[00:00:00]So, Hakee Jeff and the Democrats are panicking right now because the Supreme Court pretty much putting a stop to their racist gerrymandering maps. And now you got Hakee Jeff. He's running out here with these death threats on President Trump putting out these post calling for more violence. See, this right here is coming from the Democrats, especially Hakee Jeff, because he cannot get his way. So what did he do? He calls for violence on the president. So let's go ahead and dive straight into this so y'all can see exactly what I'm talking about. You see right here by Paul, he say just saw that the main pro-red redistrian group Virginia's for fair elections behind the now fail Virginia pro Democrat gerrymandering raised over $64 million for that effort. He said over half that money came from a group that represent um Hakee Jeff uh wrangled in hopes of snagging an easy four seats in the US House. That's got to be disappointing for them. Think they want a refund. He said, "I wonder how much both parties have combined spent on redistricting over the past few decades.

[00:01:10]It's got to it's got to be a lot. Makes you think if maybe we should have lost against it. But now since it's been done so much, it almost seems like we're stuck with Jerry Manning forever. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix the system?

What do y'all think that's going on in the mind of Hakeim Jeff just by looking at this video image right here? What y'all think going through his mind? Cuz he can't get his way. Just then, President Trump calls on Hakee Jeff to be removed from office following Jeffree saying the Supreme Court is illegitimate. And this is what he said. And you can see when President Trump had wrote this. So, I'm just doing a buildup to show y'all everything that's been going on and what this man has been saying. And we going to get to the real reason why he's mad.

[00:06:02]We spoke to several individuals, none of whom has a criminal record, many of whom have been detained here at the Laney Hall for months. This is not America. The lack of access to quality food, that's not America. The lack of access to adequate medical treatment, that's not America.

[00:06:24]The retaliation that is taking place, that's not America. The fact that there are 18-year-old high school girls being held here is not America. Delaney Hall should be shut down. And every single individual, particularly those at a high level connected to this facility, they're engaging in a depraved indifference to human life. And every single member of this Trump administration is going to be held accountable.

[00:06:53]Wow. So there he go right there with the threats again. Oh, if the Democrats regain power, I told y'all we see that's the thing. They always saying that they trying to help the American people. No, they're not. They only go to regain power and just try to go after President Trump just like they was doing when Joe Biden and Camala was in office. What was they doing? Going after President Trump.

Even though Laura Loomer she posted, she said after another night of pro- open border riots, House Democrat leader Hakeim Jeffrey released a statement that basically encourages more chaos.

[00:07:30]So if you look, she said uh the statement reads the he this is where coming from Hakee Jeff. He said he said the violent Trump mass deportation machine has targeted American citizen law abiding immigrant families including the minors, parents and pregnant women who have been detained at Delaney Hall.

[00:07:48]All this dude do is lie. You see how he tried to play kind of pull at the strings and hearts of the American people. He they put lies in here to try to make President Trump look like a monster or something. House Democrats behavior proves that they can never be trusted to run Congress. Vote MAGA in November. We hope so. And then this is what he wrote. He said the conditions of the confinement we witnessed firsthand and discussed with approximately two dozen detainees at the Delaney Hall detention uh detention center shock uh the the conscience uh immigration enforcement in this country should be fair, just and humane. The Trump administration is doing the exact opposite. At Delaney Hall, we learned of unsanitary living conditions, lack of adequate medic medical care, and unhealthy food. This is not America. Donald Trump and his extreme administration promised to target violent felons who are in the country unlawfully. They lied. What?

[00:08:46]Ain't that funny? But yet these the same people who covered up for Joe Biden for four years and lied about that talking he was sharp as attack. Then we just find out Joe Biden was covering up for him. Delaney Hall must be shut down immediately. Donald Trump and House Republicans are rushing to give ICE tens of billions of taxpayer dollars to fund a violent mass deportation machine, but will not spend a dime to make life more affordable for the American people. House Democrats will continue to oppose a reckless Republican budget and fight to dramatically reform an ICE agency that is out of control. We will continue to aggressively conduct congressional oversight visits to make sure that everyone is being treated with dignity and humanity. House Democrats will make sure that any Trump administration official or private contract to breaking the law is held accountable. So here you go again with all of these threats about what he's going to do if they take power. This is what they've been doing.

See just in Democrats are in a state of shock after Republicans are favored to win 212 seats already in the US House this November to Democrats 207 crystal ball after Louisiana redistricting. We gained another one that mean Republican must win six 38% of tossups to hold the house and defy history. Keep pushing. Time to save Trump's term. Secure our election will save America. the odds go up even higher. So, here we go again where this guy right here pretty much breaking it down. And this is another reason, one of the main reason why T-Mu Obama Hakee Jeff has fallen into despair after realizing Republicans stand to gain a dozen US House seats on the 2026 map, throwing massive cold water on their blue wave hopes. [00:11:07]>> Mostly come after the Supreme Court ruling over racebased districts. And here's where you really start to see it getting messy, but also starting to clarify. For example, uh North Carolina's already got theirs figured out. And somewhere like Mississippi, uh you know that they've decided chances are that's not going to happen this cycle. So that's the other thing. Even a state like Georgia, not happening this cycle. So uh the current current redistricting is that several states to include the two big ones that kind of got all this started, Texas and California, are essentially settled.

[00:11:35]Many states in the south are getting there. There's a process and we can continue to talk about that, guys.

