BREAKING! Mass Killings, Chaos Across The CaribbeanAdded:
mass killing, robberies of police armory in different Caribbean islands almost the very same day. Somebody is planning Mars chaos for this Caribbean region and we're not hearing much from the government's same old thing that everybody is saying when it is to the police commissioners when it is to those in authority. I know the entire world right now is being plunged into chaos because of what is happening in the Middle East. But we have a lot of deep name problems in the region. You need to watch this video right to the very end and share it. Let's begin with Guyana. This building here, a police station, armory, it was ripped off. Guns are missing.
Ammunitions are missing.
How is it in Guyana that we're having this?
We also have it in Trinidad on the very same day.
It says police arms room breach, seven guns and dozens of rounds vanish from police station Sergeant detained in Guyana as well. So police are being detained just like in Trinidad.
A major security breach has rocked law enforcement in Guyana after seven firearms, 68 rounds of ammunition were discovered, missing from a police station, secured arms room, triggered an internal investigation, and the arrest of a serving officer. The Ghana Police Force confirmed that the weapons 4 9 mm pistols 332 pistols or 32 pistols were unaccounted for during routine check and an audit conducted last week at the Cove and Jean police station along east coast of Deara. Authorities say their alarming discovery was immediately escalated through official channels prompting the office of professional responsibility to launch full probe into the apparent.
My question is we heard about this in Trinad as well and this is occurring basically just one day after Trinidad.
Guns are going missing, ammunition are going missing, and on top of that, a police officer is now in police custody over that. What is actually going on in the region is something that we need to pay particular attention to. So that is the building and that was in Guyana. Now we have to head to Trinidad and Tobago and we remember what happened here. We don't have to go over this story all day long because we know what happened to Officer Eversley. And on top of that, we we we saw what happened with the guns.
We heard that they were missing. Some have been found. There's still thousands out there unaccounted for. Guns are still on the street. And this is happening in Trindad and Guyana on basically the same day or the day after.
There is mass chaos going on and being planned across the Caribbean region.
This is deadly. And then we move now to Grenada. Killings. Broad delight. Again, listen to this.
>> Concerns is being expressed following a brazing daylight shooting at a barber shop in St. George's yesterday. An incident that has unsettled business owners and members of the public. The shooting occurred during daytime hours while customers were inside the establishment. Eyewitnesses report that two shots were fired, causing those inside to duck and cover their heads in fear. Reports indicate that the lone gunman fled the scene shortly after discharging the shots. Up to news time, there has been no official word on any arrest in relation to the incident. It is also understood that a child was present inside the barber shop at the time, heightening concerns about the danger posed to innocent bystanders.
While the incident has left many uneasy, some individuals say they are not entirely surprised, pointing to what they believe is an increase in the possession of illegal firearms. GBN spoke with business owners and citizens within the town to get their feedback.
Many expressed concerns about safety while others called for stronger action to address crime and the circulation of illegal guns.
>> I'm not scared at all. I was just hurt about the situation because knowing I have two boyfriend but I'm not scared because when you know God you don't have a spirit of fear. God >> socialize with the youths. So don't have a word with them. Ensure that they on the right track but try not to go in a way that going to get the youth upset because again and try to attack because we don't know what really transpired yesterday what really caused the problem. So we cannot say for instance this was a robbery or anything >> every day that coming a part of us you understand it you see so don't care what kind of strict penalty even when they put um capital punishment on that he still wouldn't help you understand because this is the easiest thing a man will pull out and just point and you understand what I'm saying instead of running home for a cutless and something like that this is this is what it is today because we seen it a part of us Not easy. It's not easy to take it easy, but we got to try. Okay. So, the only tell them put on the guns. We have a gun. You know what it is? As a man confront you, you look to pull that is um let the police do their jobs and let the people who are supposed to have their license have their license and be good up. It don't make sense. They're just doing all kind of wrong things and then they going in prison. They get two to three, four years. They eat, they drink, they sleep and they come back out after a while the same thing again. So they need to upgrade theirel and stop the violence. Violence don't make sense because at the end of the day when you do the violence the problem still there cannot solve. Authorities are expected to provide further updates as investigations continue. The incident has also sparked a wider conversation about crime and the urgent need for stronger measures to ensure public safety. Reporting for GBN News, Shaniah Mintosh.
>> So that's Grenada.
