[00:32:39]How when he they hung him on the cross, how he could have gave up. and how at one time another correct me if I'm wrong bishop he was pondering like why I got to do this but it was for the love of the people he had an assignment and how a lot of times when we have an assignment it depends on the assignment some people can see right here and some people can see way back there the ending of the assignment but it's something about the struggle to get to the end of the assignment that a lot of times we don't want to do it because when we we see it right here, oh, if I do this, this will succeed from that. But how Jesus really didn't know the end of the assignment.

[00:41:13]I want to encourage the youth tonight that God loves you.

[00:41:20]It says, "God so loved the world."

[00:41:26]God the creator of all things, the great I am, the one that formed you in your mother's womb. He is the one that loves.

[00:41:39]Love is something that every heart longs for, every soul longs for. From when we first come into the world, we are born, we are bred. It's in our DNA to seek out love.

[00:41:55]And God has loved us with an everlasting love that is unconditional.

[00:42:04]The scripture said, "For God so loved the world."

[00:42:09]>> That needs to be the first thing you know about God. You the first thing that you know about God is that he loved you.

[00:42:18]A lot of times when we are churched or we grow up in church, we learn a lot about God. We learn a lot of of Bible stories and trivia and things that happen in the word of God. But where you need to begin is God so loved. Because when you when you begin with love, we're going to take away all the butts and the distractions that we might have. Well, I I I can't do this. I can't live like this or I can't well I'm not that great a person or I don't feel like I could be saved. But throw all that away because God so loved.

[00:42:59]He did that. He did that. He came. What did he do? He came and sent his only begotten son. He became flesh.

[00:43:10]And he came down 42 generations.

[00:43:14]And he did it so that you and I might have eternal life. When you are young, you feel misunderstood.

[00:43:27]And I want to encourage you in the fact that you are always going to feel misunderstood >> because there is something I call it the unknowable self.

[00:43:39]No one can know you, not even yourself as God knows you. There are things about yourself that you dislike, that discourage you, that bother you, that you can't even share with people. You ever tried to share something with somebody and you just thinking in your they don't they not feeling me. They don't they don't hear me. But God, he hears you and he loves you and he gave to give you everlasting life. Why is it important that he came to give you everlasting life? Is because this life is going to end. When you are young, you are anxious and you are worried and you're running towards a cliff. What do I mean by that? You're you in a hurry.

[00:44:28]You so in a hurry. But what you don't know at the very end, it's a cliff. It's going nowhere.

[00:44:33]>> It's going nowhere. The wise and the old, they spend their time trying to eek back.

[00:44:38]>> They spend their time trying to slow down. But as a youth, you you're not wise. So you you're running. I I got to get grown. I got to get out of mama house. I got to get married. I got to buy a house. I got to get bills. I got to get a boyfriend. I got to get a girlfriend down the cliff because this life is going to end.

[00:45:01]>> We're insatiable creatures. That means that we never stop wanting something.

[00:45:06]You ever wake up and you hungry already?

[00:45:09]I I get mad at myself. I get tired. I'm hungry again. I'm I'm thirsty again. I'm sleepy again. But At some point, this life is going to be over.

[00:45:22]And when you have God and when you receive that love that he's trying to give you, you can take joy in the fact that one day it's all going to be over.

[00:45:35]There'll be no more crying and there'll be no more weeping.

[00:45:40]See, when you're young, you can't imagine a life. You can't imagine a life after this because we were never designed to die.

[00:45:51]That's why you can't fathom it. We weren't designed for it. But God so loved the world that he came, he gave his only begotten son that whosoever woo I dare you to triumph. Woo! I dare you to triumph. When I was 21 years old.

[00:55:01]I'm starting in Romans the 9th chapter and the 27th verse. I only got a little bit of time, so that's as much as I'm going to pause tonight. I got my timer to be on to behave.

[00:55:12]The Bible declares in Romans the 9th chapter in the 27th verse, though the number of the children of Israel be as the saint of the sea, a remnant shall be saved.

[00:55:24]>> The Greek word for remnant is hypo lema, meaning a remainder, a small surviving group, a faithful portion that God has preserved despite the judgment coming on the earth.

[00:55:41]Isn't it wonderful to know that if you have the Holy Ghost, if you're in the will of God, you will survive?