[00:11:39]>> Yes. So Joey, what is going on in the states where redistricting is in progress?

[00:11:44]>> Yeah, so one of the big ones, Louisiana was has moved a step forward today here.

[00:11:48]Let's go to these slide though. So first in California, as you can see, the new map takes the blue areas and makes them much smaller. And so in Florida, that's signed into law. There there are court cases filed. Many of these court cases, I don't think, have a lot of legs under them. Uh and then you look at Tennessee, something similar. They're they're obviously going to appeal this. Uh basically, they got rid of the one congressional district over there. Uh your good buddy, uh the KFC chicken bucket guy, can't remember his name right now, cried the other day because they got rid of him. Uh and this is the proposed map. These are signed into law.

[00:12:22]Again, some lawsuits pending. Every one of these will be challenged, but some of them are starting to kind of be decided and left alone. We'll go to the next slide here.

[00:12:30]>> So, Joey, if the left is vowing to >> Go ahead.

[00:12:35]>> Sorry. is going to redistrict before 2028. Where where could that happen?

[00:12:39]>> Yeah. So, we're going to get there. I'm going to finish this out first. So, Louisiana today was decided. It was signed into law. So, they've they've brought it down. They've got rid of a district. One of the things that makes Louisiana interesting is even on the right, they're a little bit saying, "Hey, you know, we need to go ahead and get rid of the last one that's left there." And then some on the right are saying, "Hold on just a minute. in order to split that last district up and turn it into two Republican districts, you're going to make those two Republican districts more competitive. We might end up losing those two eventually. So, you have to be smart about this and look forward. So, this is again the states in the south that are uh deciding, you know, where they're going from here. And then over in Alabama, again, this is something that's all the way up to Scotas. There was a surprise decision where it was kind of said, we're gonna we're not allowed to use this map. I think it was like a three judge panel brought up to Scotas. Scotus is going to decide because they basically are alleging that Alabama specifically broke up districts because they were black. So they're kind of flipping the script on the last Supreme Court decision. Uh so there's a lot of lot of if there in that one. So that's why these are lean or or yet to be decided. I think Louisiana's pretty safe. Alabama I'm not as uh not as confident on because Supreme Court has to see this. And then we're going to go to this third one and then I'm going to answer your question mark. And so these uh these are where blue states think that they have a chance coming in 2028. Now this is really interesting. So some of these states like uh Illinois, Oregon, Washington, it comes down to if they have or can they have uh a super majority.

[00:14:10]>> So there we go right there. So you see T-Moack Obama has fallen in despair after realizing Republicans stand to gain a dozen UI seats. So, like I said, right now he just running around crying, threatening President Trump, talking about these people is living bad. When did the Democrats ever care about how people are living? When do they ever care? They never did. These are the same people who left the border open and caused a lot of people, especially young lady, to lose their life because of these illegal aliens. Now they running around to facilities acting like they care about people. It's like, get out of here. We're not falling for that.

[00:14:46]Lawmakers vented anger at their defeat at the Virginia Supreme Court. They spoke about a collective determination to flip two or three Republican- held seats under the existing map and discussed a bankshot proposal to redraw the congressional lines. Anyway, the most dramatic idea they discussed, which would be involved a unusual gambit to replace the entire Supreme Court of Virginia with a goal of reinstating their gerrymandered map. One key to the plan would be having Democrats in Richmond lower the mandatory retirement age for Supreme Court justices. Can you imagine? It's unbelievable.

[00:15:18]>> Firing the Virginia Supreme Court. By the way, if you want to take off in a purple state, independents, who you need to win elections, do that. So that's to me insane.

[00:15:29]>> So we typically don't say the word redistricting during redistricting years because the Democrats will try to loop people in for lawsuit. But I think that govern Governor Dantis well was operating within his rights as governor to do this. And as you saw recently, the Virginia map was actually struck down as well. And so I think Florida will be just all right. You know, I was outspent $12 million to one in my very first election cycle. They fought really nasty last cycle. But Hakee Jeff, you know, he talks a big game. Meanwhile, he literally personally killed the banning insider trading bill that we were pushing that was bipartisan in Capitol Hill. He said, you know, maximum warfare. And then the same evening or same weekend that he makes that statement, there was a shooting at the White House correspondents dinner. And you know, this type of rhetoric doesn't change anything. But yes, I happen to be, I guess, a thorn in the side of many national Democrats and their op their operatives. Um, but I happen to also be wildly popular because I am doing things like taking on Monsanto and pushing voter ID.

[00:16:26]>> So, like I said, right now he's continuing to tell lies. Hakee Jeff said the economy is a disaster because Donald Trump doesn't give a you know what about the personal finances of the American people. Oh my god. So this is what he continued to doing just gaslighting. The cost of groceries is out of control. Gas is out of control. Goods are out of control. Housing prices are out of control. And the Republican assault on the health care of the American people has ripped away the ability of millions of everyday Americans to be able to go see a doctor when they need one. The economy is a disaster. And we know why.

[00:17:06]It's because Donald Trump and Republicans don't give a damn about the personal finances of the American people. Donald Trump said it and he meant it.

[00:17:20]Boy, boy, did he did King Jeffrey just said up the other day that why is Donald Trump obsessed with me? Why Donald Trump talking about me? But you see, he talk about Donald Trump every single day. All of them do. And every time President Trump responds, what they do? They start crying. And President Trump even came up with a new name for these Democrats, especially for Hakee Jeff.
