[00:13:27]After the arrest, Jessica was initially charged with assault on a peace officer, a fourthderee felony in Ohio, along with misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. When the state formally presented the case to a grand jury, she was indicted on the felony assault charge, and a new fifthderee felony charge of obstructing official business. The original misdemeanor charges for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct were declined by prosecutors. She pleaded not guilty to the indictment and was released on a $2,500 personal bond with an order to have no contact with the victim.
