Ghrelin, the hunger hormone, naturally increases in the evenings, which explains why people often feel hungrier at night; this hormonal pattern can be influenced by stress and overall daily eating patterns. Ultra-processed foods, such as McDonald's meals, are linked to multiple health problems including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and obesity, and they can disrupt gut microbiome health by reducing microbial diversity and promoting inflammation. To improve eating habits, individuals should focus on consuming more protein-rich foods, especially at breakfast, which can help reduce evening cravings and overindulgence, while minimizing ultra-processed food consumption throughout the day.

Starting The Day With Cold McDonald's Is DIABOLICAL! WIEIAD As A Fat PersonAdded:
And when she's saying about being more hungry in the evenings, this is usually because your hung your grein is hung is hungrier.
>> Yes, your grein is hungrier.
>> Your ghrelin is higher in the evenings.
And this is there is some research that may suggest that it's because of the fact that hello.
I told him, told him one more time. Yo, favorite MC's bones are silver. These wipes here are golden golden cards on the table. There's no folders bars at the club. Tick tock, man. Get pissed off when >> Hey guys, what's up? Welcome back to the channel. My name is Elona. I'm also transformation. I messed my intro up because I'm tired. It's that uh pre-p period extreme fatigue feeling we've got going on right now. Anyway, I am uh not a doctor or nutritionist. I'm just a person on the internet with thoughts and opinions.
And today there will be on some what I eat in a day as a fat person. To disclaim, I don't promote or glorify obesity.
I make content to discuss, educate, and entertain people on ways that they can improve their lifestyles and eating habits so that they can have longer, healthier lives.
And that is it really. So, if you want to have some more content from me, then be sure to check out >> True Crime Channel >> as well as my >> on Patreon, where I upload twice a week Patreon only exclusive content.
>> If you want to help me out, you can do so by making sure you like the content and that you are subscribed. Now, let's get into this first full day of eating from Britany Stays Healthy. So, we have a mixture in in this reaction. And we're going to have a mixture of some good, some bad, and some ugly. Basically, we have people trying to lose weight. We have people who don't care. And we have a bit of everything. And I will give my thoughts and opinions and also quote some studies, quote some research on what they're doing and if it's good, if it's bad, and what they could be doing better. So, yeah. First up is this Brittany stays healthy.
>> Here's what I eat in a day as a fat girl.
>> Rage bait intro.
a peanut butter.
>> Also, dipping your pizza in sour cream.
Is Is that a thing? I've never seen that before. It's a bit weird to me. So, first up, we have jelly sandwich on keto bread. If you like keto bread or you're trying to do keto, Sol has been the best brand that I have tried. And Emma wanted to show y'all that she's got her little Paw Patrol soup here. For the jelly, I use this sugarfree skinny stuff. And then I use just peanut butter. But jelly sandwiches are messy, but they're so good. so slipperly.
>> Obviously, she's trying to do a low carb thing here. And swapping normal bread for keto bread is a good change to make.
It's going to be lowering the glycemic index. It's probably going to keep her full up for longer. May even be lowering calories, and it probably won't spike her insulin to the same level. Uh, sugar-free jelly. And then the peanut butter obviously, it's got lots of, you know, healthy fats and all of that in there. The only thing I would say is that there's not any protein in there.
So whilst it might be higher in fat, which are also satiating cuz 1 g of fat is 9 calories as opposed to 1 g of uh protein or carbohydrates, which is only four calories. And we'll talk about this at some point in a freely video. I just need to sit down and film that. I will try and get a freely video for next week because a few of you have actually asked me that's actually fairly highly requested. And what I mean by that, I've had like around four or five people ask me to do freely. So we could talk about that because freely is very much don't eat fats because they're high calorie.
true, but also um fats are important for hormone regulation. They're important for cell repair, for cognitive function, and fats are can be quite satiating. So, but yeah, not a not a terrible not a terrible way to start the day. I find it I find it odd when people drink like fizzy drinks first thing in the morning.
I couldn't, but each their own, I suppose.
>> It's so sizzly.
Getting ready to take my kid to the park, but I'm trying to save money for a house. So, I'm not going out to get coffee. I'm making it here. I used almond milk, some coffee concentrate, and a little bit of sweetener.
