[00:19:24]Even the current in the channel was really strong and that and it looked that the channel is pretty full. So now I am 1 kilometer from the dam and look it's almost nothing flowing. So there is no such a thing that it could flood some houses which is downstream.

[00:20:01]This is only a little totally I would say small amount water I have downstream. So, it's not dangerous at all.