We saw what happened in Trinidad and we saw what happened in Guyana. Mass chaos is being planned across the Caribbean.
And you heard people saying that they go to jail, they come out, they go back again. What is actually taking place?
And then after we leave Guyana, we reach all the way to Barbados and we saw where they're saying that in the wake of three men being shot dead, another injured, Minister of Legal Affairs and Criminal Justice, Michael Lashley, says gang violence has spiral out of control and will not be tolerated. His comments follow shooting incident at Tund Bay Beach Bar in Carlton, St. James. One man was pronounced dead at the scene while two others later succumb to the injuries after seeking medical attention. A fourman is currently undergoing medical treatment. Now this is happening almost the same day the same weekend right across the region. But let's listen to what Lashley had to say in Barbados and then we will come back. On behalf of the government, I wish to express our sincere condolences to the families of those persons who passed away and deep regret to those who were injured in this recent act of senseless violence in our country. The Barbad Police Service is actively pursuing its investigations into this matter and will continue that work with focus and urgency in order to bring those responsible to justice. At the same time, it is clear that this apparent state of war between certain gangs of young men has gotten out of control with retaliation and reprisal now the order of the day. We will not tolerate this behavior. Let the word go out that from this moment the police and other national security forces will be empowered to use every lawful means at the disposal to bring this situation under control and bring it to an end. I urge every law-abiding Barbadian who love this country to stand with the police service in this effort.
>> So that's Barbados.
That is Barbados.
The question is I mean it's if you listen to everything that they're saying it's the same right through it's the same message they're given. But we have to start asking a lot of questions.
Where the government's coming from? How are they coming through the port? Are officials involved? Who is really leading the charge when it comes to this crime issue in the Caribbean? Is that these boys just go on the street and they decide that they want to kill people? Or is it somebody who's feeding this desire that they have? And that is what we need to pay attention to. And then we head down to St. Kits. Basically the same thing where the national security is now under pressure.
They had to call a press conference, emergency press conference because there was killing, a lot of unsolved killings in St. Kits. As a matter of fact, on April 20th, they had to have a press conference in response to a troubling spike in the murders across the federation.
Vincent was killed down there in Sitz in this violent crime. Let's take a listen to what the police had to say in Sinkit as well. Over the past several days, we have seen a few serious and tragic incidents invol in involving the use of firearms.
Lives have been lost, families are grieving, and communities are understandably concerned.
Earlier this morning, I met with the honorable prime minister, Dr. The Honorable Terren Jun, other members of the Police High Command, Commander Major Coyote Sutton and his high command and the National Security Advisor Dr. Lionel Wallings to assess the situation and to finalize a coordinated operational plan to address and arrest the recent increase in violent crimes.
This engagement will not be a one-off occasion.
We have established a structured daily review process to monitor developments, assess intelligence and ensure that our response remained targeted, adaptive and effective until we until stability is maintained.
Let me be clear from the outset. The Royal St. Christopher Anne's police force is actively investigating each of these incidents and significant resources have already been deployed to identify and apprehend those responsible.
We are not operating in isolation as is customary.
We are working in close coordination with the SISA NIS defense force and our regional and international partners to ensure a focused and intelligent le response.
>> So it's almost the same thing that you heard from Barbados. It's almost the same thing you're hearing from St. Kits.
You're hearing the same thing from Grenada. The question is what is really going on? This is mass chaos taking place across the region. Have you noticed that since the United States and their army and their navy and whatever you want to call it left the region, we're just seeing this uptick in not just crime because we've always been having crime, but this is a violent mass killings taking place across the region.
Some people want to hide their head and say, "Oh, it's not true. It's not to do with that." And I never said it had anything to do with uh the United States. I'm just saying have you seen since they left the kind of issues that been popping up across the region and it's very important to note listen look at this in the TCI or Turks and Kikas Islands I'm sorry in the Angula the valley in April 20th again the Royal Angula police force confirmed the 28-year-old male was arrested on Tuesday 14th April following an ongoing investigation to a series of organized serious criminality and they gave their What they are saying is conspiracy to murder, official corruption, conspiracy to defeat justice. That's why I ask, are there people involved at the very top in these things? Why these young people feel so emboldening? Who is empowering them?
That is the question. That is what we need to find out. But this is masc masculines across the Caribbean and somebody needs to be held accountable.
But I'll talk to you again. Remember to like, share, and subscribe for more good content.