It's so good. I know. I think that's a really smart swap as well because the coffees when you go out are they are they do add up and when you're trying to save money by ordering less takeout and or making swaps like that is a good way to save money. Also, you can control the calorie intake a lot better as well. You can control the amount of caffeine that goes in there. So, if you're trying to be mindful with your coffee, you could make it decaf, which I suppose you can do in the coffee shop, too. But there's no guarantee what kind of milk they're using. There's usually a choice between like oat and just normal milk and maybe a skim milk. But there's different types of milks you could use, maybe got even lower calorie. at home. You can also have a greater choice perhaps of the sweetness or the flavors, the favorite syrups if you like that kind of stuff. I have like the drops I use I use um flavor drops in my coffee. I usually have like a toffee or a chocolate or something like that just to give my coffee a bit of flavor without having to use any syrup and to not use any calories. So, it's a good shout especially if you're trying to save money cuz I think I'm pretty sure last time I went Starbucks and I had like an iced coffee it was I don't know like €4 or something like that which is kind of crazy.
>> It's like 5:00. I'm having a string cheese just to hold me over until I make dinner.
And I thought, >> the reality is I'm not surprised that she is quite hungry because she's just not had much protein at all that day.
And protein is probably the most satiating macronutrient of all. And it's less and and you can have a lot for little calories. Satisfy me. I got pickles.
pickles are not bad depending on whether they're in like a sugary pickling pickle juice or um you know you can have them it's prepared in different ways but usually speaking pickled vegetables are actually pretty good for her gut health.
So and the string cheese will have some protein in it just not an awful lot. Um, she would have been more satiated if with that breakfast meal, maybe she had like some cottage cheese, maybe some yogurts or something like that, serving of egg whites, just something to bump up the calories while skipping the bump of the calories while keeping them low at the same time.
>> Okay, my husband's getting home really late today and I want to wait so I can eat dinner with him. So, I'm going to have a peanut a spoonful of peanut butter real quick while I'm waiting.
That's a big spoon of peanut butter.
Those calories will add up quickly. I'm not sure if she is counting her calories or weighing things out, but peanut butter, you definitely have to calculate out. You can't just have peanut butter willy-nilly. Uh those are the kind of calories that add up very quickly when you're trying to lose weight. And if you were to ask me what the biggest or the like one of the first things you could do in terms of starting to lose weight or get started with tracking and stuff, which can be really overwhelming and like a lot of apps have a lot of entries and I've said this in a different video, like a chicken breast can have like 500 entries for chicken breast and they will all have different macros. So unless you understand nutrition like I do. And when I see her eat something that's bad for her, it breaks my heart because she doesn't understand nutrition like I do. If you don't know it, it's it can be overwhelming and you be like, "Oh, look, I'm having chicken breast. It's like 10 g of fat and like 30 g of protein for 100 grams." No, no, that's not how it works. A change you could make is start by just increasing your protein from whatever you think you're doing already. Just make sure you eat more protein and start tracking your fats. Just start measuring out your fat portions. Obviously, try and eat more whole foods. Try and eat more vegetables for society, for satiety, for the fiber.
Um, make sure you drink plenty of water.
And just keep keep it easy. Keep it easy. Just more whole foods, more protein. Um, start tracking your fats or at least weighing those out to get started. and uh you know, fruits and veggies, basically.
>> Okay, I made vegetable beef soup recently, so I'm just going to have that as leftovers for dinner. Okay, this is a really >> So, vegetable beef soup is actually a pretty good dinner. You can buy some lower fat beef that is pretty high in protein. Uh there's the vegetables for fiber, for added satiety. And if you don't use uh a lot of like oils or creams or something like that, it could be fairly low calorie for a lot of for a lot of food that will fill you up for a long time. Obviously high in iron from the beef and just a well-rounded well balanced meal. Assuming there's like a carbohydrate in there as well. Maybe some rice if you want to do that. You can have your rice on the side or mix it through a potato where whatever it is.
She didn't say, but >> really good low carb dessert. I take sugar-free Cool Whip, sugar-free pudding mix, and then usually I take like the sugar-free Reese's, but I didn't have Reese's, so I just mix some peanut butter with some like monk fruit sweetener. This is usually when things go to hell in a hand basket during the day. Like, I could go the whole day without eating that much food, but then it's like something about nighttime.
It's like I just cannot resist having to have something sweet. I'm not even talking about like this. I'll come back in a couple of hours and I'll be like looking through the freaking kitchen.
