.
>> Next time >> next time it'll be flawless.
>> See, here's my issue, though. He's he's saying he's still saying like he just said hiring Nedri was the problem. How do you know when another Nedri is going to come along? How do you know that? Do you know how many of these people could be influenced by a big bag of money?
Like I I I have to agree with them that this is just far too dangerous, far too too expendable really for you to be sitting here gambling with it. I get what you're doing, but you could do it with dodo birds and everyone would be happy.
never had control. That's the illusion.
Enough respect for that power and it's out now.
>> Thing that matters now are the people we love.
>> Yeah, he's he's a little delusional.
He's thinking about the wrong things.
>> They're out there where people are dying. So d want some ice cream now.
You fell asleep, you liar. I knew he was going to fall asleep.
Go away. It's >> okay.
>> Girl, we told you they don't care about you.
>> Theaurus, >> they don't care about you. They just want leaves, >> right? They already told you.
>> Can I touch it?
>> Sure.
like cows.
>> They're all looking sick, though.
Remember, she has said something about it.
>> I'm here.
>> Oh, ew.
That is disgusting.
This girl is getting so many bad experiences. I feel so bad for her.
>> In her room and never come out and play on her computer.
Oh, >> it's a dinosaur egg.
>> There's not supposed to be eggs out here.
>> I'm breeding.
>> Grandpa said all the dinosaurs were girls.
>> DNA to fill in the gene sequence gaps and blended it with that of frogs.
>> So, what's the problem?
>> Spontaneously changed sex from male to fe.
>> What?
>> Malcolm was right.
wife found a way. Out of your mind. He's absolutely out of his mind because we will never find the command that Nedra used. I think it's obvious now that he's not coming back.
>> Entire system is >> get somebody else because I won't do it.
>> Only way to wipe out everything that he did. Will then come back on their original startup mode >> down the entire system before it may not come back on at all.
>> In contingency, we could put that into effect.
>> Prevent the spread of the animals in case they ever get off the island.
Animals can't manufacture the amino acid lysene. People are dying. Will you please shut down the system?
>> I don't like how Well, not that I don't like, but it is kind of weird that Samuel Jackson is just smoking cigarettes this entire movie.
>> Hold on to your butts.
just as he was afraid.
>> The lights didn't come back on, but the system did.
>> See that? It's on. It worked. Down. Trip the circuit breakers. All we have to do is turn them back on. Read and others.
But it worked. System's ready. 3 minutes. I can have power back on. The entire park returns and the whole system's up and running again.
>> Visitors say it's just about a mile.
Keep.
>> Uhoh. If they're running, you know they're running for a reason, though, right?
>> Uh, gallomites.
>> Meeta.
>> Uh, yes.
>> It's just like a flock of birds evading a predator.
>> RUN AWAY. LIKE I SAID, I think they're running from something, though. I don't think they're running at you guys.
I knew it. I knew they were running from something.
>> Just look how it eats.
>> Please go now.
>> No, you can't move. This girl is terrified. The boy is all astonished.
>> Something's happened.
>> It's all it is. All major theme parks have delays.
>> Dude, you are freaking crazy. eat.
>> Caribbean breaks down. The pirates don't eat the tourists.
>> I'm going to go get the power back on.
>> Too hasty. I mean, they don't have been gone.
>> They've been gone a long time.
>> Sorry. I can follow this and then talk you through it.
>> Why?
>> Well, I'm a and you're a >> I'm a man and you're a woman. Man, you're an old man. Don't talk to me.
sexism and survival situations when I get back.
>> Oh god, you wouldn't do mess with a raptor.
>> Oh god, a raptor pen. Yeah, pray for us all.
>> See the [ __ ] from here? We can make it if we run. We can't because we are being hunted. Run towards the shed. Go now.
>> Oh god. That must have been what happened to Bro.
>> Mr. Arnold. John. I'm in.
>> Is a metal staircase. Go down it. After 20 or 30 ft.
>> I understand how to read a schematic.
Some of >> you're arguing about a map.
Yeah, it's off.
Oh, wait. They're about to turn it on, though.
Oh, no. No, no.
I promise you he'd probably burn to bits. He'd probably burn to bits with 10,000 vaults.
Oh god. The kids could probably squeeze through there. You probably can't.
Start climbing. That get me out of here.
>> Dead end.
>> Uh, look above you. Pipes all heading in the same direction. Follow that.
>> The top can be on the other side before you could even get to the top.
>> Come on, guys. It's not a race.
It kind of is a race. You guys kind of have to hurry up.
>> Over the top.
>> Oh my god. They don't even know. Hurry up.
>> Find your footing. Find your footing.
>> Up the primer handle in order to get the charge.
>> Okay. Charged.
>> Which says push to close.
OH, GIRL, LET GO. I MEAN, BOY, WHAT? I thought that WAS A GIRL. BOY, LET GO.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
>> Turn on the individual fire systems.
>> GET DOWN NOW.
>> You're going to have to jump.
>> Two. Three.
Coming up. I'm coming up to get you.
>> TWO.
Oh my.
Oh my gosh. Please tell me you're okay.
He's not breathing. I >> think we're back in business.
>> OH MY GOD. JUMP SCARE.
That scared the out of me.
Oh my. GET OUT OF THERE. GET OUT OF THERE NOW, PLEASE.
