[00:03:51]Um, and finally got some time to talk about it. Um, and I want y'all to see how uh Myron Gaines uh basically defends Chud Chud the Builder on why he believes that he's going to get off. But, see, that's not the problem with me. That's not my problem. My problem is, my issue is that Myin always, in my opinion, he always he always blaming black people and he uses, like I said, he's kind of like Nick Fuentes in a way where he uses these blanket statements to basically uh say that all black people are a certain way. But I find it very funny that Myin calls himself black. Well, he says he's black, right? But he don't use the same blanket statement for himself.

[00:04:42]And academics is black, calls themselves black, but they don't use these blanket statements for themselves. At least uh uh Myin doesn't. You know what I'm saying? And I just find it I just find it very funny that he does that. He excludes himself from being black when it comes to certain rhetoric that is pointed at us, but yet and still he tries to use to say, "Well, this is what they do." Now, I don't know um if this is the clip, but we're going to watch some of this clip and then I know I have an actual clip of of of academics actually throwing bombs on his ass about it and putting him in his place because I think that he needs to be put in his place when it come to black Americans. He needs to because we always from my from from from what when I see from people like him, Nick Fuentes and a lot of these white supremacists who who talk like this and I'm not saying that Myers is a white supremacist because he's black. You can't be white supremacist being black.

[00:05:43]You can be a part of that type of rhetoric. But in my opinion, I look at traditional white supremacy.

[00:05:51]You could believe you can agree with the ideology of it and it's a lot of ideology behind that but I don't believe that myin is a white supremacist. No, that just it doesn't work that way in my opinion. Now, if you want to say they upgraded and they changing, yeah, that's something different. But I'll have that conversation another time. But as of right now, um I think that Myin just doesn't like black Americans. And one is not exclusive to the other. Even though it is in the same vein, we we agree, but I can agree that I don't like spaghetti and Mike can agree that he don't like spaghetti. Doesn't mean that everybody on my side doesn't like spaghetti. If you get what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying? But let's get to it.

Is it reasonable? And that reasonleness hold that reasonleness act. This is so important. Please, bro, if you hear anything.

[00:07:10]So, Myin uh uh academics asked him what is basically reasonable when it come to certain things. Myin said uh if someone got uh assaulted or shot or whatever and they had a pacemaker and the pacemaker went down and then they use deadly force on them, is that reasonable? You know what I'm saying? But see, here's the problem with that uh that argument is Chud doesn't have a pacemaker.

[00:07:32]And I understand what he's trying to do using word semantics to try to illustrate something and put something together, but it doesn't tie up right because Chud doesn't have a pacemaker.

[00:07:42]And we also know that Chud goes around and he literally talks crazy to people.

[00:07:48]So this is not like um he was assaulted and need even if even if somebody uh was to uh run up behind Chud and hit him, right?

[00:07:58]That and and and I might I don't know. I might get some slack for this. That is reasonable for them to do. Um, I don't think you should do that, but it's reasonable because you've been antagonizing people. Now, is it right for them to do it? No. But it is a reason why they did it. Not to say it's reasonable. Let's just say it's a reason for you getting attacked. Just like I talk a lot, right? I might say something that I might might offend somebody.

[00:08:25]Somebody might see me, right? And somebody might attack me. It's a reason why they did it. I'm not saying it's reasonable, but I'm saying so I correct myself. I'm not saying it's reasonable.

[00:08:39]Chud does it on a scale where he's he's he's he is literally going around trying to hide behind, again, I said this before, the free free speech aspect of it while he's actively doing something that he knows is going to hurt people.

[00:08:56]And Myin is saying, "Well, black people shouldn't let that bother them." Well, guess what, Myin? You're not from America. Well, at least your lineage isn't. So, you're not really tied to this. And if you are, then you should understand why people shouldn't feel that way. Like, and again, I'm going to get to that clip, but let's just keep it going.

[00:09:16]>> Let me hear this. That reasonable standard shifts based on the person that used the force. Someone who's 6'3, 250 pounds might not be able to justify lethal force after a punch. Whereas someone who has a pacemaker, a man can justify it. Or a woman who's 5'1. So what I'm trying to illustrate is the principle that reasonleness is what dictates if the shooting was good.