But this is because she doesn't eat properly throughout the day. So her calorie in she's a big woman, right?
Bigger people can eat more calories if I was to estimate. So what did she eat?
She had a coffee would have been like hardly anything. Maybe like 100 calories cuz she used like a low-fat almond milk or whatever. She had a peanut butter and jelly keto bread sandwich. Some more peanut butter in a in a tablespoon.
the gerkins with the string cheese and then up until like up until now the soup. Uh I don't know how long she's having this after the soup. She may just want to wait half 20 minutes to half an hour to see if she's still hungry cuz sometimes you want to eat something sweet directly after you've had your meal. Wait 20 or 30 minutes and then see if you still have that craving that need because by that time your your stomach's hunger signaling will have caught up.
you may not even have cravings anymore.
This is also that they recommend in law of therapy. I'm pretty sure that if you if you want something sweet, just wait 20 minutes and see after you've eaten and then if you still want it, just have something then. But don't just go straight after. And I know I know it's very nice to have something sweet after after you've eaten something. But yeah, sometimes it's a good good idea just to wait 20 to 30 minutes to see if you actually are hungry or whether you just had a little bit of a craving because a craving does go away after some time.
But the reason she's hungry is because she just didn't eat a lot throughout the day. And we've covered this before on the channel as well. And it's all to do with your your grein and your leptin. H this is because of the fact that if you are eating little throughout the day or if you're fasting, your grein rises and your leptin drops, which basically creates a hormonal environment where you want to eat at the end of the day because your body hasn't had enough food yet. This is again why we've also covered this in other videos. It's recommended that you do eat a a high protein breakfast at the start of the day because it actually reduces your your it reduces your chances of perhaps having an >> overindulging moment >> in the evenings. But what she's doing here is still a pretty good idea to have if you want something sweet but you don't necessarily, you know, if there's something that you know you're going to crave to create your own low calorie option if you're trying to lose weight is a good idea because you can tickle that itch without doing too much harm to your calories. Now I have no idea what this is going to taste like. We don't have cool whip here. I don't even know what cool whip cool whip is. I think it's probably like a kind of whipped cream, right? Something like that. Uh I assume it is. So, it's probably like a whipped cream with some gelatin through it that's flavor to make it a bit sturdier. Um, she could probably mix that with protein powder as well. That would be a little bit more calories, but also more protein, so it would be more satiating. I assume I actually, like I said, I don't know what cool whip is. I never had it, but I assume it is something that you probably can't mix with protein powder. So, yogurt and protein powder is also like a decent snack. Probably not as little calories as what this is. Um, but yeah, it's um it's it's a good idea to have something like that ready and on the go and it's also low in calories which will help her stay on track. And when she's saying about being more hungry in the evenings, this is usually because your hung your grein is hung is hungrier.
>> Yes, your grein is hungrier.
>> Your grein is higher in the evenings.
And this is there is some research that may suggest that it's because of the fact that it's a stress hormone. So throughout the day you experience stress. Therefore, your grein is going to be increased. Which I think maybe applies to some people because I am not a stress eater. I'm the opposite. I am uh if I'm in a high stress situation, if I'm in a place where I'm mentally not great, I don't eat a lot. And I don't mean because I'm I'm starving not to eat a lot, but it's because of the fact that when I have things on my mind, I don't feel like eating. Like eating is just not a a thing that I want to do. H and this is not because of my XEDs. It has nothing to do with that. It has just to do with I'm just not somebody that is an eater when I'm stressed out as some people are. Some people aren't. So, I guess this is more of like an individual thing that some people just eat when they're stressed because I I couldn't I couldn't think of anything worse than when I'm having a crap day with lots of issues and lots of things to do or wherever it may be to then sit there and eat. No, no. Like food just like repulses me at that time. Anyway, let's finish this one off.
>> I'm hoping since now I'm I like this eye shadow on her, by the way. It's a nice color. Recording what I'm eating, maybe I'll be like too lazy to turn the camera on and show y'all. So, I just won't end up eating. That's the plan anyway.
Really good low carb.
>> So, she's obviously doing like a low carb thing. She's I believe she's in a calorie deficit. I'm going to say that this is a pretty good day of eating.
Like, I don't really have a lot to comment on it. The only thing I would say is that try and just eat a little bit more protein earlier on the day and then maybe you don't have as many cravings in the evening. Basically, that's the only suggestion I would give her. But overall, good. There's some whole food. There's some uh some diet alternatives. There's some snacks that are healthier options compared to other things. So, yeah, she did a pretty good job there. All right, so here is the next person.
