We weren't allowed to say that last week because there was a reporting restriction because the coroner didn't want the jury to be unduly influenced by his background and the fact that he's a prisoner. But actually, through his evidence, it became very clear that he is still currently a prisoner. Well, he had made several references to that. He had made references to being off his meds, and that's why he couldn't continue last week and he got very agitated at certain points and had to admit time and time again that he had lied consistently to the police during interviews.