[00:55:48]>> You ought to shout, right?

[00:55:51]I said there is no sickness, no system, no devil, no circumstance that can stop you from being preserved by God.

[00:56:00]>> If you are contemplating giving your life to the Lord, that's a good reason to give your life not tonight. That's a good reason to get the Holy Ghost tonight. If you have the spirit of God living on the inside, you will be preserved to the end.

[00:56:15]>> So God always preserves a remnant, a surviving group that can go through America, go through Africa, go through Asia, go through all over the world, and you will survive. Say, I will survive.

[00:56:26]>> I will survive.

[00:56:27]>> Point number two, I got three points and some sub points if you're counting. I I'll be finished. The remnant is never alone.

[00:56:35]You saw the text. I'm coming out of first kings the 19th chapter. Elijah is the man of God of the hour there. He called fire from heaven. He defeated 400 prophets of bell. Did all these wonderful things. And then King Ahab the king went to his wife >> and said what he had did. And he said, "I'mma get you." That she I'mma get you.

[00:57:00]He got scared, didn't he, Bishop?

[00:57:01]>> He got scared. He went off into the wilderness.

[00:57:05]Then the thing was and running for his life, God found him and he sent an angel to him twice. He said, "Arise and eat for thy journey is great." I'm going testify. I've been told that several times by my wife right over there. So why you worry? You need to eat something cuz your journey is great. Men of God, listen to your wives. They got a word for you. But also when God finds him, he doesn't preach a sermon to him. He doesn't anoint him with oil. He allows the angel to give him food. Cuz sometimes I don't need a sermon. I don't need the song. I need some rest. And I need some food.

[00:57:54]Y'all know how mom, auntie, the church, they get that food sackless, that sackless plate, that uh rice and gravy, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, whatever it is you like, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, whatever. And they sit it before you, and you were down in the press. All of a sudden, you saw the food and you saw a helping hand >> and you I can go a little further now.

[00:58:20]>> The preacher said, "That's my problem now.

[00:58:23]So God meets the physical need cuz why?

[00:58:27]Elijah felt the pressure of the ministry. Now he feels like the whole nation is on his shoulders.

[00:58:35]>> Have you ever been sitting in church and feel like the weight of the church is on your shoulders?

[00:58:41]If you don't do it, it just won't be done.

[00:58:45]>> And sometimes that's not a lie.

[00:58:48]So Elijah says he's under the juniper trees eating. He's ready to go just a little bit. He says, "Lord, take my life. Just you can take it all."

[00:58:57]And God understands where you are. There are some here. Just get real for a moment. You've been suicidal. Maybe just to maybe just today, maybe this year, maybe in the last two years. You don't have to raise your hand. God sent you here tonight to get a word. It's going to be okay.

[00:59:14]Come on. Come on. Look at somebody. say it's going to be okay. You made it. You part of the remnant. You made it. It's going to be okay.

[00:59:23]So then Elijah goes forward. One thing about the remnant has to stay connected.

[00:59:30]Somebody say stay connected.

[00:59:33]>> What Elijah did, he went a 40 days journey into the wilderness and left his servant behind. Whenever you're at your lowest state, you need somebody you can talk to. You need to talk to the Lord, but you need a friend to lean on.

[00:59:48]Raise your hand if you had a friend to lean on in these last few years. You need somebody you can converse with that would give you the word of God and some food. But the word of God.

[00:59:59]So he says, "Lord, Lord said, what you doing here?" Look at somebody say, "What you doing here?"

[01:00:06]>> He said, "Yet I'm left by myself. Is all on me, God.

[01:00:12]And the Lord said, "Elijah, haven't I told you this before, but I got 7,000 that have not bound to bed."

[01:00:22]Look at your neighbor. Say, "Neighbor," God got somebody in my same position.

[01:00:30]Say, "I'm not the only one saying that prayer." Say, "I'm not the only one giving that song what God got."

[01:00:42]Say, "I got somebody else that will stand alongside of you."

[01:00:48]Hallelujah. Last point, the remnant has a mission to feed the people of God and to eat the the word of God. Zephaniah 3 and13 and St. John 21:15-17.

[01:01:04]First thing the Lord says, "The remnant shall do no iniquity, nor speak lies."

[01:01:12]I heard a pastor say this one. You can live a lie just as well as you can tell one.