>> What I eat in a day as a fat mom fueling my body started off so Okay, a fat mom fueling her body. Feeding yourself chicken nuggets to start your day is not a good way to fuel your body to be running after toddlers. This is going to cause an inevitable insulin spike and crash. And on top of that, you're going to feel like crap because of the sodium and uh the the ultrarocessed foods you're consuming.
Plus, if you're trying to be a good parent, then having a bunch of ultrarocessed food that's linked to a lot of very serious health problems is maybe not ideal.
>> What's wrong with McDonald's?
>> But again, I'm not doctor.
>> That my boyfriend got overnight. I tried the >> Oh, so she's having like cold McDonald's. Well, it's already gross.
Although I do like a chicken nugget, though. I I'm not the biggest fan of McDonald's, but I I am I'm not against a chicken nugget of barbecue sauce. I I won't I won't lie. I won't lie. Ether hot sauce with chicken nuggets. It was really really good. A good tang. Good heat. And she's having a cold Big Mac. I couldn't I honestly couldn't start my day. I couldn't think about starting my day with a Big Mac. That's unless she was like up all night and she is like nursing the hangover of whole all hangovers. Starting your day with like McDonald's Big Mac. Nah. I mean, a Mc Griddle, like the, you know, the little sandwich things with like the egg and the sausage. Sure, I could get that. Still kind of hangover food, but sure. I crave that so much in my pregnancy at one point and they don't have them here.
Like McDonald's breakfast is not a thing in Bulgaria. Probably for the best cuz I probably would have had it. Um, and you know, like ob obviously ultrarocessed food is bad and especially when you're pregnant, you shouldn't you should try and eat as healthy as possible, which I know is not it's not so easily done, but unfortunately too many people do use as an excuse to eat for two and to just bump all the the ultrarocessed foods into their body. And you know, it's just this is not really ideal for um baby development, unfortunately.
>> And then a Big Mac that was very very saucy. And no, I'm not saying don't ever have a Big Mac. I'm just saying some people eat [ __ ] like this every single day. Pregnant or not, you shouldn't. But if you're pregnant, maybe I again, unless you have some like really extreme cravings is very different. I know the craving situation, the food aversion situation. I've been there. I understand it. But we all know that plenty of people just do use it as an excuse to just eat crap all the time. And then for lunch, I had some I mean, we've gone over this study before about the ultrarocessed foods and how bad it is for human health, but ultrarocessed food has been linked to diabetes.
It has been linked to the consumption and incidence of hypertension.
Uh it has been linked to dysipidemia, obesity, obesity. You don't have OCD, you have obesity.
>> Okay, thank you.
>> And uh yeah, I mean obviously it's very easy to overeat these foods and they have been designed to tickle that particular flavor dopamine response and this is why a lot of people eat it. All right, next up we have noodles. Let's have a little gander, shall we?
Chaghetti. I've never even heard of that. Um chapaetti jajang noodles with mushroom, carrot, zucchini, and onion.
It was very nice.
Okay. So, she then has a noodle packet, which is not great. I mean, like, they are pretty much the ultra processed foods, aren't they?
Noodles. But you can make them somewhat healthier if you add some veggies, which she did, which is great. We get some points there. U maybe add some protein to it as well, like I don't know, some tuna or maybe you've got some chicken laying around, some cooked chicken breasts or whatever, right? just eats add some meat to it to make it more of a balanced meal. Yes, we have crappy carbohydrates, but we can supplement it with plenty of healthy foods. She then goes on to have a monster, and that's not surprising that she's tired because the girl has done nothing but eat ultrarocessed foods that are high in sodium and a [ __ ] ton of carbohydrates.
What does that do? It makes you feel tired because the insulin spikes and it crashes. But yeah, uh the noodles, it's not really ideal, but she did try she did make them basically a bit healthier with adding the vegetables for fiber and micronutrients cuz they matter too.
>> And then I had a monster zero sugar. And then when I went out after a play date, I got two taquitos, one So she had taquito, >> the jalapeno cream cheese, which was my favorite, and then the Monterey Jack chicken, which was okay.
>> They look like some pastry things. They look like some Are they basically like mini I was going to say pastry, but they're not, are they? They're wraps.
