The vrock is a vulture demon in Dungeons and Dragons that stands taller than humans and causes excruciating deaths through a multi-stage attack: its screech hits like a shock wave, disorienting victims with blood trickling from ears; its wing beats release toxic spores that burn and spread through the skin; and while victims recover, the vrock rips flesh from bones while cackling blasphemous profanities. Unlike other demons that merely kill or eat, vrocks embody the demonic nature of wanting to destroy everything and cause maximum chaos without boundaries or limits to their depravity.

Vrock - D&D’s Brutal Vulture DemonAdded:
There are many demons in Dn D that would cause excruciating and gruesome deaths.
A Meilith would constrict you in her anaconda coils while she sliced you to pieces with her six scimitars. A gloru assaults you with powerful spells, then pincers you to death with its snapping claws. But the demon I'll focus on here is the frock. Vaguely humanoid, it's a vulture demon that actually stands much taller than a man. Its screech isn't just loud. It's physically overwhelming.
A burst of sound hits you like a shock wave. Scrambling balance and thought leaves you disoriented, stunned with blood trickling from your ears. And while you're staggering to recover, the demon spreads its wings. Each beat releases a cloud of toxic spores. These fall upon you and worm their way into your skin. It burns, it nauseates, and it spreads. While you're reeling from the screech and the poison, the frock rushes up with its talons and rins the flesh from your bones, all the while cackling blasphemous profanities in its demonic tongue. What's particularly heinous about demons is that they don't just want to kill or eat. They don't even stop at mind assaults or cruel magic. They want to destroy everyone and everything. and cause as much chaos as possible in the process. There are no boundaries here. There's no limit to their depravity, to the unspeakable acts they might commit upon someone, whether before or after slaying