OH, MR. ARNOLD.
>> Feed him THE ARM. IT'LL BUY YOU SOME TIME.
GIRL, pick the unhook the flashlight OR PICK IT UP OR SOMETHING.
He's hunting the big one. I guess she had the two little ones with her, but he's hunting the big one.
Oh, I think it'll be sick.
This is so scary.
>> Clever girl.
Didn't they say that's how they hunt anyways?
>> Damn.
>> That kid might be cooked, man.
>> Good boy.
>> Three.
>> Three. You're already on the ground, baby.
>> Hello.
>> The good thing is the fence is back on, so you guys could be protected here.
>> Get you. What? Doctor, the hair is all sticking up. Make Tim the human piece of toast.
>> I'll be back soon.
>> You'd be a good father. I don't know why you're so hesitant about it. Maybe you just don't want kids, and I get that part, but you are really, really good with kids. I think I think you'd be an amazing father.
All that food. Is it real? Please tell me it's real. I'm starving.
Run.
>> Fat ass.
Oh.
Oh god.
He really left these kids by themselves.
I must have figured out how to open doors.
NO, THEY FIGURED OUT HOW TO OPEN DOORS. OH MY GOD. NO. Why did you jinx us?
Oh, these raptors are too smart.
>> The velociraptor side.
>> I love how they showed us that velociraptors are so much more terrifying than T-Rexes. Like, we got a a brief scene with a T-Rex, but these they have been talking about how terrifying these are from the beginning.
Follow me.
Oh, y'all cooked. Oh, yeah. I know.
Y'all cooked. Yeah, I know. Y'all cooked.
Oh, god.
Kid, every time you get scared, you ruin it for everyone, man.
Trying to protect her brother. Good girl.
Smart girl. And she's been the main one terrified this whole time.
Oh, THIS DUMBASS VELOCIRAPTOR.
THEY AIN'T SMART. They figured out how to open doors, but they ain't smart.
Oh god, kid. Why did you try to make a run for it?
Luckily, these dinosaurs are not that smart at all. Honestly, they trapped one.
What's in there? We can go over health.
We got to reboot the system first.
>> Billy, boot up the door locks.
>> Oh.
>> You thought you WERE GOING TO FIGHT A VELOCIRAPTOR AT THE DOOR.
>> OH, Miss Hacker. She wants to be a hacker.
>> It's a unique system. I know this.
>> There's no way she's that smart.
>> I got to find the right file.
Get the boy. The boy isn't doing anything. Tell him to give you THE GUN.
>> I CAN'T GET UNLESS I MOVE.
>> This This isn't the right file.
>> This isn't the right file. Gross. So funny.
>> You got it. Yes.
>> Good girl.
>> Security systems. Who name it? We got it.
>> Phones are working. Children. All right.
Tell him to send the damn helicopters.
>> I know you're not mad that I shot it.
>> I hope he's not mad that he shot at it.
Woo. Woo!
Oh, good kick. Personally, I would not have done that, but good kick. What if you would have kicked right into his jaw? He would have ate your foot.
>> Can't move.
Oh my god, this movie is like it it has me such on edge. is like where does it end? When does it end? You know, that kid has been getting a beating.
Oh lord.
What are you guys going to do now?
You're most likely getting surrounded.
Yeah, that's what I thought.
>> Yeah, let them go to war. Circle of life, you know. Thank goodness.
Mr. Hammond, >> not to endorse your park. So have I.
>> So am I.
Oh my god.
Oh, that was such a cool addition. The banner that said when dinosaurs ruled the earth fell as a T-Rex was roaring.
That is dope. That is actually dope.
Now we have to pray that these dinosaurs never get off the island.
them kid them kids have been to war. He protected them through a lot.
I love their theme song.
Very catchy.
Directed by Steven Spielberg.
Okay guys, so that is the end of Jurassic Park 1993, the original Jurassic Park. And I absolutely love that ending. It was a happy because everyone's alive but loose because we don't know what the hell is going to happen to this island full of dinosaurs ending. I think that is wonderful. Now, they did say something about the lie sign thing, so maybe they'll do that, but we didn't get any actual clarification what they're going to be doing with this island full of dinosaurs. And obviously, there is more Jurassic Park movies. The next one is Jurass the Lost World Jurassic Park. I don't know if it's a continuation of this one or if it's a whole different one, but this one was absolutely amazing. Very, very, very interesting.
I'm sure a lot of people had the idea of what if we brought dinosaurs back today.
I'm sure a lot of people have had that idea. And to turn it into a movie franchise like this is definitely amazing. I loved every minute of it. It had me on the edge of my seat. I love the suspense, the thriller. It felt like it had every genre in it between comedy, horror, literally everything. So, definitely my kind of film. It felt like a perfect balance of a film. So, I definitely loved it. I will give this one a 10 out of 10. If you guys want me to watch the second one, of course, let me know in the comments below. Like this video, subscribe to my channel. I of course want to watch the second one, but if you guys don't want to see it, you know, I will probably not give it to you. But let me know if you do cuz I definitely want to watch it. And yeah, we're going to go ahead and wrap it up there. So, thank you guys so much for watching and thank you for tuning in. This has been MJ and don't ask about Spider-Man.
Peace.