Like mini taco shell taco just wraps. Burrito wraps. Tacos.
>> The little taco. The little taco wraps, right? It's one of those and they stuff it and then I guess they pan fry it or they deep fry it. I would smash that. I love anything with cheese.
>> I love cheese.
If you know, you know. And if you don't know, you know now. But I am a [ __ ] cheese fiend. I have cheese every single day. Like I a day does not go past that.
I do not have cheese in my diet. I love cheese. I love cottage cheese. I love my um my mature cheddar. Today I I did have some I had an oven pizza earlier with extra mozzarella.
I needed I really want a pizza, but also I didn't want to spend a [ __ ] ton of money on takeout. And also they are less calories when you just get like an oven pizza. So I saved myself like a bit of money and a lot of calories and it did the trick to be honest. It was pretty good. Uh but no, I love cheese. So like a a taquito with cheese inside I would smash so hard. But I also know that I can't buy stuff like that too often because I know it is really unhealthy because it's just like I mean the cheese will have some protein in it but it's like deep fried cheese things. So any any health benefits that existed are gone from deep frying. We had a little breastfeeding interlude there.
Here I was thinking I'll stop breastfeeding maybe after 6 months, maybe after a year.
Yeah, we'll see how that's going to go cuz it's kind of easy. It's hard, but it's also kind of easy in it. Uh I don't know exactly what I was talking about, but I'm pretty sure I was talking about deep frying food. Yes, cuz that's the tab I have open here. So, deep frying food.
So, here is an article. So, here's a study about the nutrient losses and gains during frying. a review and basically it's saying uh that a lot of vitamins are lost lost for example vitamin C however does have little impact on uh the protein contently yeah you know you absorb a lot of fats as well so it's not not exactly super healthy maybe the type of oil you're frying makes a bit of a difference but yeah it's not usually speaking we don't just deep fry everything we tend to deep fry things in like batters and stuff like that. So, your protein content kind of stays the same. But if you cover your protein in batter or corn flakes or whatever, it's not great. Okay, next up, what you have for dinner? I had some zucchini and mushroom and onion with some perogi with sour cream and a turkey sausage. And then in the evening, I had some of this really, really yummy ice cream. Okay, so she finishes the day with turkey sausage, which is ultrarocessed food, and then mushrooms, pureogi is probably also a little bit of ultrarocessed. Uh, but the mushrooms and zucchini are good.
It It is, however, the best meal of the day she's had, but it's still not a great meal. And then obviously she finishes off with ice cream, which is just a bunch of like calories. Uh, yeah, there's not really many alternatives for ice cream unless you make like your own ice cream with a creamy or something like that. But um sorry after this like I've lost I've lost my I was already tired and like now I'm more tired. So I've lost my my my momentum does the work that I'm looking for. All right.
>> Here's what I eat today.
>> Here's the last one.
>> As a 23-year-old who does not wake up at 6:00. Um I also struggle with eating sometimes. But today was do you >> was pretty good. I think I started my Okay, so she's got a a croissant with some lettuce leaves for some micronutrients and a hash brown. Let's go in there.
Bacon off with this croissant BLT. It has lettuce, um, pickled onions, tomatoes, some sauce, and it's so good. And I had it with a hash brown this time and some ketchup. I mean, it's it's not really a great start to the day. The bacon is a carcinogen.
The croissant and the hash brown are again ultrarocessed foods. It's going to be high in salt as well. So, she's not really ticking any boxes there. The lettuce is healthy though. But would I smash? Maybe. I do like a croissant. I'm very partial to pastries.
>> I'm going to link the um like attach the video.
>> The thing is though, something like this will not fill me up at all.
And that's the issue with all foods that are like that is that they are quite high in calories and they're just not satiating whatsoever.
This whole meal is maybe like 5 600 calories and you could eat so much more food for that that is way more filling than this. I made this in my other I think it was what I eat in a day. So it'll be step by step of exactly everything I put into it. And this time I had a hash brown just cuz I don't know I just wanted one that sounded good. So, put some ketchup on that girl and it was really good. And then I wanted a little drink. So, I had this sugarfree or what is it? Sugar free. Zero sugar. There we go. Zero sugar. Canada dry. Some ice.
And >> what does Canada Dry taste like? I' I've never seen it. I've never had it. Is it like a ginger ale sort of thing?
>> My cute little cup. And yes, it's still a straw. Or And yes, what am I saying?
