Progressives Must Race Against the Clock

[00:00:00]Our team within our team is getting stronger, but we have a lot of work to do. If you rewind 10 years, Jamie Raskin wasn't on the block. Maxwell Frost wasn't on the block. AOC was barely on the block. You know, Elizabeth Warren was a freshman senator. The amount of power that's been built and the mainstreaming of the kind of economic populist anti-corruption unrig a rigged system set of issues that our organizations work on together, you know, the stock has just gone up. The mainstreamism has gone up and that's a good thing. One way of putting it is if our country survives, I think we're on a pretty good trajectory. The problem is we're up against the clock. And if the rest of our side does not figure out soon enough that we need to challenge corporate power, we need to name villains, we need to fight for the little guy against the big guy in a rigged system, there's no such thing as fighting for everybody, well, then we might lose that clock challenge.