[00:09:40]>> I don't I I don't I don't I don't particularly agree with that because now you're now you're basically saying uh people are more inferior than other people. And from what I'm taught, even though I could kind of uh say that I kind of agree, but from what it states that some people are not, everybody's equal to a certain extent. And using deadly force to me is much more uh is much stronger than a human.

[00:10:18]So let's say for example it was a woman who's 5'1 and she's being assaulted by a man who's 6' 3. Her using deadly force on him to me is much more powerful than him doing what he do to her. I would agree that she should use deadly force.

[00:10:34]I'm just saying for argument sake I think what is saying uh I think he's muddy in the waters by saying that. You know what I'm saying? Because usually people go by uh what they call it um we all we all equal in a way. At least that's how it was when I worked at the hospital. They didn't discriminate. You know what I'm saying? So I could be wrong about that.

[00:10:56]>> Neither me nor you are in a position to say if Chud was justified and it was reasonable because we don't know the facts at the time he pulled a gun. He could have seen a knife. He could have heard his buddy saying kill that [ __ ] He could have felt as though guy was trying to reach for his gun. There's so many different factors that he and you don't know that are critical to is why self-defense cases almost always go to the stand. Why did Kyle Writtenhouse testify? He testified because only he can describe in excruciating detail precisely what was going through his mind as that guy came up with the skateboard and he decided to pull the finger on that AK-47 and kill him.

[00:11:41]You can't compare Kyle Writtenhouse to uh to Chud the Builder. Two different cases, two different type of situations, right?

[00:11:51]Kyle Writtenhouse was being chased, right? Kyle Writtenhouse wasn't going around uh disrespecting people.

[00:12:04]He wasn't. Now, I know I know how people feel about Kyle Written House and I know y'all was misled and and a lot of y'all think that Kyle Writtenhouse deleted three black people. No, he didn't. Just to let y'all know, he did not. I know they I know they told y'all I know they told y'all that. I know he did. I don't.

[00:12:21]And I'm not saying I like Kyle Writtenhouse. I just I stick to what the truth is. You know what I'm saying? And a lot I know a lot of y'all thought that he deleted three black people cuz that's what they told y'all. And that's not true. If you go look it up, none of them was black.

[00:12:39]You know what I'm saying? So, I just wanted to let y'all know that cuz I know a lot of y'all probably, no, he he was racist. I get it. I I'm not a fan of Kyle Written House. I don't know that dude. I don't care for him. I'm just saying, let's just stick to what is actually happening. That's number one.

[00:12:53]Number two, Kyle Writtenhouse wasn't going around assaulting people. He was actually being stalked and chased. If you watch the video, I watched the whole trial. the whole trial he was being stalked and chased and he got assaulted and he defended himself. Now again, it's up to you whether you believe he had the right to go there with the gun and whatever. That's up to you. I'm just telling y'all what actually happened. If you believe that, that's on you.

[00:13:24]Outside of that, um, what cracks me up is he's trying to trying to use this to say, "Well, this basically what happened with Chud." That's not what happened with Chud. You know what I'm saying?

[00:13:36]That's not Chud was the aggressor with his words. Let's just say that. Now, is there is it should you be able to do something to somebody if they had aggressive words? Maybe not. Maybe, maybe not. But he was the aggressive with his works. Let's just say that.

[00:13:52]He can do that. So the point I'm trying to make is reasonableness on the person using self-defense is what matters. Me and your opinion is irrelevant. I'm giving I'm not sitting here saying Chud is innocent. What I am saying is that based on the facts and circumstances, his reasonableness is going to be based on things that me and you don't know about.

[00:14:12]>> Yeah. Um but here's the thing though. If we're going on, you know, just I if we're going on probability just based on anything that you might know currently, he's [ __ ] cooked, right? Like, no, it's it's cool saying he has a 5% chance. Like, of course, like if he has like, yo, if you punch me in this corner of my mouth, my doctor done told me I'm going to pass out. I have a gun. He might kill me. So, I shot him. Cool. That might be a really great defense. From what we know, this is a 6'3 white guy who looks like he got a little bit weight to him. It doesn't look like that if you get punched by a random civilian, you could use your gun.

[00:14:53]That's what I'm trying to establish. Of course, he might have some loophole.

