Hey everyone. Thank you so much for joining me for my first Bungee Fitness class. [music] As you can tell, I'm nervous. I don't even know what to do with myself. I see another content creator, so I'm waiting. Hey girl.
This is Raven. Raven is the owner, and she's going to go ahead and get [music] me all suited up so I can fly in the air. Now, Bungee Fitness is a cardio workout. Everyone else is practicing how to grab their water. [music] I'll be practicing that in just a moment. Let's just say it wasn't smooth the very first [music] time.
Well, let's be honest. Pretty much nothing that I'm doing today is going to [music] be smooth.
Yep, that was my first attempt. Let's [music] try again. Oh, okay, better. And that's what I'm literally going to say today is that as I did the class, um and I did end up getting two more classes, >> [music] >> I just had to trust the process. Let myself go. I've been talking about personal hood, and personal hood for me is just doing stuff that's going to personally >> [music] >> make me happy. Often times we talk about motherhood and adulthood. Well, [music] instead of me just saying put myself first, I'm going to say focus on personal hood.
And sometimes you got to let yourself go to do that. So, here I [music] am letting go. Yay!
First baby step. So, we're going to We're going to keep going. I hope you enjoy today's video.
In our G O P 1 journeys, [music] we often say trust the process. And this is me trusting the process.
Even though I keep pulling down my clothes. Let go, girl. [music] Let go, girl.

Now we're doing some burpees. Trust me, when she first said burpees, I was like, "Say what?" Mhm. But now I got it. Oh, yeah.
Then I asked her, "Can you move the camera for me? Thank you." That way y'all can actually see what I'm doing.
We're going to do a round the world, and I went around, all right.

We're also learning these different moves so we can eventually get to our routine. Routine number one. Routine number two, y'all, I go flying. Love it.
>> [music] [music] >> Now I may not look like it right now, but I used to be a [music] dancer of many sorts, and cardio was never really my thing.
But now that I'm putting cardio back with the actual learned dance movements, [music] I am definitely pushing my body.
There is sweat, y'all. I am sweating.
Sweating in many different places.
Let me catch [music] my breath.
Okay, let me get my bearings cuz apparently I keep turning. Okay, get it together, girl. [music] Get it together.
All right, let's get these squats in.
Got to work on that Ozempic booty.
Yes, we did that. All right, routine number one [music] down. Now we're going to learn some more moves so we can put that into part two.

Now when we started working on this part, I actually thought I was going to really high up in the [music] air. I am not joking. I thought this girl was flying.
I was even asked, "Would you like for us to take off one of the resistance cords?" And I was like, "No, I'm good."
Cuz in my mind I was so in the air.
As you can see, I am not really in the air.
But that's okay. That is okay. Next time, yes. Next time I want to fly.
Plus the sweat is real, y'all. I'm very sweaty. Okay, let's put it all together.
Everything that we've learned so far.
Looking back on this is so funny because in my mind, I am easily a good foot off the ground. I am flying, y'all. Let's put it all together. Routine number two.