[01:01:19]>> I've been there. Let me testify for a little moment. I got three more minutes.

[01:01:23]I've been in the church sitting in the pull pit living a lie.

[01:01:27]In the past, I've sang, praised, and worship, living a lie.

[01:01:33]>> I played the drums, living a lie.

[01:01:37]>> But thank God, I found the truth.

[01:01:41]>> Hallelujah. God is good, isn't he?

[01:01:46]But then he said, "They shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid."

[01:01:54]Can you imagine being in this life with no fear?

[01:01:58]Can you imagine walking with God? Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear what?

[01:02:07]>> What can the devil do with somebody that's not afraid?

[01:02:11]His only tact is to make you afraid of what you really don't understand. And what I don't understand, God already knows.

[01:02:20]So the word feed is used in Zephaniah the 3r chapter and feed is used in John the 21st chapter and the 15th verse.

[01:02:30]They both are two different words. One is in Hebrew, one is in Greek, but they both describe a scene of a shepherd making food for the flock, having pasture grass for them to eat.

[01:02:44]The first thing God wants me to eat the word of God and when I eat the word of God to share it to others. That's the mission. It's simple. Get the word, receive the word, and share it with somebody else. God bless you tonight.

[01:25:21]Look at this. And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every fowl of the air. And brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them. And whenever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. And that was the name thereof.

[01:25:41]And Adam gave name to all cattle, and to the fowls of the air, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam that was not found, and help me for him. Look at this. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept.

[01:25:57]And he took one of his ribs, and closed up his flesh instead thereof. And the real which the Lord had taken out from man made he a woman.

[01:26:09]The Lord causes a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he pulled a woman out of Adam's side and he closes his womb.

[01:26:22]And Adam said, "This is now bone of my bone, flesh of my flesh. She shall be called woman because she was taken out of man.

[01:27:36]Amen. As we begin to read the book of Genesis, it begin to explain to us, Amen. How God created the heavens and the earth. Amen. God created the suns, the moons, the stars. God created the whole entire earth. Anybody getting that tonight? Amen. Hallelujah. But then we get to Genesis the 2 chapter. Amen. The Bible begin to talk about how he begin to create Amen. human mankind. The Bible begin to talk about Amen. how he begin to create Amen. Hallelujah. man from the dust of the ground.

[01:28:11]>> He created man from the dust of the ground. But the Bible said when he created man from the Amen from the dust of the ground, he saw amen that man needed to help me. Amen. Hallelujah.

[01:28:22]Jesus uh man needed to help me. But let's stick and talk about Amen. the man. Amen. Anything anybody know anything about a man? Amen. A man is a representation Amen. of Christ. Amen. Hallelujah. But a man is not only a representation of Christ. Amen. Hallelujah. But a man is a representation of a movement. Somebody say, "A man is a representation of a movement." He is a representation of a movement. God uses Moses in a movement as he lead the people out of Egypt.

[01:28:55]Amen. God uses Nehemiah in a movement as he gather people together to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem after the Babylonian exile. God uses Apostle Paul in a movement as him being a major figure in spreading the Christian faith and writing many of the New Testament epistles. Amen. Jesus Christ the son of God lead a movement of faith and love.

[01:29:18]Amen. Ultimately the dying for the sins of humanity. So men, Amen, is not only a representation of Christ. Amen. But man is a representation of a movement. Amen.

[01:29:31]But look what took place. Amen. What God did with man when he found out man needed to help me. The Bible said what he does he pulled this woman amen out of man's side and he begin to say bone of my bone flesh of my flesh. Amen brother Tmaine. Amen. Why is that important for this message tonight? Amen. Because Amen. A woman is not only a representation of the church. Amen. But a woman is a representation of revival.

[01:30:00]A woman is a representation of revival.

[01:30:03]As we begin to talk about and begin to read about Mary Magdalene, she was the first witness to empty the tomb in the resurrection of Jesus. She became the key figure and spreading the news of Christ's resurrection despite amen.

[01:30:17]Amen. The society limitations on women roles. Amen. The Samaritan women. Her encounter with Jesus at the well led her Amen to an entire town embracing faith in Jesus. uh demonstrating the power of a woman testimony to bring about a spiritual revival. Amen. We begin to lead about Amen. Dborah. Amen. A prophet is in a judge. The barber, she led the Israelite to victory against her oppressors, showing the strength and leadership God can empower a woman with.

