[00:00:05]Me? Not so good. My best friend and brother, Dave, passed away about 5 days ago and I fell into a deep depression.

[00:00:17]And come to find out, I also have diabetes. He was a big part of the channel, Fishing 24/7, and he did a great job trying to make us look good.

[00:00:29]So, I just want to let you know that when you get older life, you're going to have health issues and your health will deteriorate. So, make sure you take good care of yourself.

[00:00:40]And the biggest thing is live with love because if you have loved ones, they won't let you die. And I won't let my brother, Dave, die. I'm going to take his ashes fishing with me and make more memories.

[00:00:53]That's the thing. We're different people among We're different people among the crowd that surround us and we're our best selves among true friends. And he's a true friend and I'm going to keep his love alive and keep his memories alive and keep him alive. So, take care of yourself and I'll catch you later.

[00:09:59]My brother, my best friend Dave, passed away 2 weeks ago. And now I have his ashes.

[00:10:05]I want to show my respect and I'm in mourning, so I'm going to shave my head to show him respect.

[00:10:33]I was also uh admitted in the hospital a few days later after my brother died.

[00:10:40]I found out that I'm diabetic.

[00:10:43]So, in the future of this channel, the videos will be made in honor of Dave.

[00:10:50]To honor Dave, I'm going to catch a fish at every lake or I'm going to catch one fish at every lake that I fished and dedicate it to Dave.

[00:11:00]And then, one of the biggest thing to honor Dave is to get my health together. So, I'm going to try to reverse this diabetes. [00:18:24]So, I'll give you a quick update about my health. I'm on five different medications, three pills, and two insulin shots.

[00:18:32]The goal for 2026 is to be able to control my diabetes with diet and exercise. I want to get off these meds.

[00:18:40]We do live in a heavily medicated world, and I don't want to be a part of that.

[00:18:46]So, I'm going to try to control my diabetes meds free. Let's see how it turns out.

[00:19:52]Some of you guys already know that I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks ago.

[00:19:57]And I went out to look for something to eat last week with my little brother.

[00:20:02]Looking for meals and dinner at restaurants and fast food restaurants and there's not many selection for people with diabetes and it's just not many choices out there.

[00:20:13]So, I'm going to have to prep my own food.

[00:20:16]I'm going to show you I'm not going to show you the step-by-step of how I make these meals, but if you would like to know, please comment below and let me know, request it and I'll make the videos for all of you.

[00:20:58]So, this is pretty much the main ingredients for my meals next week.

[00:21:05]I'm thinking about boiling half the chicken and baking half the chicken.

[00:21:12]And then putting all these veggies together.

[00:21:20]So I cut the chicken in half.

[00:21:23]Half of it of it I want to bake and the other half I'm going to boil.

[00:21:33]I quartered the chicken.

[00:21:36]The chicken that I want to boil, I'm not going to season it too much. The chicken that I want to bake, I'm going to season it with salt and pepper.

[00:21:46]A little bit of salt and pepper, not a lot.

[00:21:51]So for the baked chicken, I put onions, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, and I'm going to bake all this together.

[00:22:02]I'm probably going to give it a little bit of chicken bouillon for flavor.

[00:22:08]And maybe a little bit of soy sauce.

[00:22:13]So this is the finished product.