[00:14:56]It's fine. I'm not saying he can't. What I'm saying is that let's not acknowledge that he did the right thing for the majority of people that are going to be in his position. He did the wrong thing.

[00:15:06]He should have squabbled up, BUT BUT BECAUSE HE SHOT the guy, he's going to have to rely on one of these kooky ass things that you described. Hey, he has a pacemaker. Hey, you never know. Maybe he thought he was like a girl and he can't deal with a punch. COOL. MAYBE THAT WORKS. But the reality of it is that this isn't open and shut. For example, you know what's open and shut? We He got you, Martin. He got you. He got you. Ain't nothing you could say to that. You just he just used your own argument against you. He literally just used your own argument against you. You said that if somebody was more inferior that they that they should use deadly force. Chud is 63 62 63 got some weight on them and he tried to end a and and here's the thing. This is what I want y'all to understand, right? And this is what Myin is not saying. And that's why I hate when I watch clips from Myron. He just don't he don't he he loves to he loves to not be completely honest or completely transparent. He wants to win an argument so he don't be completely transparent. Now some things he do some things he just don't do. In this in this case he's not doing that. So look he literally says that if you're someone's bigger then you have you have the um basically you have the right or or in some cases to use deadly force. Right?

[00:16:24]So he's saying Chud is bigger than the civilian. So, that totally debunked your argument by saying that somebody is is uh should be able to use deadly force on someone who's being taken advantage of.

[00:16:36]If this dude got punched on, why are you turning around trying to shoot him? But that's not even the biggest problem in in Myra's argument. I think the problem in Myron's argument is Chud literally himself said that he's going to do something. He's been saying this online.

[00:16:52]So, if Chud is is citing this, it's not he said it out of his mouth. He literally wrote this down. He wrote it down saying, "I'm going to do something to someone, someone black." He literally said this on Twitter or whatever. It's his official account. So, you only can go by what he said. So, he's looking for the confrontation. It's totally different from someone just doing something to him because he's actively premeditating the confrontation. If I'm gonna say these things and as soon as they do this, I'm gonna That is the same thing if someone assaulting him because he's actively doing this. This is what he's not saying. And this is why I say he lost this. He lost that exchange right there. Don't got to go to 10 or 5%. Hey, the guy says, "Yo, you Chud, man, I" and he reaches. I've been trying to get up with you. Chud pulls out, shoots him. That's going to be easy.

[00:17:50]What you're mentioning is that the guy couldn't take a punch, so he shot. Yeah, he's going to spend maybe millions in legal fees and probably still go to jail.

Even though I don't agree with it, I'm just saying that might be a different type of case because it's different because in some cases law enforcement, they have uh this thing where they believe that they should be able to use deadly force at all the time, which is crazy to me. But it there's a there's an argument there for that, right? versus Chud the Builder explicitly going around saying he's going to do something to somebody and then he gets into a squabble and literally does what he says he's going to do on on. So he premeditated this. You know what I'm saying?

He's literally doing this to provoke people to do something to him. This is what he this is what he wants cuz he want to put down the chimp. That's what he wants, right? Myin is saying that the dude came up to him.

He had to know who he was. Yeah. He had to know who he was. So the dude probably did the same thing that Chud does. Now his intentions wasn't probably to try to kill Chud. His intentions was to try to hit Chud or do something to him because of the rhetoric that he's been spewing. Now again, is that right or wrong? No, I'm not saying it's right or wrong. I'm saying that's what happens when you say things that people disagree with or people don't like. Disrespectful things, not because they just don't like it. You know what I'm saying? So, you already know the smoke's coming your way. So, you already premeditated it because you said it online. So, if you already said it online and you already put it out there, when people see you, they might approach you. and you are ready for it because you already said that you're going to do something.

So, it's it's to me I think what Myin is doing is he's trying to uh give Cheddar out here by saying that the dude assaulted him first and it's on video, but Chud already he already he already set these landmines for himself already. You can't pick and choose how you want people to approach you now because you've been doing this.

[00:21:52]So, it's a learned behavior now. Now people saying like, "Oh yeah, oh, if if I ever see that dude, I'm not playing that with him." So it's already like that. It's not like he was just innocent and somebody just ran up on him. No, >> right now. That's why I'm saying all this act. Yo, the dude closed a distance on him, bro, and then he punched him.