[01:30:48]Amen. All of these women, Amen. As I read about, Amen. Amen. They are a example of amen. Revival. Amen.

[01:30:56]Hallelujah Jesus. So, I come to tell you tonight, God sent me to tell. Amen.

[01:31:01]Living waters. Uh, amen. Hallelujah.

[01:31:03]There's getting ready to be a revival that's going to be birthed out of a movement. Hallelujah. We begin to look and see what's taking place in our world today. Amen. As we begin to see what taking place in our economy today. Amen.

[01:31:17]We need a revival from on high. Amen.

[01:31:20]The Bible begin to tell us. Amen.

[01:31:22]Hallelujah. Amen. I understand that we going through turmoil now. I understand that we amen going through trials and tribulations now. But the Bible said we must go through these things before the coming of the Lord. Oh my God. But I come to tell you before this thing over with the church getting ready to experience revival.

[01:31:44]The church getting ready to experience revival. Hallelujah. And brother Tmaine, what are you talking about? The church is getting ready to experience revival.

[01:31:52]Amen. This revival that the church is getting ready to experience, uh, Amen.

[01:31:56]It is the revival in Acts 2:17.

[01:31:59]Oh my God. Behold, in the last days, uh, I'm going to pour out my spirit upon all flesh. Uh, oh my God. If you do any studying of the word last, that word last, it means final.

[01:32:11]What are you saying, Brother TJ? I come to tell the people of God tonight. Uh, hallelujah. We on the ver we on the verge of a final revival. Hallelujah, Jesus. Uh, I know people want to make you think you got all the time in the world. I know people want to make you think, Amen. Hallelujah. You can play Russian roulette with your soul. But I come this Amen. I come to tell the people tonight, hallelujah, that God is getting ready to send a revival. And you got to be in place. Uh somebody look at your neighbor, say, neighbor, a revival birthed out of a movement. A revival birthed out of movement. God is getting ready to send. Amen. A revival in this nation. Uh hallelujah, Jesus. Uh amen.

[01:32:51]But when we begin to look at a movement, what is a movement, brother TJ? A movement is a group of people working together to make an impact. Uh when we begin to look at every man and woman of God in the Bible, Amen. Hallelujah. They didn't do it by themselves, but they had somebody to assist them, uh, amen, to usher in revival. Hallelujah. Apostle Paul, Amen, was assisted by Timothy, amen, to help usher in revival. Nehemiah was assist Amen. assisted by the people of Jerusalem. Uh, Amen. to build the Amen. the walls. Amen. Elijah was assisted. Elijah was assisted by Elijah.

[01:33:29]Amen. Upon his assist, Amen. ascension.

[01:33:32]Jesus Christ all knowing. Amen. He had the help of his apostles to usher in revival. So I want to tell you tonight, Amen. Hallelujah. If we truly going to see revival, the people of God got to come together.

[01:33:48]If we truly going to see revival, the people of God got to come together. Even as we begin, amen, to look at those who have laid the foundation of holiness. Uh those, amen, hallelujah, who have given us, Amen. who have given us a a clear, amen, a clear path, uh, amen, to this pathway called holiness. Uh, amen. As we begin to look at, Amen, Charles Mason, who was the founder of the church of God in Christ, uh, he was aided by Charles Price. Uh, Amen. Jones who was a popular Baptist preacher from Mississippi who shared Mason enthusiasm for holiness. Uh as you begin to look at the founder of the Apostolic Faith Church, Amen. It was Florence L. Crawford who was a woman pastor who participated in the street.

[01:34:32]Amen. Revival who went on to later assist Clara Law. As we begin to look at Charles Faulk Parham is considered the founder and the father of the world Pentecostal movement and was assisted by wi William J. Seymour. Amen. Who went on to lead the Isuza Street. Amen. So if we going to truly Amen. experience revival, Amen. The people of God got to come together. We got to come together like never before. Amen. And what I have come to find out. Amen. Hallelujah. In the body of Christ. Uh Amen. what we are experiencing now. Uh I know we praying for revival. I know. Amen. Hallelujah.

[01:35:11]We asking God for a move. Uh but what I am seeing in the body of Christ now it is a strong intensified war. And there was a war between the young and the old.

