[00:00:02]And once people become silent, you get something called pluralistic ignorance, which is where and you've probably experienced this, when you don't ask a question or you don't make a comment because you think you're the only one that thinks a certain way or sees a problem a certain way.

[00:00:18]Because nobody else is talking, you think you must be the only one. The effect of that can be it just starts to compound because what that causes other people to hold back. I'm the only one that sees a problem, so I'm not saying it. And then actually the whole thing goes downhill fast.