And yes, it's still a glass straw. Did I get rid of them? No. Should I have?
Probably.
But here we are. I'm fine. So, >> okay. Spring rolls >> for lunch/ snack because I wasn't like too hungry, but I knew I needed to eat something else. I had these spring rolls. They're my favorite from um No Frills. And while it was in the oven, I had these made good cookies, which are my favorite because they have like vegetables in them, and it's my favorite. So, I had this little sauce with it. Sriracha.
Um, what's it called? It's like this. I got it from um Burn. It's like this sunflower seed butter, soy sauce, Sriracha, hoen, and then I lettuce wrapped my spring rolls, which just made it super crunchy.
I mean, it's like healthyish, I guess, cuz it's vegetables, but then it's also airfried with pastry, which is unhealthy. So, >> not the air frying, but the pastry >> and way better than I could have ever imagined.
And so, I had a couple of those. I think I had four, some lettuce. Um, I had some more of the ginger ale. I'm surprised by how that's ginger ale. So, that's that's all she's drinking there. Why is she not drinking any water? And like I do I also drink stuff like this. Like here we have like I have like a can of vitamin water.
Like I do drink carbonated flavored drinks that are zero to low calorie obviously.
Uh, but I wouldn't have a glass that big, though. I wouldn't pour out a liter of Coca-Cola Zero and drink that. And then I had this lasagna, which I'm going to link again because I literally just uploaded the recipe today, but you're probably not going to see it till tonight or until the next day, my bad.
Um, I also had a brownie that was in the freezer. This like Oreo brownie I made a long time ago. And yeah, stay tuned for these two recipes and let me know what you Here's what I Yeah, that lasagna didn't look good. A lasagna can be for each.
>> Lasagna can be pretty good or it can be pretty bad depending on like how you prepare it and even if it's homemade.
Again, it depends on what goes into it.
When I make lasagna, which is not very often at all cuz I'm not a big pasta person, but when I do make lasagna, oh, sometimes it's healthy and sometimes it's not. So, for example, what you can do with lasagna is you can use if you don't want to use a lot of pasta as in like the actual lasagna sheets, you can replace that with maybe some coette or oene layers. have like a layer of pasta and a layer like and then some meat or whatever and vegetables and then your oberine kind of makes a bit like a masaka I guess isish is but that's a way to cut back on the carbohydrates. You can use lean ground beef, use like turkey or chicken uh ground meat as well to keep the calories low. Obviously have a lot of sauce, minimize your cheese sauce cuz that's the thing that obviously makes a lasagna really high in calories is all the pasta and all the cheese which also makes it nice. But there's ways around uh to make it healthier. Uh this doesn't look very appealing to me. Looks a bit burnt, looks a bit old, but maybe it's very tasty. Now, the only thing that is concerning is that she has a a lot of ultrarocessed foods. Like we see with most people that we react to on this channel, and the concern around that is that the ultrarocessed foods, they have an impact on the gut microbiome and the gut barrier. There's a study here on the detrimental impact of that. And basically the conclusion of this study is that the review elucidates the substantial and multifaceted impacts of ultrarocessed food on the gut microbiome and it in and its associated health implications. Artificial sweeteners, emulsifiers, preservatives and food additives additives disrupt the delicate equilibrium of the gut microbial of the gut microbial ecosystem reducing a micro microbial reducing microbial diversity promoting pro-inflammatory environment increasing intestinal permeabil permeability and contributing to inflammation and dispiosis. Evidence underscores the critical role of dietary quality in maintaining gut health.
Transitioning towards diet compromising of minim minimally processed nutrient-dense foods can mitigate the lat the delletterious effects of ultrarocessed foods and promote micro microbial resilience.
Furthermore, the incorporation of probiotics, prebiotics, and lifestyle modifications offer potential strategies for restoring a gut homeostasis.
So, there you go. Uh, this will be the end of this particular video. Let me know if you want to see more of these.
These usually do pretty well on my channel, and I'm trying to figure out where where we can go because, well, things aren't really landing. So, yeah, let me know if you want to see more of these. I can certainly deliver them to you. I'm trying to balance the whole finding studies with raw commentary so I can appease both YouTube and you guys.
Uh but yeah, I appreciate you watching.
Insert a cookie emoji if you've made it this far. Do please comment, like, and subscribe. And I will see you in the next video. Bye, guys.