[01:35:22]>> It was a strong intensified war. Amen.

[01:35:25]Against the young and the old. But the Bible talks about amen. A man named Lot and Abraham. The Bible said they begin to have confusion in the land. They said they begin to have a conflict about land. Uh but Amen. Abraham with so much wisdom. Uh Abraham with so much wisdom, he told Lot before we aran. There's enough room for all of us. Oh my God.

[01:35:49]And I come to tell the people tonight we ain't got the argor over land. We ain't got the arger to be seen. We ain't got the ar for position. Oh, but it's enough room for all of us. Uh somebody look at your neighbor and say neighborh it's enough room for you you and you in this revival. It's enough room for all of us.

[01:36:10]Amen. Because if we going to experience uh Amen. true revival. Amen. We must Amen. Amen. Cast out the spirit of division uh and come together in unity.

[01:36:21]Hallelujah Jesus. Uh Amen. Together we stand. Uh but divided we fall. Amen.

[01:36:27]When the people of God begin to come together, uh, then we'll start seeing the sick being healed. We'll start seeing the lame walk. Uh, we'll start seeing demon being cast out. Uh, because God can't operate in confusion. Churches against churches. Uh, oh my God. Uh, pastors against pastors. Uh, oh my God.

[01:36:47]But God is saying now, Amen. I don't care about our denomination. Uh, I'm apostolic. Amen. In heart. Amen. I I'm I'm under the Pentecostal. Amen.

[01:36:56]persuasion. Uh, amen. But I'm not limited, Amen, to Pentecostal and Apostolic. Uh, oh my God. Uh, amen. But I'm looking for a move uh where all denominations can come together and experience the presence of God. Somebody look at your neighbor, say, "Neighbor, that sound like a revival birthed out of a movement." Uh, it sound like a revival birthed out of a movement. Uh, one thing, Amen. Hallelujah. Jesus. Uh, amen. One thing, Amen. And we going to experience uh, Amen. A true revival. Uh amen. Those men and women of God, uh those who have came before us, uh those who walked in much power, those who walked with the anointing, uh one thing that they did, Amen. Hallelujah. They start a movement of prayer.

[01:37:41]I feel the power of the Holy Ghost. They started a movement of prayer.

[01:37:45]Hallelujah, Jesus. Uh amen. If we going to truly see revival, the church got to get back to the altar. Hallelujah. And we going to trul truly see revival. Uh the church got to pray like never before. Uh hallelujah, Jesus. Uh amen.

[01:37:59]If we going to truly experience uh the power of God, uh the church got to get on their knees uh and pray and say, "Lord, do it in me again." Oh my God.

[01:38:09]Hallelujah. And I begin, Amen. to understand now, uh amen. us as preachers, uh, us as ministers of the altar, uh, Amen. We have got so, amen, uh, educated, uh, Amen. Hallelujah, Jesus. Uh, Amen. We went to school for theology, uh, and we think we know everything. Uh, and what I have come to see now, amen, is a lot of people, uh, Amen. They preaching the word of God.

[01:38:33]Uh, amen. But it's a preser, it's a perverted gospel. Amen. It's a perverted gospel. What are you saying, Brother TJ?

[01:38:41]Amen. They preaching the word of God, but it's some uh hallelujah. It's a mixture in it. Uh God don't need no mixture when it come down to the word of God. But the Bible said this, his word is power unto salvation. That if you preach this word, if you preach the word of God, uh the Bible said it would not return unto him void. Uh so I come to tell you tonight, uh and we going to truly see revival, uh we not only got to pray, uh but we got to preach the word of God. Uh oh my God. Uh, what are you saying, brother TJ? Amen. We are in an hour, in a time now, uh, when people don't want to preach against sin. Uh, people don't want to tell you, you got to let go of that woman. I feel the power of the Holy Ghost. People don't want to preach and tell you, uh, you got to, you got to quit shacking. People won't want to preach and tell you you got to quit cussing. Uh, people don't want to preach and tell you, uh, you got to quit home.Uh, people don't want to preach against sin. What are you saying, brother TJ? Because now we in a movement called more grace movement.

[01:39:47]They getting mad over preaching that we in a more grace movement. Uh we want to use grace to continue and share. Shall we uh Amen. continue in sin? God forbid.
