When the fridge was delivered and he came to do the job the first day, I lost my bedroom closet because he miscalculated. He said, "I cannot put the fridge here because of the stairwell to the basement."

If you want to pay me and your husband gives me the orders, I'm good with that. But both of you giving me orders and both of you paying me, that's not going to work. Um, so I was supposed to start on the cabinets around August. the cabinets didn't get delivered.

[00:15:31]Um, around December, I started doing the job. I started doing the the inserting of the fridge cuz nothing could get done with the cabinets. Nothing was uh turned to her right. The cabinets were messed up. They were damaged. Whatever happened, the material wasn't there for the cabinets.

So the 2500 that me and her agreed upon, I told her I will insert the fridge for you, cover that cubby go, and that will be for the down payment. We agreed upon that. That's not a $1,000 job. Tearing out a wall, drywalling it, mudding it, framing it, passing the electrical, running the the line from the bottom of the basement all the way up. That's not a $1,000 job.

He said they had to be taken outside because they had to be put together and because if it was raining, he didn't want them to work. But he said he would be back the next day, Sunday, the 8th, to do countertop, if weather permitted. It was beautiful all day. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and texted him around 11:00 a.m.

But in paragraph 1 of 377, this alleges that on or about June 2nd, 2021 in Jefferson County, Texas, you committed the secondderee felony of manslaughter by strangulation, which carries with it uh no less than two nor more than 20 years confinement in prison and a fine up to $10,000 and be assessed. This indictment also alleges the prior strangulation conviction, a seconddegree felony from 2014 out of Harris County that we discussed before. That is alleged as the second paragraph. So it enhances if found true, it enhances this indictment to a firstderee felony if all of this is found true. So in this case, you're looking at no less than five nor more than 99 years confinement in prison or life imprisonment.

[00:33:38]And these two cases, uh, the sentence is no less than 15 up to life imprisonment in 1819 and no less than five, no more than life imprisonment in 26 CR377.

And uh you can you can enlighten me when you come in here as to where you think you can go, but it sounds like you're not really pursuing it with much diligence if you ask me. If you were talking about doing it in the winter and you still haven't done it. So listen, that's listen to me.
