Venus & Jupiter Conjunction #mrcosmos #SpaceEvent #VenusJupiterConjunction #PlanetaryAlignmentAdded:
Stop. If you like observable space events, listen to [music] me. On June 9th, 2026, the planets Venus and Jupiter will appear in a close conjunction in the pre-dawn sky. These are two of the brightest planets visible from Earth, and when they come this close together, they create one of the most striking naked eye sights in astronomy. Observers across both the northern and southern hemispheres will be able to see it low in the eastern sky just before sunrise.
No telescope will be required. Just a clear horizon and early timing will be enough to catch both planets shining side by side. This alignment will last only a short window, making timing crucial for the best view. But, this isn't even the rarest event of this month. This is only the second most rarest event of June. The rarest, Mercury-Jupiter-Venus triple conjunction, will occur later this month. A rare alignment where three planets appear close together in the sky at the same time. If you want to know where [music] it will be visible and why it's the rarest event of this month, watch the 2-to-3-minute space news video. The channel link is in the [music] bio. You're watching Space Events episode 6. See you in the next one.