I think maybe he heard somebody say this and he's he's saying that, but I think he's capping. I don't think I don't think that that's the truth. I think he's capping. I think he's saying it's because somebody else told him that. You know what I'm saying? But even if they did delete it, people would literally record the video and they would have took the gunshots out themselves. They would have did that.

I'm sorry. No, I don't agree with Myin. No, I totally disagree with that. Totally disagree with that.

[00:25:12]>> Back pattern. He's there by the courthouse. He sees some people pointing at him. He walks up to them, says hello.

[00:25:18]One of them makes a comment about, "Get the [ __ ] out of here." He's like, "Okay, I could be wherever I want." Walks away.

[00:25:24]One of the people that said said that walk up to him. As he walks up to him, he gets right in his face, almost knows, says, "Hey, say that P uh [ __ ] to me.

[00:25:34]See what happens. I got PTSD." And then Chud says, "Oh, or what? You're going to chimp out?" As soon as he says that, punched camera falls to the floor. We hear um some struggle, some struggle, some sound from there. Uh you hear Chut say like, "Get him off." You blah blah blah. Then you hear shots fired. Right.

[00:25:52]So that's the fact pattern that I witnesses told me. Now, what's your fact pattern? cuz I think that's why me and you are not agreeing. What's your fact pattern?

[00:25:59]>> So, all right. So, I want to say something about what Myron just said. So, he said basically uh the dude Chud went up to the the black dude and said, "What's up?" That right there automatically is Chud's fault.

[00:26:16]That's Chud's fault. If Chud went up to the black dude and said what's up, first of all, that's his fault. And the reason why because of Chud's patterns. He's he has a pattern of doing this. This is how it starts. Right? It just so happens someone didn't go along with his pattern, right? So what happened was now I can see if Chud just said went up to somebody and said, "Hey, what's going on, brother? How you doing?" And then the dude said, "Yo, man, I don't like white people. I got PTSD." And then swung on Ch. Said, "Why you don't like black people? Why you don't like white people? White people are kind." And then he swung on them.

[00:26:51]That's different from what Chud's pattern is. Chud's pattern is he says what's up to black people and then they say, "Hey, what's going on, man? You on live stream?" Yeah. Yeah. I don't like you blah blah blah blah. What y'all going to chimp out? Look at him chimping out. That's what he does. And then something happens and then he can say, "I'm justified because I did something to them." Right? That's what it is. So, what Myin is trying to do is she trying to compare this to a normal situation versus a situation that happens to be a pattern from a man who's racist who does racist things to get people to do something so he can do something to them. So, if the dude said, "I know you.

[00:27:34]You're the guy who does this. I say that. Say that to me. I got PTSD."

[00:27:40]And then he says, "What you going to chimp out?" And then he goes off on him.

[00:27:46]He provoked that situation because now you might say the guy shouldn't have did what he did because the guy did say, "Hey, say that [ __ ] to me." You could say he shouldn't have did that. But at the same time, if you know this person is a person online who does this type of stuff, then obviously you're going to get what's coming to you eventually. Now, we could say it's right or wrong, but I'm just telling you that that's what happened. Um, it was always, from what I've seen online, he he's I don't know if he's walking outside court or whatever, but he's there. He puts these guys on camera. Um, maybe they were laughing at him. Maybe they weren't.

[00:28:49]We don't want to talk." Right? So, like he Okay, let's say he's saying what's up. They don't want to talk, right? And they basically then tell him like, "Hey, listen. Seen some of the stuff you do.

[00:29:01]Hey, if you if you do that type of stuff with us, or maybe a guy the guy said himself, "If you do that with me, I have PTSD.

[00:29:11]It's not going to turn out good.

[00:29:14]Chud then says that. After that, the dude assaults him 100%. Chud after getting assaulted, >> pulls out a gun and tries to execute the man.

[00:29:27]>> What it says is that man is guilty of assault, but Chud is guilty of attempted murder. He tried to murder a guy who did not, and it's not proportional proportional force. He just literally is a trigger-happy thug. Keep in mind the police did not have the pump fund when they made the arrest cuz they literally made the arrest within hours. They did not have the pump fund stream at that point.
